Nestled in South Forest Beach, this lovely villa for $342 per night is a great option for your next vacation. - The unit is off South Forrest Beach between Coligny Square and Sea Pines. It is a short walk to the beach. There are miles of biking and walking trails, golfing, scrumptious food at the many restaurants. After a day of biking, shopping or exploring enjoy the comfort of the Villa and/or the outdoor pool and in the cooler season the large indoor heated pool and spa. Accommodations: Aurora Villa 1270 Sq. Ft is located on the 4th floor of Ocean Walk. The building has two elevator's. You can enjoy the breathtaking view of the indoor pool through the glass windowed elevator as you ascend. There are two Master bedrooms suites with a full baths, the second suite shares a bath with the 3rd den/bedroom. The Villa also features a large living room and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. For your added convenience and comfort a washer and dryer are provided, and a Murphy bed is available in the office/den. Aurora Villa easily sleeps six comfortably. You can not find a better location or more exquisite place to spend your vacation time. Property rents Saturday with check in at 4:00 pm thru Saturday check out 10:00 am during summer season- During off season you can rent a minimum of three days. 2 Bedrooms with a queen bed in each one, (den has full bed (Murphy Style) for 3rd bedroom, queen sleep sofa in living room, 2 full bathrooms with tub/ shower combo. Facility has security cameras in the common areas (hallways and outside) for safety reasons. There are no cameras inside our unit. Please note the following regarding “Quiet Time” on Hilton Head Island, SC, a. In the Town of Hilton Head Island, SC, it is unlawful to unreasonably disturb the peace and quiet of those in their homes and public places (Title 17, Chapter 4, Town Code): and b. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 AM, though town noise regulations are in force twenty-four (24) hours each day (Title 17, Chapter 4,Town Code). Also please note the quiet time at the Oceanwalk Complex is between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This condo is perfect. Kids slept in one side and adults in the other. Plenty of room. Very comfortable furniture. Great location and not a bad walk at all to the beach and cologne plaza. Would for sure stay here again!!

We loved this villa. It's in a great location, very quick walk to beach. The villa is very roomy and extremely clean. Very nicely updated. The building it's located in is very clean, has a great indoor pool and jacuzzi as well as outdoor pool. The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. The week before our stay we received a packet with every bit of information we would need, checking in and out was extremely easy. We would highly recommend this if you are in the area and would definitely book again if we make it back to Hilton Head.

We visited Hilton Head for the Wine and Food Festival in March and stayed for 4 nights. It was PERFECT for two couples. The layout was wonderful and the living area and kitchen were very nice and roomy. We would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect place for us and in a great location!

The condo was amazing. It was a short walk from the beach. It was exceptionally clean. The kitchen had everything, it was nice to cook dinner there a couple nights. The owners are responsive. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.

The apartment was beautiful and we enjoyed the 2 separate areas. I was having a good vacation with my kids and mom until I got notice that I had apparently violated the owners rules. Just so everyone is aware the owner has a surveillance camera not a security camera above the front door to watch your every move. It didn’t bother me at first because I wasn’t doing anything wrong. The owner accused me of bringing an animal into his condo. He requested that I pay for the supposed violation. I was never contacted to be asked anything. I of course contacted VRBO and the issue was handled. The owner admitted that he was wrong and in fact there was no animal brought in but a brown bag that looked like a dog crate. I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt but this owner used his “security camera” as surveillance and wrongly accused me of something that never happened. HHI is beautiful and the apartments are great. I would just never stay here again because I don’t need to be under surveillance.

The property was exactly as described. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. Balcony space was comfortable and relaxing. Kitchen has everything you could need. The property was spotless and check-in flawless. Washer and dryer in unit was such a bonus. Location was excellent for walking to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Would absolutely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. The location in the Coligny Beach area was great - short walk or car ride to all activities on our list. The unit was clean and well appointed. My only note is that the bed in the bedroom located in the main part of the unit is unusually high - had a hard time getting into bed. A step stool would have been great.

We were very pleased with our time at the villa. Only one suggestion- the master bed needs a step to get on to it. (Rice bed style). Ha ha. It is one of the best stocked vacation places we’ve ever stayed at. The beach was a short walk and the beach wagon made the trip so much easier. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Condo was terrific-plenty of room for everyone. Was clean and beautiful, and had everything we needed! We enjoyed the indoor pool and hottub at night and the beach by day. Couldn't have asked for anything better-hope we can make it back next year. The host are kind and good communicators.-Thanks for letting us stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The layout of the villa was perfect. The kids loved having their own little “apartment “. The owners really put some thought into decorating and supplying the unit with everything you need. We didn’t mind the walk to the beach at all since we had the beach wagon. Would definitely love to stay there again in the future.
