Pinecroft is beautifully located for you to take advantage of all of the attractions of the historic seaside village of Port Elliot. Set on a quiet street, the house is a beautiful blend of the old and new. Four spacious bedrooms, the master with full ensuite, occupy the original 1920s bungalow. The new rear extension provides open plan living/dining and fully self contained kitchen, with dishwasher & microwave. The main living area has a comfortable leather lounge suite and large flat screen TV, DVD/Blu-Ray player and R/C air conditioning. There is also a second living area, with Playstation, DVD, flat-screen TV, stereo sound system and sofa bed. The new new second bathroom/laundry has a shower, toilet and washer/dryer. Outside, a BBQ and outdoor setting are housed in a tranquil, established garden setting under the large back veranda. There is a single garage for use, off street parking and all linen is provided. In all, a perfect place for one or two or families, or to have friends come and visit. Out and about Pinecroft allows you to relax and unwind. Everything is within easy reach. Take a 200 metre walk to beautiful Horseshoe Bay or stretch out a bit more and follow the spectacular walk around the rocky headlands to Green Bay and Boomer Beach. Bring your bikes and follow the popular Encounter Bikeway to Goolwa or Victor Harbor. A stroll to the village centre takes in restaurants, coffee shops, the famous Port Elliot bakery and the historic Streamranger Heritage Railway. Lovely property within easy walking distance of the beach. There is plenty of living space & all the amenities you need - particularly in the kitchen.
Hosts are friendly, helpful and easily contactable.
We enjoyed the beautiful, well-kept cottage gardens.

Our stay at Pinecroft was amazing …beautiful comfortable house very close to all the key places at Port Elliot ….Hotel Elliot, the Strand and the beach. We really enjoyed our weekend and will be back for another stay

This is a truly beautiful house and extremely well equipped with very close proximity to the magnificent
Horseshoe Bay and very close to the amazing Port Elliot Bakery.
Not the owners fault , but we stayed in the master bedroom ( which is gorgeous) and had the window open slightly and every morning between 6.30 am and 7 am, the dog next door woke me up with his loud barking. Still woke us up when the window was shut.
This is a beautiful house in a beautiful location and Chris was excellent with all communication .

The house was large, comfortable and well-equipped. The garden was beautiful and attracted the birds. We could walk to nearby shops and cafes and out for an evening meal. The station for the Cockle Train was also within walking-distance. Port Elliot is also a great base from which to explore the surrounding area. There was more than enough to see and do during our week there. We loved it!

Chris was great to deal with. The house is perfectly situated between the Cockle train station and horseshoe Bay, and only a short walk to cafes. The house is neat, modern and easy to live in. We look forward to staying again!

A very nice old single storey house with roomy new extension containing kitchen and living area, centrally located in Port Elliot (between main road and beach). We have stayed there several times and always enjoyed it. A very good selection of books on the book shelf too

Perfect as always
This was our third time at Pinecroft. We just love the house, which has large airy rooms, is beautifully cleaned and is spacious and well equipped. Well set up for kids with good adult/kid separation areas. Everything works as it should and the house is handy for cockle train, beach and shops, but soooo quiet. Can’t wait to stay again next year.

This is a gorgeous, clean and spacious property in walking distance to the beach, excellent cafes and shops. Lots of great areas inside and outside the home to sit and relax. Communicating with the owners was easy.

Beautiful house is perfect location, with all the amenities!
We loved our holiday at Pinecroft! At one end of the street is the beach and the other the Port Elliot bakery, location couldn’t have been any better. We made use of the bikes everyday, riding around town and enjoyed listening to the cockle train go by!

This is one of the best places we’ve stayed at. The house was very comfy and clean. Plenty of space, well equiped kitchen and great little outdoor area. The BBQ is awesome too. In terms of location, it’s perfect and everything is within a short walk. We will certainly be requesting to stay there again!

My wife and I have stayed there before, in Sep 2019, and found the place as good as we had expected., But this was the first time for our friends, and they were most impressed with the house, its location, all the tastefully appointed fittings and the amenities. The weather was perfect to boot. We wish we could have stayed longer! Our host was very hopeful and prompt with communications.

Perfect location with every detail carefully thought out
I took my irish in laws to Port Elliott for a few days away from Adelaide metro and we could not have enjoyed it more. The beach, cafes and shops all within walking distance. Inside, all rooms were clean, comfortable and very much felt like a home away from home. One of the days was over 40 degrees but we remained entertained with an array of books, games and DVDs.
