Front row seat watching the sea turtles mosey along the dunes and the playful dolphins frolic in the waves. We keep it stocked with all the necessities such as luxury grade towels, all sheets, shampoo, body wash, soap, conditioner, hair dryer, & laundry supplies . Beautiful view of the ocean from the living area and the bedroom. Very quiet, peaceful setting. One issue: why only a duvet and no blankets? With the duvet we were too hot and with only the sheet we were too cool. A spring weight blanket would have been nice to have on hand.

My wife and I spent our 19th anniversary here over New Years. The views from this condo are spectacular! Everything at this condo is as described. The host was very responsive and helpful to answer any questions we had. The check-in and out process was easy. The place was very clean. It was very quiet and relaxing. We took many long walks on the beach and took the short 15 minute drive many times into the Fernandina Beach city square where there is no shortage of wonderful places to eat and shop. We had such a great time out here and would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat!

We had a blast! The place was clean which is extremely important to us. Great location and view. The owners were responsive and generous! We stayed here for 3 nights before switching over to the Ritz next door for a work event. We would much rather be back at this place than the ritz. The condo is quiet, has everything you need.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay with amazing weather. The place was fully stocked with plenty of paper products, beach towels, beach chairs, everything you need for a great beach getaway! The kitchen had everything you need to cook or there was plenty of dining just outside of the unit. My only complaint was the noise of the air conditioning was very loud and disruptive and even with two fans running it interrupted our sleep at night. Also the washing machine was extremely loud (maybe it just needs to be balanced not sure what the problem is?!) Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our time staying at this very clean condo!!

The property is lovely and the unit was perfect for us. I was attending a conference at the Ritz and decided to stay at the condo instead of the hotel. The unit had ample space for the two of us and all the amenities you would want. The view of the beach was awesome and access from the property was great. The unit was very comfortable. We really enjoyed ourselves. The hosts/owners were easy to communicate with and helpful. We highly recommend it.

We loved staying in Paradise Found! The condo had everything we needed. The view was amazing. It was so nice to sit on the elevated stools and look out at the beach and ocean. Having stools tall enough to look over the rail was a special treat. There was a great walking trail from the property and really good restaurants nearby. Downtown Amelia is so quaint and fun to walk around in. We will definitely return.

Building and grounds were immaculate. Condo was exactly as pictured. I rented 3 condos in the building and this one was the nicest. Kitchen and bathroom were renovated. I appreciated the pillows and linens. The mattress on pullout was very comfortable.

My husband and I live in Florida, and we have not taken a vacation since the summer of 2019. We were definitely overdue for a change of scenery! This is the first time we have booked a private residence, so everything was a new experience for us in terms of that and also using VRBO. A friend (also a Florida resident) stayed in the hosts' property recently and gave us a glowing review, which is what prompted us to investigate further. This immaculate condo was exactly as described on the VRBO listing and as shown in the photographs provided. No surprises at all. The hosts were very responsive to all our questions and emails and certainly are detail-oriented, as the condo has everything one could possibly need (salt and pepper, fresh kitchen sponge, books, puzzles, binoculars, small fan, iron and ironing board, and more). For those who want to spend time at the beach or pool, towels, chairs and umbrellas are provided. The weather was perfect -- especially for late May! We rose every morning before dawn to head out onto the beach to watch the sun rise, followed by a long walk, and we spent countless hours enjoying the beautiful view from the balcony. Check-in was seamless, and the hosts provided detailed directions about where to find luggage carts, etc. Everyone we encountered at the complex was very polite and friendly (residents, guests, maintenance personnel). We were very happy with our accommodations, highly recommend, and plan to return to this condo!

Condo was very comfortable and quiet. Beautiful view of the sunrise from the balcony.The bed was very comfortable. The weather was perfect for keeping the slider door open at night and hearing the sound of the waves. This was our second stay at ASAR and we love its beach and quieter location.

Perfect condo for a short getaway for my wife and I. We have stayed at the surf & racquet club before and this condo was wonderful. Owners were great with communication and we honestly had no issues with the property. Would definitely stay there again!

Lots of information given before and also left for renters inside the Condo. No problems at all! Also nice and clean! I would request this unit again if ever in the area!

This property was exactly as advertised. It was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable with extra pillows and blanket, and the sheets were soft and silky. The kitchen was adequately supplied (although a cutting board and one knife with a longer blade would've been helpful). Enjoying the ocean view from the comfortable chairs was so relaxing. It was great to be on the top floor. This was our first time on Amelia Island -so beautiful and lots to do. Hopefully we can return for a longer stay. Thank you to our hosts who made everything a breeze.
