The room was a good size and the place was so clean and looked after.
It was also quite and the babushka was so helpful to check me in.
Instructions were clear.
Just a few stairs but my
Luggage was small so ok for me.

The entrance was difficult to found in the frist time but after know that is no problem.

Location was excellent a few steps away from the metro station. The room was nicely decorated.Check in and check out went smoothly without any problems.
Booked the duplex room but got another .The room was not cleaned properly.There was dust everywhere.The bathroom has an awful smell especially in late night and early morning hours.No clean sheets and towels for four nights in a row.The bed was extremely uncomfortable.The comments from other guests about the springs of the bed were absolutely to the point.

Available staff. Nice location with a lot of cafés and restaurants around, as well as currency exchange points. Not in the Old Tbilissi, but taxi is cheap in the city which resolves the problem.
No clear negative points to underline for this hotel, could probably use some water in the minibar at the arrival, but there is a 24/7 supermarket downstairs

Beautiful place!
- We were received at 3 am, we slept until lunch and only after that we went to the exchange office to exchange money and pay
- organized a transfer at night, the driver is very kind
- clean room with great shower and good linens
- the place is amazing, the very center of the city, 5 minutes walk from the metro!) ❤️

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel very much. The location is great, the interior was fabulous, stylish and comfortable and the staff is very lovely.

I am not really sure what i like about this hotel
The owner was not friendly we told her we don't have change so we will give you money tomorrow so we went to sleep then suddenly at 10 she was continously knocking on the door so we gave her money and didn't asked for change i dont recommended it because it was very noisy nd room nd bed was very small also the owner told us to clean the room as if we were staying for free

location was very good .
it’s absolutely disaster, first I have booked a room that was big but then when I got there I never seen that room which I booked they lied to me and gave me a room that was super duper small. It was horrible I couldn’t even move around.

Apartment is very nice but the building entrance is old.

Nice look and feel. Not really walking distance to the old city, but for us it was a nice change and close to great restaurants
Noisy (outside and you can hear other guest). You can only pay by cash, and there is no reception. The shower drain was quite blocked so you could only shower for 2 min.
