The property sits on a lush acre with beautiful front and backyards, nestled within trees minutes from Main Street and local beaches. The house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, perfect for kids to bike and play. Utilities and weekly cleaning fees extra per actuals. Available July and first half of August. The house has an open plan with a living - dining area opening into a newly renovated chef’s kitchen with quartz countertops and the latest appliances. This is a perfect house for entertaining. The dining table comfortably seats eight people. And a large island that seats 4-6 people. The spacious living, dining area has a gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings with French doors that open out into the deck. The living room has two three seater couches and 2 single chairs. There is also a three seater couch by the fireplace. On the first floor, there is a separate den / sitting area with 50” TV. Outdoors: Grill on the 6-burner Weber barbecue and enjoy your meals poolside at the teak table and cushioned chairs. Or just swim in the heated pool (open from Memorial day to Labor day) and lounge on the beach chairs by the pool. The pool opens out further to a beautifully landscaped back yard. The pool and outdoor lounge area is situated on a newly constructed 2200 sq ft deck. There is also an outdoor stone fireplace with sitting area in the back yard. First floor layout: Besides the living-dining area and kitchen, the first floor also has the Master bedroom with a King bedroom set and a separate sitting area with a TV and comfortable couch. It has a huge walk-in closet and a newly renovated bathroom with large walk in shower. This floor also has a newly renovated powder room, a den with a 50” flat screen LED TV, DVD player and a small wine cooler, a laundry area with a washer, dryer and ironing board. The 2-car garage is accessed through this floor. Second floor layout: The second floor has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a den. Two of the bedrooms are in a newly constructed wing with a separate den (with TV and sofa) and bathroom (windowed with a bathtub, separate shower). One other bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (recently renovated) with twin beds, sky lights and separate study/ sitting area. We are located 20 minutes from public golf courses and 20 minutes to upscale outlet-shopping outlets, one of the best water parks in the area, an aquarium, horse riding and a game farm. Close to a train station and the sports/ tennis center as well as a 7/11 for any emergency groceries. The convenient location of the house makes it just as easy to access the vineyards and golf courses in the North Fork as the shopping, restaurants and beaches in the South fork in towns like Southampton, Bridgehampton and further to East Hampton and Montauk. We rented this house for the month of July for my wife and I and our two adult daughters. The spacious, well laid out house was perfect for us and our guests. The well-equipped kitchen, large dining table and huge grill made home entertaining a pleasure. The beautiful pool and well-kept backyard provided easy recreation. The house is well located: a short ( 5 minute) drive from town and the supermarket; 15 minutes to Pike's Beach; a half -mile from the train station and a half-mile from the high school with tennis and basketball courts (the house has a basket as well). The house was clean and in good condition-good Wi-Fi. Beds are comfortable, rooms are big and the house came equipped with beach chairs and bikes. The rental process was simple and straightforward and the owner was extremely responsive. Would definitely go back.

My family & I spent a wonderful week in this gorgeous Westhampton house! I had a great dialogue with the owners from the very beginning; everything regarding the reservation went smoothly and they really made our stay as enjoyable as possible! The house was everything we expected and more! It was a perfect get away for this summer; an amazing house and a superb pool for the family to enjoy the sunny June in NY! The house was very well maintained; very clean, nice bathrooms, good bedrooms with very comfortable beds, well-working kitchen, nice lounge area, good air-conditioning, fast WiFi, good coverage of TV-channels... everything that a family needs! Also the garden was beautiful and the amazing Weber-grill on porch made it very easy to BBQ meals for children! I would highly recommend this home for a perfect family holiday!

My husband, a few friends and I rented the house again this summer for the third consecutive year and we had an amazing time as always. We also rented the house from September 5 to October 6 this year, and we had a fantastic month. We spent every WE at the beach or by the pool and enjoyed the comfort of the house when the weather was not that great. The owners are adorable and did everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. I hope we can come back next year!

I recently stayed in this house and had a great time. The house is located within close walking distance from the train station and a very short drive to the center of town which was very convenient for us. The house was spic and span and has a full finished basement which created plenty of space for my group to hang out. The outside pool area was great and nicely lit with sun which made daytimes during the summer very pleasant. Also, there are basically two "master" bedrooms which both have great bathrooms which was obviously a plus. Owner was also very helpful and available if we ever had any questions or issues. Definitely recommend this place for a summer in Westhampton!

A few friends, my fiance and I rented this house for 2 months over the summer and had an amazing time. The house is big and comfortable, it has a nice big deck, a large heated pool and a great backyard (perfect for soccer playing :). Westhampton beaches are nearby and easily accessible.The owners are very nice and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The house is only 1.5 to 2 hours away from the city, offering an amazing escape in the week-ends from Manhattan's heat!
