Wonderful Lake Harmony Estates Year Round Retreat Indoor Features: Hardwood flooring throughout living area, game area has bumper pools table and wet bar with beverage frig, 40" HD flat screen cable TVs, sound bar with aux. hook-up, WIFI, granite in kitchen and baths, 1 wood burning fireplace and 1 gas fireplace (brick & stone) and a laundry closet with washer and dryer and Central Air-Conditioning Outdoor features: 2 lighted decks with picnic table, pub table and stools, lounges, Adirondack chairs with table, covered patio with hot tub, fire pit, propane BBQ grill, large area for horseshoes and corn hole. Access to private beach on Lake Harmony. Home Layout: First Floor: Large fully equipped kitchen with granite counters with seating, sliders to deck, sitting area with flat screen TV and gas fireplace, 2 bedrooms one with queen bed, other has 2 full beds, bath, and laundry closet. Second Floor: Family Room with flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace, game area with bumper pool and wet bar, 3 bedrooms one with queen bed, one with queen bed and twin bed, large 3rd bedroom with a bunk bed, queen bed, futon(double bed), twin bed with trundle, and a toddler bed. full bath. Comes with mountain bikes, small crib and pack and play for kids. Our home backs to a large Boulder field that is an amazing site to see and explore. It is just over a 5 minute walk to Lake Harmony, a private lake that permits fishing, power boats, water skiing and swimming. Our private lake community beach has a swimming area, picnic tables, and beach volleyball court. . Hike the trails Hickory Run State Park and Austin Blakeslee Natural Area both just a few miles away. Ski Big Boulder or Jack Frost Mountains both minutes away which also provide snowboarding and snow tubing. Other nearby local attractions include Pocono Raceway and Split Rock resort. Other activities include snowmobiling, horseback riding, paintball, hiking white water rafting, fishing, hunting, miniature golf, water parks, casino gambling, bowling, movie theatre, multiple golf courses and outlet shopping. Weekday rates are only available when booked through a weekend

House was as listed. A lot of beds to accommodate large groups and kids/families. Great second floor seating area. Did not indicate that linens were not included in the listing, there was a last minute scramble to book rentals. Overall a nice house and close to Jack Frost and Big Boulder.

We had a very nice time in the Lake Harmony area! We enjoyed being on a cul de sac which was quiet during the week but turned into party haven on the weekend which gave us a little less sleep! Better bear proof containers are needed with trash being pulled into the woods, can’t blame the bears! Overall it was a great experience for all our grown kids and grandchildren! Karen and Tom

We had such a great experience staying at this home! We enjoyed sitting by the fire and going in the hot tub. All the bedrooms were spacious and clean. We spent so much time on the large, back deck. I highly recommend this rental!

All 16 of us arrived Friday (1/31/20). We were all pleasantly surprised at how spacious the house was for us. Every couple had their own bedroom and there was a bedroom that looked like it was designed for all 8 grandchildren. The children loved the large bedroom. We enjoyed the kitchen area for cooking and it over looked the woods and Sunday morning we had a visit from a deer family. Everything about this home was lovely and it was a perfect place for a special birthday celebration for mom-mom. We are anxious to hopefully be able to rent this beautiful home again the same time next year.

1. Immaculate house 2. Great backyard and games to go with it 3. Short walk to boulders through the jungle 4. Access to private beach was a plus for kids 5. Ample space for a group of 15+ 6. The outside decks were great with ample seating (We spent alomst all the time outside except for eating)

The house has everything you can imagine you would need away from home in the kitchen. Fire pit was awesome and we used the corn hole game available as well. It was true to what I expected from what was advertised. Fit our 14 people with plenty of room. Love love love the two decks! Saw lots of wildlife including a bear a couple of times. Would highly recommend this property.

Had alot of fun, couldnt get a hold of owner, tried couple of times, once i called, she replied right away, didnt know about no sheets, no paper towels, or trash bags, otherwise ran to store for couple of supplies, and was good then!loved the house, saw 2 bears, plenty of deer, pergect weather!!!

We used this house for a long weekend for a birthday gathering for a large group of people. We were impressed with the pictures that were posted of the house online. However, the house was even more beautiful in person! We comfortably slept 16 people with no issues. The house has many amenities that fit all of our needs. It was a fairly short walk down to the lake. There are a few bars and restaurants less than a 5 minute drive away. If you enjoy watching wildlife, this house is for you. We had a family of deer in our yard every morning. The owners typically responded to questions within minutes and were very hospitable. We had a great experience!

Our group of 10 had an awesome weekend. Plenty of space for everyone. House was very clean and everything worked as expected. There is a boulder field you can get to via a path in the backyard. We had a very relaxing time. Lots of deer and wildlife all around. Definitely check this place out. Thanks for everything, Denise!
