About this apartment rental
The condo is very spacious, having 2 bedrooms (with Queen sized beds) and 2 bathrooms (with marble countertops), over 1000 sq ft with a full kitchen (with granite countertops), and living room with sofabed. AC cooled in each bedroom and living room. Very conveniently located right at the marina in downtown Cabo San Lucas (adjacent to Tesoro Hotel and Plaza Nautica), within walking distance of every major attraction including swimming with the dolphins at Cabo Dolphins, the luxury shopping mall Puerto Paraiso, the fantastic Medano beach, and the best clubs. In the Tesoro Resort mall and on the immediate adjacent marina boardwalk you can arrange for all kinds of water activities, including snorkelling, scuba, parasailing, submarining, water skiing, and fishing charters, all of which can depart within two minutes from the condo. Magical, mesmerizing Los Cabos, where the Pacific crashes into the Sea of Cortés at Land’s End “El Arco” while the party goes on. Following your arrival at the San Jose del Cabo airport (SJD), you can take a 45 minute shuttle van ride through or past San Jose del Cabo, then along the Cabo corridor and down to Cabo San Lucas. This whole area is referred to as Los Cabos, but at our condo you are squarely in the center of all the action at the Tesoro Hotel complex in which our condo is located and where those in the know flock to bask in the sun and have some serious Mexican fun. Los Cabos will show anyone a good time. Choose from the endless activities of this treasured area and make your vacation as relaxing or exciting as you desire. Nice place. 6 guys was probably one to many, couch was not big enough for 2 adults. Place was clean, communication was great. Location is close to marina and locals beach. Price point for condo is excellent. I would Recommend to a friend.

We have stayed at Tesoro Hotel many times but will only stay here in the future. The owner was very easy to communicate with. He initiated calls and emails to give us information and updates. The condo has every thing you could want: clean, comfortable, good A/C, WiFi, hot water, a location that can’t be beat and plenty of room to relax in. It was truly a home away from home in Mexico. We loved it and look forward to staying here again.

Awesome location right at the Marina. We only had to use a cab to get from and return to the airport. Everything else was an easy walk. Condo always had a nice breeze blowing through it. If you dont need all the fancy frills of a resort Condo 50 is a great option.

Great location by the Marina. Large and comfortable. Unfortunately no laundry if staying for a while. There is a laundrymat about 6 blocks away-closed on Sundays. A/c worked great. Overall a very nice stay. If come back will definitely stay again.

Fantastic Condo!
Jim was a great Host. Communicated very well. The condo was great, beds comfortable and the location was perfect for access to the marina and all of the hit spots in downtown Cabo. We will be back.

This is a great property in the perfect location for Cabo San Lucas. It is spacious, and we’ll appointed. The only criticism I have is that there is no central air, the only air conditioner is in the master bedroom, and it is a mini split. Also, they need a large trashcan in the kitchen with instructions as to location of the dumpster. But I loved my stay, and would definitely return!

Budget condo near IGY Marina
Nice location for traditional Mexican style condo m. Also great details given for access and Nearby businesses.
It rained heavily during our stay and a leak in dining room required a couple buckets
Loved having 2 bathrooms and balcony was very nice
Some things that could improve stay would be better lighting and a few more amenities in the kitchen. ( dish towels, napkins/paper towels)
Also it would be good to mention that there is no elevator to 2nd floor, however I will add that there is usually a security guard nearby to help with the luggage.)
All in all we had a great time!

Fishing Weekend
Hello -
We can down for a fishing weekend and this property was perfect. Don't expect luxury, but it is just what we were looking for. Right on the Marina to get to your charter, and easy walk to everything and anyting in downtown.

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly as described, clean and all the instructions and information give to us before was a great help. The property manager was very nice and helpful as well. Loved having two bathrooms. The deck was nice to sit out and enjoy the afternoon sun. Great location, being right on the marina and close walking distance to the beach, mall and markets . The highlight of our trip was the sunset boat tour.

We really enjoyed staying here!
Location was awesome. Right downtown where we wanted to be. The Condo itself was great. Took a few tries to find all the switches to run lights and fans, but overall we had an amazing stay. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Cabo. One thing I would hope too see next time is an umbrella out on the patio. There was a table and chairs, but if we wanted to sit outside there wasn't any shade. This would be a huge positive for us. Thanks for having us!

