Nestled in Kingsland, this attractive house for $2,443 per night is a great choice for your next break. Located on an unique 2 acre lot that overlooks open water . Enjoy swimming on our private beach with 820' of waterfront. This property is a rare find on lake LBJ . This house sleeps 30 people comfortably. 6,500sqft. home 6 bedrooms and 5 and half bathrooms. Enjoy 2 living rooms for some privacy. new outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, large gas grill and a big green egg. two pergola patios off the swimming pool areas, enjoy a fire by the pool . Additionally features include a large covered boat dock which includes 2 boat slips and a jet ski ramp. underwater fishing lights. Volleyball ball net. Beach towels.. We have plenty of parking. Our family wants your family to enjoy and have a stress free vacation. Our lakehouse property is private and unique with the fact that you will have 2 acres surrounded by water. Basically bring the family and some food and I make sure you have everything else. We live locally and can always be reached if needed. But we respect of your privacy and never come to the lakehouse unless the renters have given us permission. . I do have a social media—- Vive El Sueno 😀 book .

The property was great, plenty of room for people to sleep, hang out inside/outside, cook, eat, etc. Very comfortable, very easy, and had basically everything we needed.

The property was perfect. We took a group of seniors for their post prom weekend and the house was amazing. It fit everyone nicely and had tons of amenities to keep the kids occupied. Bradlee and Shannon were wonderful to work with.

Circle drive is HORRIBLE!!!
The house claims to sleep 30. There would be no way to get them there unless they used a bus. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac. One way in one way out. So when I see that there is a circle drive I assume I can take the boat to the house to unload the truck and then go launch. 3 hours later after maneuvering the truck and trailer we get it turned around. Went to the boat house. The boat hoist was totally messed took me two hours to fix it. The basketball goal was broke. None of the video games in the game room worked. Great Lot and the HVAC worked well. This house is not your best bang for your buck. Would not rent again

Had a group of 18 or so for a get together weekend. Easy place to stay, Kitchen is well stocked and tons of beds! House is big but was hardly ever in it other than to cook and sleep. Pool is great, hot tub and beach are really good. Great place to just hang out and enjoy lake like. We pulled our own boats and having access to such a close boat ramp was super convenient. Couldn’t have been better.

My group had a wonderful time and the house was really nice. The house was much better than what the pictures showed and I definitely recommend this house to a larger group. There was plenty of room for the whole group

I was looking for a location that could accommodate my adult children and their families and maybe a couple other family members--about 20-25 in all. We ended up with 10 adults and 9 children. This was the perfect location. There was plenty of space both in the house and outside.
The kitchen had more than enough space to allow several cooks. The bedrooms were spread out. We designated one room as the kids dorm room and I never heard a sound from their room (and it wasn't just because they were quiet and watching TV).
We all fell in love with this property and want to return for another stay.

Weekend with the family
Our family had an amazing weekend at this house. The property was large, with plenty of room for us to spread out. We swam a lot, fished a lot, cooked a lot, and ate a lot! The pool has an area that was perfect for our 9 month old grandson. There was plenty of seating outside, whether you were hanging out on one of the patios or out in the yard, where you could fish in the shade or simply enjoy the quiet. The owner was very easy to work with. Would love to come back!

Beautiful property but the house needs a lot of work...
I'll start with the positives. The lot is beautiful! Huge, mature trees and water on two sides make it an amazing and large lot.n They did an amazing job with the beach and rock surrounding it. The A/C worked well. There is a lot of space, including a separate living area.
As for the negatives, unfortunately, there were quite a few. This is an older house, likely built in the 80's that has clearly been added onto in order to accommodate more guests. The result is a pretty funky layout with a central hallway (that clearly used to be an exterior wall) dividing the property into half.
It seems like it is in mid-update as there were wires hanging out where lights should be, there is a lot of siding that doesn't match, windows were cracked, lights don't work, incomplete drywall work, etc.
We had issues with a number of things including them not having the soap and shampoo they said on the posting, the internet went out after 2 nights, the umbrellas pictured on the beach over the hammock chairs weren't present, the gas grill didn't work, the boat launch they said we could use wouldn't let us use it, etc. The owners, to their credit, were responsive when we had stuff come up, it was just frustrating to have that many things go wrong.
Generally, I think it's a great option, it was just a question of value; for the rates they charge, I don't expect to have that many issues with amenities, I don't expect to see hair in the shower drains, unfinished dry wall in the master shower, holes in the ceiling, etc. It's just not that nice.

Great COVID Get away
This was such a wonderful get away in the midst of a pandemic. The owners were very responsive when we had a few issues at the beginning. They helped out immediately and the rest of our stay was fantastic. The beds are super comfy! it has everything you need . Just bring your food and drinks!

Family reunion
Loved this spacious house with large yard and excellent access for boating. The pool is just right for kids. The owners are particularly helpful and treat guests VERY well. Hope we can come back next year!
