Very good location, close to the beach. Decently stocked kitchen gear. However, unit 300 has multiple broken 15" floor tiles with very sharp edges that are poorly suited to young kids running around. The mattresses and box springs are very old and significantly stained and absolutely need replacing. The mattresses were extremely disappointing from an otherwise promising spot.

Clean little 2 bed, 2 bath apartment, no frills, great location rental. It worked perfect for our stay. We would definitely stay at this location again. Big point - clean floors with bare feet, clean bathrooms.

We only had one issue with our stay. The toilets were very small, but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was provided for us and that was a huge help. We have stayed at other condos and nothing was provided, but this one was almost like a hotel stay. Everything was provided except groceries. We will be back for another visit!

It was a perfect location. Nice quiet neighborhood and super nice lady that owns it. Place is very nice and great price.

When we arrived the floors were sticky with cleaning solution. The couches are stained & very dusty. Light bulbs were missing in the fixtures. One reviewer said the bedding was luxurious, but the sheets appear to be well worn and many years old. Mattresses were exposed and the sofa bed was unusable because the mattress was so dirty. Towels were stained and old. The description says the place has recently been renovated, but really the only new part was the shower in the master bedroom. The decorations are old and dusty as are the furnishings. We only stayed one of the three nights because it did not feel clean or comfortable & there weren’t enough beds since we couldn’t use the sofa bed. I’m not sure how this place was given 5 stars by previous reviewers. I will say, the location is great. Right down the street from the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach cottage, the location was amazing, just half a block from the beach! We had a little check-in confusion but Joan got it sorted out quickly. The place was clean and nicely decorated. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch, the washer and dryer were handy too. The wifi was super fast so we could work online. The linens were nice and comfortable. Joan was friendly and responsive and easy to work with. The property was a little older and could use some extra fixing, just little things like screws on the doorknobs and the screen door falling off. It was almost too clean with no spices or knick-knacks or games left behind. One of the things I love about Vrbo is that it feels like being home and not having to buy all the little extra things. Overall we loved our stay, it was a great two weeks that we will treasure forever!

The house was bigger than we thought. Clean and right down from the beach. It took maybe 2-3 walk to the beach. Have a nice patio for relaxing. So much with in walking distance or a short drive! Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful property a block from beach access. Can't wait to come back! My husband and I brought our son, his wife, and their two daughters (13 & 7). Everyone enjoyed the stay!

This property was great... conveniently located near most anything in Cocoa Beach and surrounding area. Very quiet, very clean... easy beach access 100 yards away!

I loved this place. We were close to the beach and had an adorable backyard. The place was clean and comfortable. I definitely would stay there again.
