Our cleaning crew is following the CDC guidelines by taking extra precautions to ensure the entire property is cleaned, sanitized and disinfected for future guests. They also wear masks, gloves and shoe covers while cleaning.*** This home away from home has 400 lf of waterfront access to Canyon Lake with spectacular views of the lake and hill country as far as the eye can see. Take full advantage of our 20 x 20 gazebo near the water with lighting, picnic tables and ceiling fan; private pool with water fall and 10 person hot tub; volleyball court next to the lake; 4 large decks; gated front yard for security; 2 upgraded 65" smart TV's W/satellite tv; access to the gazebo from the boat ramp with boat/jetski parking via automatic gate in rear of property. Great fishing on property. But just in case you want to leave, there is shopping, antiquing, boating, tubing, skiing, golf on south side of lake, boat ramps, parks, hiking, biking, fly fishing, music, night life, and restaurants nearby. Other Options: Canyon Lake is tucked away between two major cities - San Antonio and Austin. It is a perfect get-away or stay-cation. It is near the best of the Hill Country and New Braunfels where you will find attractions such as Schlitterbahn, historic Gruene Hall, White Water Amphitheater, San Antonio Riverwalk, The Alamo, Mission Trail, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Sea World, San Marcos Outlet Mall, Aquarena Springs, Natural Bridge Caverns and the Wildlife, as well as Fredricksburg a short drive away. House was nice but it needed to be clean better we had to wash all sheets to the bed they had a funny smell and the house smell also . We open the windows to air it out. Over all we enjoy the house we all slept comfortable there was more than enough room for everyone! Would rent it again !!

The pool makes up for how dated this house is. No recommended for people with severe asthma or allergies to dust mite. And please bring your own towels!!

Everything was exactly like the add. Lake was low but not on the owner! Just make sure to bring your own towels/rags for bathing and water activities none are included.

My family and I take a trip to the hill country every year. The reason we chose this house this year was for the pool,volleyball court, & lake access. We didn’t get to use ANY of it! Very Very disappointed. Property manager sent an email stating that they had just walked the property to assure the house was ready. That was a complete lie! If they did, they would’ve seen the pool was stand still cloudy with debris, no filter on, the hot tub had a trash bag of idk what in it, panel for pool/hot tub did not work. There is access to the lake but not to float or swim. The volleyball court has overgrown grass and cactus! I understand it’s not their property but if the property isn’t what you are promoting, it’s a scam! when I called her to let her know about the pool she would make it seem like she had a issue with something about us. We are pool owners we know what the water should look like. I truly wish I could post pictures and screenshots of my conversations with Jennifer. There isn’t enough room on here to go into details. At one point she even asked me to add water to the hot tub that we hadn’t even used!!! After she had claimed the pool company had visited the property twice! This lady is a joke! Bring your own toiletries and trash bags. It stated on here they provide it. They provided one roll for each bathroom, no trash bags, no paper towels. I would never recommend anyone to stay here because of the way Jennifer handled the main issue, the pool not being ready to use.

Overall great stay, our second time staying here. The updates are good, especially the kitchen and the flooring and decking. They fixed the hot tub! Love the view, love the way the pool gets shade in the afternoon. Great for our kids. Only negatives: the sink was clogged, there were no extra trash bags, upstairs bathroom shades don't go down all the way, and the pool lights were out.

Everything was great.. the lake in this area is low and deep so no lake swimming for my group. Also the bottom part is shared with three other houses but no problems.

A group of friends and I booked this house for our river trip. The scenery was beautiful, the house was nice and clean, would definitely stay here again.

Fun at Canyon Lake
We had a wonderful time! Fishing for the guys and pool for the girls. Everyone was happy! House and pool was very clean. Property Manager quickly responded to all messages and was very friendly. I definitely recommend this house. Since we were there during the 4th, the fireworks were an extra bonus and were amazing. We watched them from the porch. Great place to stay!

Canyon Lake vacation
Our stay was great! We loved the house, plenty of room and it was very clean. Loved the pool, enjoyed by all ages. The view is very nice and the deer are awesome. We planned on playing volleyball but court is not playable, however I think this is a public court so nothing against our renter! We will definitely be back!

Great time
The house was great and the scenery was beautiful. Pool was a little warm but to be expected with the recent heat and lack of rain; otherwise very relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, etc! The house was perfect for our family with plenty of space. Few minor details need to be addressed. Towel racks in guest bedroom just fall of the wall, no towel racks in master bathroom and one of the vertical blinds in master bedroom was broken and just sitting against the window.

Great Weekend Getaway
Celebrated my husband’s birthday at this lovely lakefront home. Beautiful views, attentive hosts. The Spa was my favorite spot! Highly recommended!!

The perfect spot!
This was our first time to Canyon Lake, but it won't be our last. Our San Antonio daughter and granddaughter met us there for a 3 day holiday. We brought another granddaughter (same age) with us. We loved everything about this house. The setting is spectacular. The home is very nice and inviting. The outdoor space is perfect for family dinners and just relaxing. We rented a boat from the local marina and explored the beautiful lake. We will definitely return!

The house was is great great shape and was located in a perfect location. We made use of the pool, spa, lake, and decks with smoker and grill. It has an awesome view and is located between larger cities (San Antonio and Austin) while providing a country setting. We spent a month there and never ran out of things to do. We would definitely stay there again.

Very pretty location. But property is dated and needs maintenance work throughout. New vinyl flooring and furniture is in living room and dining area. For the price we paid, I thought the spa would work and that towels would be included. Called management about listing saying linens included but we didn’t have towels, and she told me she couldn’t help, to go to Walmart and buy some and this was 5pm on Christmas Day. On our last day of four day stay two workmen came and got the spa to heat, my husband was the only one to go in briefly. No one used the pool either. Leaves in both. Multi level deck in the process of being painted, paint cans left sitting there and paint spray on vegetation around edges. Master has no closet or luggage stands or even any hooks or towel racks in bath. Master bath window can’t be shut and there’s no screen. Part of bathcabinet false drawer front is missing. Rocks on second level of deck are eroded and crumbling down.

Loved our stay!!! Close to the boat ramp. Short walk to the water!! We hung out on the water and rode jet skis. Easy going down! Cardio workout coming back up!! Lol

Very picturesque views and very relaxing. We took our island float right on the lake and had a good time just relaxing in the water. The house does have allot of stairs so I would not recommend for the elderly but over all we really enjoyed our stay. We look forward to booking again in the future
