We loved that the front accordion doors opened to the street. It made it so bright and airy. The location was great. Walking to everything. Tyler was very responsive. A beautiful home.

We enjoyed our stay once we chose to overlook some issues. First night after a long travel day. Remotes to TVs batteries were dead. One Tv was completely inoperable. The cable box was completely disassembled. The main tv we could not change the channel or lower the volume so we just went to bed. The next morning we discovered the coffee maker did not work after spending $ coffee for the week. My family cannot go w/o coffee. I messaged Tyler and he sent someone over. Before his neighbor arrived with batteries, I had to call the emergency number because my 76 yo mother was stuck in the bathroom and we could not get her out. She was in there for almost 1 hr. We almost called the fire department. I did call VRBO bc we were frantic. There was no air flowing in there, no window etc. The cleaning lady sent her husband who had a tiny screwdriver and wriggled it for 15+ mins. He eventually got her out. Once the neighbor came he had to tape the latch on the door so it would not happen again. Tyler finally called me back, his response lacked empathy. His exact words were “that’s unfortunate.” His response to the coffee maker was “well I was there Monday, but in the same breath “ don’t drink coffee” He told me we could use the Keurig, but we had already spent and opened the $ worth of coffee. His last suggestion was we could go to the coffee shop. That was it. Totally lacking hospitality especially at a this rate per night. We found dirty towels hanging in two of 3 bathrooms.

The house was beautifully designed and visually comforting. All amenities were thought out for any of our needs. The open air concept both upstairs and downstairs was appreciated. Walking distance from everything. The grocery store was right around the corner. We couldn't have selected a better place. Thanks Pamela

This house was just perfect for me and extended family who were all congregating for a wedding on the island. It was super easy to walk to all our s=destinations and the living room glass door opens up to the deck and street which was perfect as quite a few passer byers were friends also visiting for the wedding. So we were the park it and chill house. The decor is hip fresh and their were many perks including a stem shower. U can't go wrong with this choice. All five of us were THRILLED with the property.

We had an amazing stay! The house is walking distance to town and in a great location. The place was clean and comfortable. Tyler was very responsive and made sure we were all happy. I would definitely recommend this house to a group of friends or family.

Great house for our group of 7, easy walk to everything you want to do in Avalon. Plenty of places to sleep and gather. We ate out the entire time so can’t speak to the kitchen but seemed well stocked :) We checked out some of the favorite food places from the property and loved them! Opportunities: We didn’t get check in information until we reached out a few minutes before the check in time, some info would have been helpful for us coming off the ferry. Also there was watered down soap in all the dispensers (and not much of it) which was disappointing. Otherwise really enjoyed the house and location.

We loved everything about this property! There were 9 adults, and we all enjoyed spending time together in this space. The open window/doors in the front were amazing, and we loved the "no traffic" street which made the area feel like stepping back in time. Highly recommended!

It was a perfect stay! The location was wonderful for walking to all areas of the island. The house was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could think you might need on a vacation. The owner was thorough in giving us information to make our trip as successful as possible. I would stay there every time we go to Catalina. Highly recommend!!!
