It also boasts an open, spacious living room and dining room, which is perfect for entertaining. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, so there is never noise from passing vehicles. The house is also nestled against a 17 acre preserve which makes it very private, quiet, and relaxing. There is also easy access to the nature preserve; you can access it from our back yard or simply walk across the street. Nestled in between East Hampton and Sag Harbor, this home offers an open floor plan with walls of windows, vaulted ceilings with skylights, which makes it bright and inviting. The space seamlessly transitions to the outdoors, which offers a sun-drenched pool and deck, surrounded by the natural beauty of the 17 acre Nature Preserve. The home is fully air-conditioned with a large living room and dining room, a working fireplace and abundant natural light. It's the perfect home for entertaining or relaxing. From the dining room there are two sliding doors that lead to the large outdoor area, which is complete with plenty of seating and BBQ. The main floor has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have sliding glass doors with direct access to the deck. The master bedroom is located upstairs with its own master bathroom and private balcony overlooking the deck and pool.

Beautiful home in wooded clearing with lovely pool & multiple bedrooms. Relaxing, spacious, nicely decorated, with long trail hikes available steps from the back door. Great to lounge by the pool or check out the Sag Harbor and East Hampton area a short distance away. Airy and lovely. Host was incredibly responsive. Fully equipped kitchen & laundry machines. A great stay!

We enjoyed our stay here very much! This home was beautiful, very clean and had everything you need. It’s in a great location between Sag Harbor and East Hampton. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, very relaxing place. The pool was so nice after a day at the beach. George was fantastic to deal with. Always available for questions. He was a pleasure to deal with.

My gf and I stayed at George’s Hamptons home for a week. With limited travel during COVID, we wanted to get away to a home that was private with a good pool. This was perfect for that. The cleaning crew did an amazing job making sure everything was spotless when they were done which made us feel safe. The home is nicely situated between East Hampton and Sag Harbor. Pool is heated and perfect. Home had all the essentials to make the visit comfortable. George was a great host who was very responsive. Thank you for a great trip!

The House was super clean, spacious, and stylish. Perfectly appointed decor, perfectly set up - house location is amazing - tucked away in the woods but close enough to town and the beach!!! Peaceful retreat with amazing fireplace and tons of light and space. Myself and my girlfriend loved the entire vibe and the house!!!!! Would recommend the home to anyone - WINTER, SPRING, SUMMER, FALL anytime of year it is amazing and the Host was super responsive and the house was fully equipt with everything you need.

We had a wonderful time in East Hampton. The house was comfortable with a great pool and outdoor space. The house is surrounded by woods with beautiful hiking trails. Sag Harbor was near by with excellent restaurants and the beach was only 5 minutes away by car. We also visited a local winery which we all enjoyed. I look forward to renting the house again!!!!

We had an amazing quiet week in this superb home - snow outside, beautiful fire inside and so much space! Lovely walks through the trees but still close to everything you would want or need. The house had everything you could need and was spotless. Would love to go back.

This was the perfect house to getaway from the city to! Great location, close to Sag and East Hampton!Huge house, and immaculately presented - we loved the big kitchen and the fire place! The high ceilings and big windows in the living area made for the perfect space to just hang out.The hosts have provided for everything you need, and it is very clean and tidy.It was one of our favorite houses we have rented, and the George was great to deal with. He was incredibly responsive and had great recommendations for restaurants in the area during the off season. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this to our friends.
