Situated in Surf City, this lovely house for $2,498 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Imagine 4000 square feet of beachfront heaven! Surf City’s beach is just off your deck! With no streets between you and the sand, this is beach living at its best! but it gets better! Imagine 2 kitchens, 6 Full Bathrooms, 2 Fully Enclosed Outside Showers with hot/cold water, 2 Deck Rinse Off Shower/Foot, 8 Bedrooms!!! That's what your group will have as you enjoy beach life at its finest! This property is located at 308A/B South Shore Drive, Surf City. You will be within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, food market, and fishing pier. All Check-ins 4:00 PM All Check-outs will be by 10:00 AM. We have always offered keyless check-in for all of our homes. It's so easy for you and your family! Smoke-Free Zone - please no smoking inside or on the decks. We carefully chose our furnishings to maximize your comfort while accommodating up to 22 guests “in real mattress beds” and up to 34 guests if needed using convertible sofas. Off Street parking for up to 10 cars, with 8 paces covered and 2 off to the side of the driveway BBQ Fun! You’ll have complimentary use of (2) Two gas BBQ grills with a picnic table to keep the party close to the food. There is a set of swings for the kids while they wait for their hotdogs & hamburgers. Also, there is (2) two fully enclosed outside showers and perfect for cooling off without going all the way inside! We have plenty of beach chairs, sand umbrellas, and plastic drinking cups, plus a deck box filled with children’s beach chairs; umbrellas, and lots of beach toys (buckets, shovels, kites, boogie boards, trucks, and more). Don’t stress about bringing toys for the beach, there’s plenty already! Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen (awesome cookware, blender, Keurig/coffee machine, fun beach dishes, plenty of barware) to prepare your feasts! Open floor plan so you never miss any of the action inside or outside on the beach! There’s a washer and dryer on each side if you need them! Each living room has full beach views or you can watch TV on the large HD flat panel TV with cable entertainment, Blu-ray/DVD player, Netflix, and speakers with Aux input for other smartphones/MP3 players is also at your command! Plus, each living room has a FOOSBALL table so let the tournament begin! Each house has: The Oceanfront Master Bedroom features a King king-sized bed, a large luxury sitting area with a queen sofa sleeper, a 40” HDTV with BluRay/DVD player, and its own spacious bathroom (dual sinks, shower with body sprays, space!). The deck off the master offers a porch swing to relax and enjoy the ocean views. Also on the deck, there is an additional exterior shower to rinse the sand off before entering the home. The second Master Bedroom features a queen-sized bed and its own bathroom. The 3rd-floor Bedroom (aka cousin's corner suite) offers everything tots teens will love in a spacious room featuring twin over queen bunk beds HD LED TVs and its own access to the bathroom. Unit A has a 4th Bedroom which has a queen bed and is located on the first floor for privacy and accessibility! Sorry, but NO PETS are allowed at this property. No Smoking is allowed inside this property. Surf City, NC is only ~2 hours drive from Raleigh and 20-30 minutes from Wilmington airport! We loved all the beach chairs, beach toys, bathrooms, and ample beds for our family. We had great weather and loved the spot on the beach. We enjoyed the homeyness of the house. We were grateful for the quick response from the owner when we needed it.

This home was a perfect spot for our reunion! We made use of all the toys and amenities and especially enjoyed all the space we had to hang out together and visit. The 15 of us were comfortable and enjoyed the beach so much. We would stay here again in an instant!

We were pleased with the house and location was perfect. We could walk to small food locations—hot dogs, tacos, shakes and kids liked that. It was a very family-oriented beach area!!! I did contact the repairman about the master bedroom sliding door in A which would not lock. He did not come and I mentioned that to owner. The mattress in that bedroom (king) could be upgraded. Our family had a great time. One son-in-law and family were a bit hesitant to spend the money to come but he said it “exceeded his expectations.” He’s a surfer from Australia. All were sad to leave. Thank you.

This house was awesome! Huge and worked so perfectly for our large family. We booked both sides. We would forsure stay again! The location of this house is perfect close to shops and the board walk!

We had a great time last week over the 4th of July , We had both sides of the duplex, and it worked out real well with 3 families, Porches opened so we could walk back and forth. Real nice for kids we had 13. The house is walking distance to pier and all the shops. Kitchens were well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. We will be back !!!!!

Both sides of house very nice and clean. We had a group 10 adults and 13 children. The two kids room with all the trundles worked great! Kitchen was well stocked with good pots and pans. We rented both sides and LOVED the connecting deck for easy movement between houses. Location of this property is within walking of Surf City shops and restaurants. Access to the beach was great with the owners leaving lots of chairs and beach toys we could use. A great experience. Thank you...

Thank you for a very relaxing weekend! We had five families stay for the weekend as we were in town for a soccer game. The house(s) were very clean and welcoming. We had a small snafu with the linens, but the owner had it handled quickly and we were able to move on and enjoy our weekend away. It's a beautiful beach and located close to the pier. We enjoyed the views and long walks looking for shells. Each of us would recommend this rental and some may be back!

The house very clean/modern, and easily accommodated up to 30 people. An interesting set up which we hadn't realized until arriving -- there are two parallel Units, A and B, with the same amenities/rooms, connected by the porch or the driveways below the house. Great if you want one side with more privacy (for reading/quiet time) and another side for hanging out/socializing. The beach is beautiful, clean, and stretches on for endless miles, wonderful for a walk or run. Had an overall amazing experience, would highly recommend to potential renters!
