Our 91 year old mother is over all the time with her walker and no worries with the elevator there. We also have central AC and heating and a washer and dryer in the laundry room. Walk a block and a half to the ocean and swim, surf, fish and have fun. This part of Va Beach is quiet and peaceful, just private homes with no high rise condos or hotels allowed. It has a wide beach and is never super crowded like at the boardwalk area. Only a bike ride or minutes by car from the board walk area. Close to unique shops and restaurants, the aquarium, First Landing State Park, amusements at the boardwalk and boating and surfing of course. Check in is at 4 pm and checkout at 10 am. Thanks!
