Real Escapes Properties offers an end unit townhome with lots of room to relax. Unit #106 is in a great location and it would be perfect for two families getting together. 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo has over 1,860 SF of living area. The first floor has two bedrooms, a full bath and washer/dryer. Bedroom #1 is on the left - with a Queen-sized bed. On the right you'll find a blast of sunshine in Bedroom #2 - with a set of twin beds and a door opening up to the private courtyard area. There is one full bathroom downstairs with a tub/shower combination and a stackable washer/dryer unit. The second floor of this classic beach house is where you will find the kitchen, living room and dining area. Hardwood flooring, lots of windows and light-colored furniture make this a great gathering place. The kitchen is equipped with standard amenities. There is plenty of seating for your crowd - either at one of the tables or the kitchen bar. A half-bathroom is also located on this level. There is a screen porch located off of the front of the house from the 2nd floor and a deck area off the dining room. The 3rd Floor has 2 more bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. Rounding out the area is a lounge area and another sun porch access. Location: Property is located near East Beach area almost adjacent to the Coast Guard Station (Beach Access). In addition, it is about a 1.8-mile bike ride into the village. Located off of Ocean Boulevard, this property is walking distance to Crabdaddy's and Crab Trap (less than 1/2 mile). CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). • No pets are allowed in this property * Parking is available for 2 vehicles. Guests must park in the driveway, no street parking * Approximate 3.5-minute walk to beach. Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families. Perfect place for a beach getaway! We've stayed here several times and love it. It's not fancy, but it is as advertised and meets our needs. About half a mile from the restaurants at Arnold Rd & Ocean Blvd and roughly 1.5mi from the village. Easy access to points north on St Simons, too. We'll stay again for sure!

The location is amazing and the property spacious. The kitchen sink faucet as lose. The tub in the master bedroom the stopper does not work. The furniture and the carpets could use some spot cleaning and shampooing. The swing and the deck off the dining room could use some tlc. Otherwise this is certainly a rental I would recommend.

I wouldn't stay here again. Bathrooms and carpeting need to be updated for starters. Master bath has missing shower door which has been replaced with a shower curtain that invades your space. Twin beds had no top sheets just a bed cover which doesn't get washed. Price seemed like a bargain but after staying there, I don't think many folks would feel that way.

They stay itself was questionable after renting. I kept asking the question, Does the place have grill? This question went unanswered for a while until I was finally able contact the management group for the property personally. Then we arrive at the home and the refrigerator does not work. There's a note on the fridge stating it will take 6 hours to cool and place only cool food in fridge, REALLY! Furthermore, this did not help with the ice maker doing its job, not cool or what anyone would expect while vacationing. The showerheads in the bathrooms need to be replaced, yesterday. Crud and gunk buildup on all 3. Water stains on the ceiling also makes one concerned along with an unsafe balcony off the master bedroom on the 3rd floor. The balcony is falling forward, something that need to be addressed today. Usally I am not a complainer but this house was really disappointing. The same as its important to keep the home clean and like it was found, it's important to make sure the house is safe for my family.

The unit is spacious and convenient. But, not only were there no working TVs in the bedrooms, there was only one working TVs in the entire unit. I wish I knew ahead of time there was only one TV.

This was a great location and we enjoyed being there. Loved the arrangment and the porches and close to the beach. The carpet is hard to keep clean, there are holes in the downstairs bath that could be the cause of mildew ordor.A little fresheing of the sofas would help too. We hope to return next year.

This house was perfect for our large group multifamily beach retreat. We loved it. They had all the beach needs, extra mattresses, dishes, sheets and everything we needed. The grill had not been dumped but we ended up not needing it. I rearranged the furniture while I was there but its easy to move back! The house needs a couple of things fixed but we didn't mind at all. Nothing major. Easy walk to the beach. 10/10 I will stay here again!

The vent on the 3rd floor had insulation coming out of it. The Kitchen and another room had water stains on the ceiling from a leak. The beds were comfy, house was spacious. Quite area

The location of this property is perfect. The 3 floor layout was exactly what we needed. The house needs a deep cleaning and the couch in the living room needs replaced or cleaned. A little TLC in this house would go a long way.

Holiday Inn on the outside , but Motel 6 on the inside .
This was our very first blended family mini vacation , as well as my little one's first time at the beach , that portion was great , but the condition of the home is absurd ! The pictures listed were obviously posted when this was first listed . Upon arrival we were greeted with dead bugs and a food stained kitchen rag . That was the first of many issues we were about to find . . . It lists a pull out couch and also complete with dvd's , both which were nonexistent , the towels provided were stained so we used our beach towels since the office is closed on the weekends and of 0 help , over half of the lights outside did not work , and a few inside as well . This is a very outdated home that could be so much more than what it is . The cost of this establishment is not worth it . It says no pets , but there are stains on the carpet all throughout the house . The outside of the house is beautiful until you get to the back of it and find all the trash and damages , the backyard is not equipped for kids to play in it and most of the furniture outside is damaged and/or broken . I am super disappointed with the cleanliness and poor communication from management . We enjoyed the beach and our family time , but the house is a huge letdown . Update it and Clean it .

The house is good, the management is great and quick to respond. I would have like it to be more upgraded. With TV's in each room. When you have teenagers tv in the rooms are a must. The beds need to be upgraded very comfortable. And there should be at least a king's size bed in one of the rooms for a master bedroom. However, over the house was clean and the location is a short walk to the beach.
