Ask about linen rental. * Beach tags provided. This beautiful new 1st floor vacation property is located on the corner of 9th & Wesley Avenue (840 Wesley) in the heart of Ocean City, NJ. Just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, or downtown to enjoy all that Ocean City has to offer. Offering 5 bedrooms, 3 baths plus outdoor cabana shower, 1,800 sq ft of living space on the 1st floor living area with no steps once inside 1st floor, plus the entry level recreation area. This home features a King size master bedroom with private bathroom, a Queen-sized bedroom with connecting bathroom (bathroom has 2nd door connecting to hallway, hallway door can be locked to give access from bedroom only), another Queen bedroom with balcony, two bedrooms with a full-sized bed plus a single bed, a full-sized sofa bed in family room, and a full-sized sofa bed in the entry level recreation room (not on same level as other bedrooms). Family room with large flat screen TV, TV in entry level room, as well as TVs in all bedrooms. Wi-Fi and cable TV provided, lending library of DVDs and games, beach tags, beach chairs, beach stroller, beach wagon, boogie boards, beach toys, bikes, umbrellas, cooler, outdoor cabana shower, high chair, and pack n play. Front porch off the living room area for enjoyment rain or shine and locking gait to front stairs, a deck in the back off the master, and a balcony off bedroom 5. Private entrance and internal stairwell to 1st floor with keyless entry, off street parking for 3 vehicles (2 in the garage and 1 in the driveway). Pillows and blankets are provided. However, linens for the beds/pillowcases, bath towels, and beach towels are NOT provided. There is a full-size front-loading washer and dryer in the home. Linen sizes you will need are: 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 full beds, 2 twin beds, 2 full-sized sofa beds (family room & on ground level not on the same level as other bedrooms), 2 twin sized memory foam roll out sleepers for extra sleeping choices, and a pack n play sheet if using. Layout of the condo: GROUND LEVEL/GARAGE LEVEL: Private entryway with recreation area. Internal private stairwell to first floor, as well as outdoor front staircase directly to family room. Garage to accommodate 2 cars, plus 1 space behind in driveway. Outside private cabana shower. FIRST FLOOR: Fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Dining area with dining table, chairs, and dining bench for 10, plus additional table for 4 in family room. Living area with TV, gas fireplace, sleeper sofa, and door to front deck. Front deck with locking gait to front stairs. Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with king size bed, private bathroom #1 with rain shower, and sliding door to back deck. Bedroom 2 - Junior master bedroom with queen size bed and connecting door to one of two hall bathrooms with shower. Hallway bathroom door can be locked to make private en suite. Bedroom 3 - Full sized bed, plus twin sized bed. Sleeps 3. Also one twin sized memory foam roll out sleeper in closet. Bedroom 4 - Full sized bed, plus twin sized bed. Sleeps 3. Also one twin sized memory foam roll out sleeper in closet. Bedroom 5 - Queen size bed, and sliding door with Juliet balcony overlooking 9th street. Twin sized foldaway cot in closet. Additional full bath (Bathroom # 3) with tub shower off hallway. Full-size front-loading washer/dryer in closet off hallway. *Weekly rentals only early June to mid-September and are Saturday to Saturday. We were a family of 10 ages from 11 to 71. The location was perfect, just a two block walk to the boardwalk and 1-2 block walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants. The house was clean and offered everything we needed. My 3kids and their friends had the time of their life and made lifelong memories.

This property was perfect for our group! The host was very responsive and organized. It was great to have such an equipped house with beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, a wagon, etc so we didn’t have to think of much while staying there!

Recommended for multiple families w children. There was a room for the kids to play and contain them. Plenty of personal space in large rooms, furniture utilized the space for the 11 of us. Walking distance to the beach, middle of downtown, there was nothing needed for our families for the beach but umbrellas and games...loved the Tommy chairs. Thank you very much. The building could use an elevator, unfortunately the steps were too much for my mom.

We stayed here for a family get away. The home was very clean (with extra measures taken for COVID) and perfectly matched what the pictures show. We loved being just a few blocks from the beach and a few blocks from downtown shopping. Felt like we were just a short walk from everywhere we wanted to be. The garage had everything we needed for the beach (chairs, buggy, even sand toys for out little guy) which made packing a lot easier on our end. We loved sitting on the porch every night and relaxing. Lovely place. Hope to stay again soon.

We had a big group with kids, and could not have been happier. The house comes equipped with some bikes, tons of beach chairs, and a beach wagon to cart all of your stuff down the street. The condo is in a perfect location, close to the beach and boardwalk, with parking for all of us and a great spread of activities. The house its self is GORGEOUS and all newly remodeled. We had a wonderful time there and are already looking to go back next year. Thanks Joanne!

***OUTSTANDING***

We arrived a the home on Saturday and it was spotless, well equipped, beautifully decorated and comfortable. There was plenty of seating inside in the family room and out on the porch overlooking Wesley Ave. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of pillows, quilts, storage/hangers for clothes, chargers for all the devices and TV's in each bedroom. The owners were great. They did a fantastic job labeling everything and giving starter amenities like, napkins, trash bags, dishwashing soaps, laundry pods, salt, pepper and spices (still bring your own though). The location was perfect! It was centrally located with a short 3 blocks walk to the beach. We were 3 blocks from the supermarket and tons of shops and restaurants (Manko and Manko for pizza and Johnson's popcorn!). They provided all the beach accessories; chairs, umbrella, wagon, boogie boards and a sample of sand toys for the kids. It was all there and in perfect condition. Overall it was a 10 out of 10! I recommend you stay here when planning a trip to Ocean City. A bad rental home can ruin a vacation :-(. This home will make your stay special :-). Note: The owners are COVID-19 conscious and it was obvious that extra measures were taken to disinfect and clean the home before we arrived.

The place was beautiful and had more than enough space for all 10 of us, its located in the heart of Ocean City near a ton of local shops and only a 25 min ride to Atlantic City, I would love to stay there again some time!
