This 1600+ square foot private home has 126 feet of Keuka Lake frontage with permanent docks for your enjoyment (covered lift and hot tub not included in rental). Fish and swim right off the docks. Comfortably sleeps 8, with 3 bedrooms and two full baths. Remodeled kitchen has all major appliances and utensils needed! New central air conditioning and heat. Stunning lake views from both floors. Drive right to front door, no lugging groceries and bags down steep stairs! Upper floor has newly remodeled kitchen, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, full bathroom, dining room and living room with fireplace, queen sleeper sofa, and sliding doors to an upper deck. Bar with extra full size fridge on lower floor, along with family room with queen sleeper sofa, laundry, full bathroom, bedroom with double bed, and large three season room with huge windows on three sides that transform the space into a screened porch. Large outside patio has hightop table and chairs with new firepit for enjoying the gorgeous sights and sounds of pristine Keuka Lake. Propane grill on the flat lawn area great for bocce ball, corn hole, and other lawn games! Located just a half mile from the quaint Village of Hammondsport and just minutes from Bully Hill and other premier wineries, making this a prime spot on a truly spectacular lake. *Please note we do not provide towels*

This was a 5-day getaway for my wife and me. We have stayed here before, and it was even better with the upgrades to the kitchen. We will stay here again next time in Hammondsport.

The house was very good to excellent; the upstair bedrooms, renovated kitchen, living and dining rooms, and lake views are excellent; the downstairs bedroom and bath are a bit small; the outdoor fire pit and furniture and lake access were great; however, the Hammondsport police were aggressively pulling over cars for exceeding the 30 MPH speed limit; if you have an out of state license proceed with care.

We had a great stay. Swam and kayaked. Move in and out was so easy since you can drive in to unload with No Stairs. Plenty of room. Clean and well cared for home with great yard and dock. Screened in porch and balcony with fantastic views. Owners were quick to answer questions too. I booked next year before we finished the week!

Beautiful Perfectly Clean Home
We absolutely loved our stay! This is our second stay on Kueka lake and we were blown away by how clean this property is! This is the hardest part about renting a home, do the pictures do the home justice??? YES!!!!!!
We loved the open floor plan, new windows with views of the entire lake, the updated kitchen was a huge plus, and the grass area to the north of the property is clutch.
We also were pleasantly surprised that we had a way to pull down to load and unload.
Five stars all around. Great for kids of all ages. Ours are 2 and 7 months! Safe and kid proof! We kept our large cooler in front of the stairs for our crawler!

This is a great house to stay in for visiting the Finger Lakes! The space was comfortable, cozy, and a perfect place to relax. The kitchen has everything you need and the lake access is hard to beat. The photos make it look a bit larger than it actually is. Make sure to bring your own towels, including hand towels and kitchen towels. The host was very easy to communicate with. The whole group wants to come back again!

Amazing deck with perfect view up stairs and downstairs.
We were lucky enough to stay when the planes choose to take off & land on the lake for hours of entertainment. Couldn’t have stayed anywhere better to watch it.

The weather was unusually hot so we really appreciated the AC. We grandparents chose to sleep in the downstairs pull out sofa bed as it was cooler than the downstairs bedroom. The driveway and steps both inside and outside are fairly steep; but by the end of the week, we had mastered them all. My son in law had an unfortunate slip on a wet ramp, but neighbors and EMTS were very swift and helpful and came to his aid immediately.
I would stay again at this property as it is very convenient to the town of Hammondsport, but maybe stay 2 weeks to allow for more weather conditions.
Also we brought a little sunfish with us and were able to launch it from the property. The wind was wonderful for 4 of the 6 days and the adults really enjoyed that opportunity to sail.

Perfect Fall Getaway
We had a group of 6 people and this property was perfect for our stay. The outdoor patio and dock were amazing and provided some awesome views of the fall foliage. The indoor area was spacious with lots of windows and room for playing board games. I would love to come back during the summer to take advantage of the private beach area with the kayaks. In addition to the property itself, it was about a 3 min drive to the town of Hammondsport which had some good food options. And the nearby wineries were also close by. The property owner Dana was super responsive with any questions I had. Overall a great stay and I would definitely go back again!

This property was everything we could have wanted in the Finger Lakes. It was a wonderful lakeside location within walking distance of Hammondsport. The grounds and docks were spacious. The place was neat and roomy. It had almost everything we needed. I probably would not have brought so many games. And cooking items if I had know. The neighbors Ben and his wife were very nice and helpful. Would consider staying again.

We enjoyed our time at the lake. There was plenty of outdoor space; deck, docks and yard provided enough space for us to relax, play games and enjoy the water.

What a fabulous week!
The house was great for our two families with six teenagers! We had a wonderful week enjoying all the house and lake had to offer.
Living space was wonderful to appreciate the lake in many ways...views of the lake from all the windows, the upper deck was amazing, lovely patio with lots of seating and built in fire circle, large dock and the raft was a favorite.
The kayak and canoe were great amenities.
Plenty of dock space to keep a rental boat.
Great side yard for for lawn games.
The house was clean and the owners were very responsive.
Walkable to Hammondsport
Just a caution that the steps to the lower level are steep but worked well for our kids who enjoyed the lower level as a teen hangout.

Area is gorgeous but house is overrated in reviews with regards to Amenities - pictures do not accurately portray this house in current state . living room and dining area are spacious but kitchen and bathrooms are extremely dated and small to point of not being accommodating . We appreciated the lake and our time on the lake but the home was not what we felt was a good value or quality . I did provide these comments to owner prior to this posting and I was told they valued opinions and would contact their cleaners !

The outdoor area was awesome- so many chairs, great fire pit, and enough lawn to pull out cornhole/lawn games, the kayaks/canoes, as well as the dock and floating dock. 10/10, would definitely rent again!!

Beautiful waterfront rental with Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, including docking space. Extremely close to the town of Hammondsport for groceries and supplies. We could not have asked for anything more.

What a view!!
A few ladies from rented this home for a weekend getaway. The home was beautiful with an absolute gorgeous view of the lake. The people we met in town were very nice too. It was a great experience.

This was a wonderful experience. The cottage is well equipped and very tastefully done. It is also very clean!!
The best part is the land. There is lots of space to spread out and enjoy family. It is only .5 of s mile from Hammondsport. Great that it is a drive down unit even though the driveway is very interesting. It is a great place if steps are an issue. Having 2 refrigerators was great.
I just wish it had a gas grill. Not a fan of charcoal.
We would love to return.

Great Property!
My family plus in laws stayed at this property (group of 8). Everyone agreed it was a great vacation spot. Lots to do in the area, or just lay around the house and enjoy the lake. House had lots of open spaces for group games, puzzles, chatting, meals. The driveway is scary...4WD was helpful to get back up it. HOWEVER, it is the only house in that area WITH a driveway, not just stairs to the house, so we felt fortunate when it came to loading/unloading. Plenty of parking up at the road when we were there. WONDERFUL new firepit was added on the patio, which we loved. Also, new glass top stove. You can walk to town if you want. My kids slept in the screened in patio area. New washer and dryer were helpful. Dana was very responsive with questions, great host. Very enjoyable location!
