Located in Wheat Ridge, this lovely condo for $130 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Adorable condo close to Olde Town Arvada, restaurants, bars, breweries, boutiques, and parks. 15-20 minutes to Downtown Denver. A hidden Gem! You’ll love your stay because of the ambiance, the outdoor patio, and privacy. 420 friendly atmosphere! Natural Grocers and Starbucks are right down the road; Colorado Mills Outlet is within minutes. Easy access to I-70 for your mountain retreat or to Red Rocks! It is ideal for short term stays, business trips, and adventurers! The space This 2 story condo features a lower story living room, bathroom, dining room, coat closet, and a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs. The living room has a smart TV for you to watch movies or listen to great music. It also boasts a spacious balcony located off of the dining area for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine. The space is completely private and it provides 2 upper level bedrooms with an ensuite master bathroom, guest bathroom with a tub, and lots of closet space to store your luggage or sporting equipment. Guest access Guests have access to all areas in the Condo except the owner's closet in the living room. Interaction with guests Guests have complete privacy yet the owner is only a text message away to answer any questions. Rides to Red Rocks shows (or other areas), hot springs and/or dispensary tours, rides to and from the airport are available for an extra charge depending on availability. Just ask :) Other things to note This property is accessible in any season and there are fun things to do anytime of the year. The road is plowed at the same time as the highways in the winter season, but an AWD car is recommended if snow is expected. You will be provided with menus and guides to experience the most of this beautiful state! Free Wifi is given and you will be provided with the information once you arrive. Light refreshments are provided upon check-in and a continental breakfast consisting of coffee, juice, bagels, cream cheese, and fresh fruit is provided to start the morning! Please use the Keurig and coffee or tea pods as you wish. One body towel, hand towel, and washcloth will be provided for the duration of your stay between one to five nights. Fresh towels will be provided after 5 nights. Should you prefer additional towels during your stay, please let us know so that we may accommodate you better. Parking Guest have one designated parking spot directly in front of the unit, #63. Additional parking is located along the fence on the west side.

Thermostat didn’t control heat. Heat was on non stop so we had to leave windows open. That was what was recommended when I asked host about issue. We stayed for 3 weeks in December during which temperature was in 50s during the day. Noise from traffic and lights from parking lot were troublesome when trying to sleep with windows and curtains open to let heat out. We tried closing windows and curtains at night but it would get up to 78. All tried putting pillows against heat registers which helped a little. Other issue was smoke from downstairs neighbor. It smelled like an ashtray in the place.
If those two things were taken care of, it would be a nice place to stay. It was fairly clean and stocked with necessary items.

Terrific home and great hospitality including fresh baked cookies on arrival and a refrigerator stocked with the basics. Easy access to the interstate highways, shopping and Olde Town Arvada.

Everything was clean and organized; the main king bed was very comfortable. There is a cute little patio off the kitchen which was nice to enjoy in the evening. We enjoyed coffee and creamer available on the premises. The location was fantastic to attend a concert at Red Rocks. We hope it is available the next time we choose to attend a concert.

We had a delightful experience. Excellent communication, very clean, well appointed and easy check-in. Snacks were provided by the owner. It was a very pleasant surprise especially with children after a long flight with some delays.

This was a great spot for us to access the things we wanted to see in our first CO visit. It is close to usual suburban amenities which made getting food and incidentals easy. You are located just off the highway, but no noticeable noise (probably since the portable AC units were running during the heat wave). Since it is a shared space you may notice some Colorado specific scents (in case that bothers you). Niko is easy to communicate with and got us answers to our questions promptly, including dealing with things out of his control. Thank you Niko for a great stay!

We stayed just one night at this property following our visit to the Fan Expo. The area of the complex looked a bit run down, but the townhouse was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, but I found it a bit uncomfortable to fall asleep because the unit had a musty smell to it or that smokers had lived in the unit for a long time. That was really the only downfall. The owners are very generous with offering their food to their guests, and Netflix was available as well. Check in was very easy and smooth.

We were there for a wedding in Golden, CO. The condo was so comfortable. Close to the highway and anything we would need. The hosts were quick to respond and very kind. We will defintely stay again if we are in the area.

Good location within 15 minutes of Empower Field at Mile High stadium for our concert. We enjoyed West 29th Restaurant for dinner ((the meatless lasagna is a must try (and I'm a meat lover)); as well as Breakfast at Joe's Place (we walked the 1/2 mile to it): and the Elks Club in Arvada where everyone was so nice.
Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area! The photos they have do not do it justice.
The place was fully stocked and even included some snacks and water. The three portable AC Units were ok for us with temps in the 80's, but they would struggle with temps any higher.

This was super clean and accessible. The hosts were super helpful. Just be aware that the bedrooms are on the upper level so if you have a problem with stairs this is not the unit for you. But we loved it.

We had a great time staying here for our girls weekend in Denver. Great place/location. Not far from downtown Denver, Red Rocks and Empower stadium. Old Town Arvada is a great little town. Lots of cute restaurants/shops and only a few miles away. Would definitely stay again. Nick made the process from booking to checking out effortless. Great weekend!

Had a great time with amazing friends and a great time at Red Rocks. Niko was the ultimate host. We arranged a ride to the show and he picked us up and took us to the top and waited for us after the show and took us for a quick beer after the show. We were coming to town for a concert at Red Rocks, and we are happy we chose this place for our stay! The owner is beyond accommodating and friendly - he is really great about communicating and even gave us a safe-ride to and from the concert at a very reasonable price, which was so great because he knew exactly where we were going to and from the venue, which was super helpful since we aren't familiar with the area.
The place is well appointed with comfortable bed (we only used the one, so can't comment on the second & third beds) and lots of extras - food and drinks in fridge and cabinets, washer and dryer in case you didn't bring enough clothes for the unpredictable Colorado weather, full length mirrors in both rooms, plenty of nice quality towels - and it was nice and clean!
Olde Town Arvada is super cute and a lot of fun to be so close to for walking around, dinner, drinks, live music on the streets - we were pleasantly surprised with that being such a cool location in close proximity!
Would definitely stay here again!

Niko was a very responsive and easy to reach host and made check in incredibly easy! The condo was very clean and there was food in the fridge for guests to share and eat which was so nice. Drawbacks were that the AC didn’t work so we were very hot and had a hard time sleeping. Also very close to I-70 so loud traffic sounds of the windows are open trying to cool things down in the evening. Walking distance to parks and public transit and grocery stores.

Our experience in Colorado was great. The place we stayed was wonderful other than some didn’t find the second bedroom beds very comfortable. Beyond that it was perfect.
