Nestled in Winter Park, this charming condo for $316 per night is a great option for your next break. Your next ski in/ski out vacation could be in this lovely 2 bedroom (Sleeps 8), 2 bath Zephyr Mountain Slopeside building Condo, with KING size bed and bunk beds which are X-LONG TWIN over QUEEN with TWIN TRUNDLE, Lazy Boy QUEEN PULL OUT COUCH (very comfy -memory foam mattress) and 2 chairs in the family room, new granite, sink, faucet in kitchen and expansive views of the mountains from our private balcony. Overlooking the village the Unit is on the QUIET SIDE of the complex away from the early morning noise of the groomers/machinery & not near the hot tubs that can get noisy late at night, we are not near the elevators (can be noisy). This condo has a small outdoor GAS GRILL, X-Box/games & 2 sets of adult SNOWSHOES, pack-n-play, books, toys, movies & games. Private, locked ski storage with condo rental. The owners also have a 1 bedroom condo directly below this condo that is available to rent (sleeps 5). In the summer the sun does not shine directly into our condo so it stays cooler during the day. Walk to restaurants, shops, tubing hill, massage, liquor store, starbucks & more. Winter Park Resort has 2762 acres of skiable terrain, 134 trails and 30 feet of snowfall annually. The Zephyr Mountain Lodge is the only Ski-In-Ski-Out property at Winter Park. Winter activities include skiing and snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, sleigh rides, snowmobiling, ice skating, dog sled rides and more. Although it offers some of the best champagne powder and world class skiing it is more than a winter destination. Winter Park offers the ultimate Colorado vacation experience 365 days a year. Summer activities include mountain biking in Mountain Bike Capital USA, hiking, Colorado's longest alpine slide,white water rafting,fishing scenic chairlift rides and music and art festivals. This condo was at a great location, we didn't have to leave to village if we didn't want to. It was exactly what we were looking for! If we come back to Colorado it will definitely be the first place we look at Winter Park!! Great place to stay!!

We really appreciated the kids toys and bed time books. Our son enjoyed playing with the toys and felt right at home. He was able go to bed easily, even in a new environment. We enjoyed the condo and location very much! The property owner is quick to respond to any and all questions. The condo is very conveniently located in a cute village with shops and restaurants. The ski in ski out was a bonus as it got very busy on the weekend. My favorite part was the ski apres on top of the mountain!

Great condo, my kids loved the bunk beds. Location is amazing, we walked to starbucks daily to get breakfast. This town is a serious ski town, the mountain is AMAZING! So versataile with lots of options for blues and greens and the ski school is excellent! My kids really did learn a lot. Great variety of board games and very cozy spot to stay. I would have liked a more comfortable bed in the master, but besides that, everything was great. Communication with the owner was amazing, she was so receptive and helpful and even gave us recommendations as to where to eat. We would definetly come back!

Ski-in/ski-out. Perfect size for a family of 6. Very clean, easy check-in and check-out. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms and includes starter kits for soap/shampoo, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, etc. My only comment is I’d expect the parking to be included (oversight from my side). Overall a great experience!

This was the perfect condo. Parking underneath with clear instructions on how to get into it. We could ski right out from the included ski locker to the Gondola. The hassles of the family ski trip were just gone. Meals were easy in the kitchen. I slept like a rock after hitting the hot tub each night. Four 12+ boys slept comfortably in the other bedroom and the memory foam couch was reported to be comfortable enough for an adult to sleep well. Maureen was very easy to reach and very responsive.

We’ve spent quite a bit of time in the Zephyr. It’s the best building of you want to be RIGHT THERE at the base of the mountain. This unit was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. And my kids loved the bunk beds! Thank you for a great stay!

We just returned from our trip to Winter Park. The check in instructions were easy to follow. Parking was so convenient. Couldn't be closer to the slopes and a great choice of restaurants (we love Goodies Crepes!). The condo was plenty big for our family of 4. The heat worked great and we loved the fireplace. It was also so quiet! I expected to hear people on their way out to ski early morning but couldn't hear anything at all. Kitchen well equipped to cook. Beds comfy. The host was quick to reply to my messages and was very helpful. Great spot!

Communication with Maureen is always informative, timely, and excellent. Really makes the stay more enjoyable when you know you have a responsive owner even before you get to the location. This trip we stayed in her two-bedroom unit as we had four adults. Last trip we stayed in her one-bedroom rental as there were just two adults. No surprises, great location, had everything we needed.

The condo was clean and very convenient because of its close proximity to the slopes. The gondola is right next to it, so that made it easy to ski. Having access to ski lockers was also wonderful. The unit was comfy and large enough for our family of six. We had a fabulous time. We'd definitely return!

Unit had everything we needed. Just wish they had warned about everything being shut down during this time. We're not familiar with ski resorts and wish description would tell you that restaurants are all closed at this time of year. Literally, we were the ONLY ones at the lodge. Not a big deal, we just had to drive into town. But if you have younger kiddos and need something ASAP, then I would make sure you bring your groceries. It was a pleasant stay and would consider staying again during winter or summer.

We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday in Winter Park. The condo was perfect with everything we needed and close to all the activities. Our son rode Trestle Bike Park and had a wonderful time. My husband and I hiked and rode the Alpine Slide. We also drove an hour to Kremmling for white water rafting. Fantastic weekend! We would definitely come back.

This year for Spring Break we decided to try Winter Park and it’s higher elevations since we had a later Spring Break. It didn’t disappoint. It started and ended with a comfortable home base of this condo. Plenty of room for the kids to sleep and even just stretch out in the family room. We also had amazing snow and thereby skiing. It was a great week to be had and we recommend the place to all. Even my wife who doesn’t like to sleep in VRBO beds thought this place was great.
