About this house rental

Experience the sheer beauty of this remarkable 5-bedroom residence situated on the tranquil Nature View cul-de-sac, just a brief 5-minute stroll from the beach. The owners have meticulously renovated this spacious property, ensuring meticulous attention to every detail. Upstairs, you'll discover a two-story great room with vaulted ceilings, adorned with charming wooden beams that create an expansive and inviting atmosphere. This open-concept space allows you to engage in lively conversations with friends as you prepare meals in the stunning new kitchen. Adjacent to the living room, there is a Queen bedroom, while a Guest Bath is conveniently located just off the kitchen. Ascend the grand staircase to find the opulent King Master Bedroom, complete with a lavish ensuite bath and a spacious walk-in closet. The Queen/Twin bedroom on this level also boasts an ensuite bath. On the first floor, a ground-level entry provides access to a self-contained 2-bedroom suite featuring a kitchen/dining area, a comfortable living room, and a private patio. The Queen Bedroom includes its own ensuite bath, and the Queen over Twin bunk bed room has easy access to the Guest Bath. For additional guests, the living room sofa can be converted into a sleeper. Behind the residence, you'll find a brand-new caged pool and a separate hot tub, both overlooking the Mantanzas Pass Preserve, offering a high degree of privacy. There are plenty of options for lounging and relaxation in the sun or shade. Please be aware that there is no interior connection between the ground-level area and the upper two floors. A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation. Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire when booking. Some units have age, size and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian. Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Good house, horrible sleeping conditions
Great house and pool, horrible beds. While the house is great, the beds are the worse I have ever experienced. All guests (there was 8) all complained about how extremely bad the beds were, as well as how rough the sheets were. You would expect with this price point better sleeping amenities.

Our family of 10 stayed in this beautiful 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home. There was plenty of room for everyone. We could all gather together or go to our rooms for privacy. The open concept made this home very appealing! The pool was AMAZING! And the house is literally a four minute walk, less then two blocks from the beach which made this the perfect location. The house is on a cul-de-sac so there was no traffic and it was very peaceful. The house is located Mid-Island in a central location to everything the island has to offer, and the beach access led to a very private beach experience. It was never too crowded and it was always clean and beautiful. We had an issue with the WiFi the first couple of days but the owners/managers worked hard to resolve the issue as quick as possible! Their service and communication was excellent. We loved this house and will definitely return in the future!

Very easy to book, communications with property management were excellent. The house was large enough for 11, and all of us were all able to sit together at the large outdoor dining area! The kids enjoyed playing games and of course the pool! The house suited our needs perfectly. I would not recommend for small children or the elderly due to the open staircases.
