We had an excellent week in this beautiful unit. Lots of space and great for three couples. The grounds are beautiful and pools plentiful. It’s a bonus to have Duke’s restaurant and a good general store right on property.

We absolutely loved this unit. Two of the bedrooms have connecting baths and the other bedroom has a bath right across the hallway. Everything was clean and in good working order. So nice to have a spacious living/dining area. Plenty of room for everyone to eat, play games, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here with our teen kids and my parents. My sister and her family booked another place in the same complex, definitely not as nice! Lovely kitchen, huge bathrooms, lovely lanai.

Perfect location for family holiday. Beautiful condo. We had two mechanical complications, but maintenance was there to address the issues within an hour. We have enjoyed the Hanoa Kai for years and look forward to many returns.

Spacious and beautifully updated unit. Snorkelling was just down a few minutes walk on the beach. Maui resort rental was great, always ready and quick to assist. Used the courtesy shuttle a few times, very convenient.

The property itself and all amenities were wonderful and as advertised. We had a small family reunion, so all ages enjoyed the pools, ocean, restaurants and location. However, our unit (#249) also came with cockroaches in the kitchen (including the refrigerator) and living room areas. This situation dramatically altered our eating plans, as we were hesitant to store food and ended up eating most meals out or had food delivered from local restaurants, adding to our total trip cost $$$. This was disruptive to our overall stay, at an otherwise great resort.

Views, pools, a full kitchen, indoor outdoor living with a huge lanai. While the condos are luxuriously equipped, Honua Kai is not a stuffy place, you can bring your grandchildren and not worry if they squeal when they go down the slide in the pool.

We had a great stay. The unit is amazing with 3 bedrooms, a nice kitchen and bathrooms. It was also well priced relative to other 3 bedrooms. The property is great - walking distance to the beach and great pools for family members of all ages. Also Duke’s is right there for poolside ordering, lunch, or dinner.

Loved our stay at Honua Kai. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. We loved having a fully stocked kitchen, washer / dryer and room to spread out. We loved the location in West Maui as well. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great property. We booked in 2020 which of course didn’t work out and the owners and management company worked with us. This is a great place to stay for a large family or multi generational family. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Close proximity to everything. Great little store on site for essentials. The management company was great to work with, they responded super quick to our every request. It was a little confusing checking in because the building we were staying in doesn't have a checkin area- and the two buildings are called the same thing. But the valet check-in worked out fine once we got to the right building. Overall, we had the perfect trip! I would highly recommend this unit!

We loved this property!
We came for a family vacation and loved the clean spacious room, easy access to the pool and beach, and most of all the amazingly comfortable beds. Our daughter was ecstatic with the multiple pools and slide, and we enjoyed those as well as swimming in the ocean. Thee property was immaculately clean, very nicely furnished, and updated. We spent every meal on the balcony and are already talking about our next trip!

Full family Maui fun
We have stayed at this property previously and enjoyed the location, amenities, quality of rooms, etc. This stay did not disappoint. It fit us and our 5 kids perfectly. We used both the BBQ's on premise and the kitchen for lots of great meals (in between great meals eating out). We were a bit worried that the lower floor location might be noisy but were it was positioned in the courtyard lent to a quiet spot, easy breezes and views past the pool to the ocean. Our only complaint (minor) was that is seemed as if a previous guest washed something fishy in the dishwasher.
We just couldn't quite shake that smell but it was more annoying then anything and far from a deal breaker. Honua Kai is and will be our go to Maui spot in the future and I'd stay in this suite again in a heartbeat.

Great vacation property
We had a fantastic vacation!! Wonderful accommodations, close to great food, choice of pools and close to the ocean. We snorkeled daily and saw sea turtles and a wonderful array of fish. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous condo
Viking range, Vitamix, All Clad pots and pans, great AC set up in each room, beautiful bathrooms, comfy pillows, great customer service, washer dryer ... Cost a small fortune, but was an absolutely lovely condo.

Best Vacation Ever!
This place was awesome the condo itself was immaculate, top of the line appliances, great furnishings! The resort was awesome, my kids loved it three different pools to choose from, nice convince store on the first floor, valet and bellmen were super friendly! Dukes right out front was great as well, they had servers roaming the pool so you could get food and drinks while lounging and was a great place to pop in for a meal as well. Maui Resort Rentals was top notch from even before we got there they checked to make sure everything we needed was already in the condo and any concerns we had during our visit they were always available to answer and help! We will def be repeat customers!

Perfect spot!
Amazing condo that looks exactly like the pictures. Amazing amount of space for 3 couples and 2 babies (the walk in closets made nice baby rooms!). Super family friendly resort with beautiful pools and great places to walk down the seasaid boardwalk. Would stay here again for sure!

Amazing residence and property on the beach.
Picked this residence because it offered 3 bedroom w/kings and 3 bathrooms for a couples week away. Feel in love with the resort and area on Maui. So much to offer so close by. But also a quiet area to hang out in Hawaii. Maui Resort Rentals made is easy and helped every step of the way.
