The home was perfect for our needs. I loved all of the seashore decor. We had everything we needed and the location was great, short walk to beach and boardwalk but away from the crowds.

Great rental close to the beach
We had our family of 5 (3 children under 8) and also 3 inlaws stay in this rental property for a week in August. The property was very clean, brand new TV in the living area, wonderful porch area to sit on to enjoy the mornings or the evenings, huge island for preparing food or just hanging out. The walk to the beach was short and there was access to the boardwalk as well (the quiet portion where there are no shops) The location was wonderful for a quiet and relaxing vacation at the beach but close enough to the main part of town, grocery store, public playground, liquor store, WaWa, donut shops, etc. We brought bikes and the landlord had 2 adult bikes provided as well. Bikes were a great adventure for the family and the kids - and they helped getting us to the busy part of the boardwalk or to the local playground. There is on site parking and a garage - although we had no problems finding parking right on central ave as well.
A definite good find. Check in was easy. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this wonderful beach house property.

They even had a little kiddy pool we used for my 2 year old daughter at the beach. Everything is in great shape. Lots of channels on the TV and plenty of seating for everyone. We had a group of 7 adults and 2 children and I never felt like we were on top of each other.
Two small things to note: The mattress on the bottom of the bunk bed seems to be a futon mattress, so it is not the most comfortable and a double sheet set does not fit that great (I would recommend bringing a queen sheet set for that bed). And the bed in the first bedroom on the left (a queen) was a bit lumpy. Otherwise all other mattresses and provided pillows were very comfortable.
The owners were available to answer questions and any concerns we had right away. We would definitely rent from them again!

The stairs to the unit were brutal!!! So narrow. So many twists and turns. So hard to carry everything up to the second floor. The layout and decor of the place made it worthwhile, though.

We had such a great week in Ocean City! George and Theresa's place couldn't have fit our needs any better. We had 6 adults and 1 kid and there was plenty of space for all of us. It was very clean and in good shape when we first arrived and had all the amenities we needed (except a grill but we managed without). There were clear and helpful instructions on the fridge so you knew what to expect and can easily contact the owners if necessary.
The close proximity to the beach was the best part - it made lugging all our gear down manageable and it was easy to walk back for lunch. The start of the boardwalk is also just steps away which we took full advantage of to run, walk and bike daily. We loved the porch too - it was so nice to be able to sit outside in the morning for coffee and dinner at night.
We would definitely recommend staying at George and Theresa's place!

The big island in the kitchen was a hub of activity - we loved how you could seat so many around the island with additional seating right behind it at the kitchen table. The balcony is a good size, but loses one star for such a small table (only really comfortably fits four or five) and for not having a grill (there is plenty of space for a grill and we definitely would have used it). The other reason we deducted a star was that the blinds in the master bedroom let waaay too much light in so it was hard to sleep in in the morning. The other bedrooms, thankfully, did not have this issue.
We liked the key coded access (better to not carry a key to the beach) and that garage was stocked with beach chairs and 2 bikes for riding (even though we didn't end up getting to use them). Theresa & George were always very responsive and no doubt are quite reliable - I would have no hesitation booking another property that they owned. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect!
Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Every morning my wife would ride one of the bikes down to Blitz's market to pick up supplies for the day and ride home with them in the basket on the bike. Only 2 blocks away. We rode bikes on the boardwalk every morning with the kids, only a block away, and then hit the beach. The house is in the perfect spot, close to everything. It's very clean, the beds and furniture are comfy, tastefully decorated, and the house is well stocked with anything you might need. I parked my car on Saturday when we arrived and didn't move it until we left a week later. The only thing that would have made it better is if we could have stayed for two weeks! Hope to be back in the future!

Excellent stay...again!
This was our third vacation in this home. We are always very impressed with the changes that have been made each year. Everything you could need is here waiting to help you have the best vacation possible. The space is wonderful, and the location is perfect. We highly recommend this vacation home!

Exceptionally wonderful
The house is in the PERFECT location for an active family. We are 1 block from the beach at the very end of the boardwalk. My husband and I are training, so it was nice to have a complete boardwalk run every morning from end to end! We were about 1.5 miles from the gym we like, which was added exercise because we were able to bike every day on the 2 bikes provided. They also provided extra boogie boards, and a stroller (we brought one), so when we walked the boards and my 6 year old complained, we were able to push her as well :) We forgot out foot stool for our 2 year old who is potty training, and low and behold, they had one!
The house has a beautiful open floor plan which was great for time as a family. The awning on the balcony was a bonus for those couple rainy days. the grill, baking sheets, keurig, spices in the cupboard, extra batteries, tape, scissors...all the little things you don't think to bring were there!
At one point the shower was clogged, and Theresa had a plumber out there right away to fix it.
We will DEFINITELY be back!

Great Family Vacation
My family and I just spent a week at this home. It was beautiful and immaculately clean. It is just one short block to the beach and right at the start of the boardwalk. The kitchen came fully equipped so that we were able to cook our meals if we so desired. It had plenty of space for all of us. It truly had everything we needed to make a memorable vacation.

When my family first arrived at the rental it was everything we were expecting and more, the boardwAlk is a great walk and the beaches are very nice, I had no problems with this rental and my family enjoyed it very much.

A perfect home away from home
This beach house was perfect for us! It was beautifully decorated, very clean and had every amenity you could need. It was really a suitable size...not too big nor too small. We really liked the fact that it was located right where the boardwalk begins on 23rd. That was helpful for us since we had someone in an electric wheelchair. We would definitely rent again.

Great home
We stayed for a week with our 3 babies and my mother and sister in law. Home was well equipped with everything we needed. A few outdoor light bulbs had blown out and once I contacted the owners, the problem was promptly fixed! It is in a nice quiet location just a short walk to the beach. We were very happy with our stay!

Great vacation
We rented this home in Mid-July. It was great for our family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children ages 6 and under. Close location to the beach was a definite plus! New owners were great to work with, even through a difficult transition of ownership. Home is nicely furnished and decorated. Living room couch should be replaced or cleaned, but other than that all amenities were in good shape. An enclosed outdoor shower was the one thing we REALLY missed on this trip....an addition of this would make this house perfect!

Good value, well equipped
We rented this house the third week of August....three adults and three children. We had different guests throughout the week and everyone was pleased. The place was clean and well equipped with pretty much everything you would need except linens. I used a laundry service for the sheets and bath/ beach towels. I recommend this as everything needed is about a hundred bucks and well worth it. The place was sold to new owners between the time I gave a deposit and our actual vacation however everything went well. The new owners were at attentive to our needs. The porch is half covered with an awning and had plenty of chairs, tables and grille which we enjoyed thoroughly. Big TVs cable laundry machines etc.....all the things you would expect. Quiet clean part of town and worth what we paid