Great Location
If the beach is not your thing and you prefer walking distance to a variety of restaurants, this is your place. Medano beach is an easy 20 minute walk. The locals beach at the end of the marina is about a 10 minute walk. Close to small markets for water and other basics.
Bring earplugs, it can be noisy weekend nights, but all of the units at this end are equally impacted.

Budget friendly, Great Location, has the basics
We stayed June 30-July 5th; Was excited for the location; arrived at the condo, unfortunately there was a pool of water in the dining room; called Ana (Mgr) and she was very helpful, was the weekend - yet, she tried to get it fixed. Turned out it was the Main-AC unit in the ceiling- which had issues and the condensation was pooling up and falling into the condo from the ceiling. Had no Main-AC throughout our stay...since the repairmen would need some time and space to work, they decided to do it after we left. The Split-AC in the MasterBR worked and the 4 of us were able to make a go of it by leaving the MBR door open. We were tired enough most nights! The kitchen is very basic - as are the pots/pans (we bought a non-stick pan & left it for the next tenants- you are welcome:-); Nice big fridge, 4 burner stove, nice ceramic plates, silverware etc.The location is unbeatable - great access to the downtown area and the better restaurants- we felt these were more authentic and not the touristy kind! The marina is in your backyard for all water related activities. Ana is extremely helpful....we booked all our activities through her...and we not only saved good money, we also got a full-refund, when one of us became sick and couldn't go....Thank You very much for all your help, Ana!
A general piece of advise: Try to take pesos from your bank in US - the exchange rate I got was good; we found the rate at the nearby Casas de Cambien not very good. Also, ask for the prices in pesos...they always quote you $ prices...in many instances, it is much cheaper in pesos. Quick shout-out to "Tacos Gus"....we went there 3 times!

Location was amazing!
Our family loved visiting this property. The location made it easy to get to anything desired by any age....nightlife, nice dinner, marina, Medano beach, Dairy Queen, the bus stop and the Pariso mall.
It fit our family perfectly. It was clean, WiFi and Air conditioning worked, beds were very comfortable and lots of room. Having two bathrooms was the best! Anna had everything prepared for us and the entry was seamless. It is up one flight of stairs which made it even more spectacular in the mornings looking out to the marina just steps away.. Having the deck to take in the comfortable evenings was a nice way to end the event filled days.

Fantastic location, comfortable budget accommodation
This spacious 2-bedroom condo is located right next to the marina, close to all the Cabo action. (So close to the action, you may want to bring ear plugs for a quiet sleep!) Comfortable beds, kitchen has basic cooking equipment and new refrigerator. Onsite security made us feel comfortable during our stay. Loved the outdoor patio (we brought our yoga mats and stretched on the patio in the sunshine). Jim provided lots of helpful info, and Ana was quick to respond to emailed questions. We recommend this if you're looking for budget Cabo accommodations.

We have rented this property several times over the years. It can't be beat for it's location, it is close to everything....,beach, nightlife, fishing, restaurants, etc. Kitchen is well supplied. Beds comfortable.

I don't want to say too much about this jewel. I want to keep it a secret from the rest of you. We absolutely loved this condo!!! There was only one drawback and that was that there wasn't access to a pool. We knew this when we rented it. We did spend a day at ME Resort for the price of eating and drinking there, so not too big a price. Otherwise Location, Location, Location. We were right down where all of our activities left from. Kitchen had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable & the shower worked great! View from the patio is of Pedregal hillside (very nice homes) and the parking lot. Really easy to access the condo. Thanks so much, I know my friends are already talking about coming back next year.

Great location, patio and kitchen
We loved being at the marina, a short walk to everything, with about a ten minute walk to the beach. The patio accessed by both bedrooms was large, great for morning coffee, DIY happy hour or nights under the stars. The refrigerator and kitchen counters are nice & new. Ana was very responsive when we needed her. Good price for its location and size!

Very convenient to the Cabo Marina....
We stayed here in July while on a 5-day deep sea fishing trip, and the condo was very convenient to the marina where our boat was docked as well as most restaurants and activities in the immediate area. It is a comfortable unit & the air conditioning works great. I would definitely book again next time we are there to go deep sea fishing.
