The home configuration, utilities, cleanliness and kitchen were all great. The landscape, hot tub, and the road itself require some serious maintenance. The potholes are maneaters. Yes, winter brings coastal storms, but you can tell the minimum amount exterior maintenance is occurring. I’d stay there gain if I had no other option, but we won’t be returning.

Fabulous weekend in Manzanita. The home was great for hanging out, big open floor plan in the main area. We had the pleasure to meet the owners in person, and they are wonderful people. I don't think I have ever stayed anywhere as well stocked with all the necessary items as well as gadgets. You know it is well stocked when there needs to be a page long directory on the fridge. Lots of bikes for riding into town. The only small negative was the electronic door lock. It was very cumbersome to figure out. Except for that, it was great!

We stayed at the house for three nights with a total of six adults and five children. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids had their own floor with a bunk bed room and their own living room. The garage was stocked with all the beach toys and necessities. The house is only a block from the beach, a one minute drive to the strip in town, and even closer to the Manzanita Links golf course.
We'd definitely stay there again! Thanks!

Beautiful home with plenty of room for a large group. Block and a half to beach! Cozy beds and well stocked kitchen. Lots of things to play with- foos ball, Pac-Man machine, bikes, hot tub, games, and more. Only hiccup was TV. Got cable to work but unable to access our Netflix and HBO accounts. Confusing TV set up. Overall, wonderful place.

I rented this house for my two brothers ( and our spouses) to celebrate our parents 51st wedding anniversary. It was a great quiet home with quick beach access lotos of stuff for the kids to do. Plenty of space to spread out. We spent time playing games, and chatting. House had plenty of kitchen gadgets and ample kitchen space. Toys in the garage for the kids to play with, even bikes (we didn't use, but we available). Loved it and would love to visit again.

The Living Spaces of this home are very nice and spacious. The kitchen was the best stocked that I have ever seen. We appreciated the abundance of available towels, also. The available games and bikes were a plus.
The pillows could have been fluffier. Mine was so flat I had to double it over. The master shower could use some regrouting as it looked like some mold was in the grout in places.
The house worked so well for us that it is a place I would want to rent again, except the fees were so outrageous I don't think I will be renting from you again.

This is a big, open, well stocked home that is clean and without a lot of clutter. We have stayed here twice and have been impressed both times. The hot tub has always been sparkling clean and hot, the beds comfy and the showers great. I would absolutely stay here again, as it is priced very fair for all that it provides.

Every kitchen tool, appliance, or pan you needed, to basic seasonings; extra linens, towels, cleaning supplies, trash bags, toilet paper, rain boots, bikes; you name it they had it! It was a block from the beach, close enough to hear the waves. There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t already stocked.

We liked the house for our large group but were disappointed the hot tub wasn't working. We also had an issue with the hot water going to the showers but we were able to adjust the valve to fix it while there.

Long weekend with friends
We have stayed at this property before and have had a great stay both times! Even with some VERY rainy weather, the kids and adults had no problem keeping entertained. And when the weather broke, we explored the beautiful beach and nearby state park.

This is a great house for a family gathering or group of friends. Room to spend out or be together. Hot tub easy to use and just a couple of steps from the door. Downstairs is perfect kids space: bunk beds, foosball, ping pong, mini fridge, games and their own tv. Main floor kitchen is excellent! Big enough for 3 people to work in. Updated and well-stocked and we loved the big table. Sectional couch a little worn, but comfy and fit everyone. Some things that we would have liked: napkins, coasters and a curtain on the master bedroom bathroom window (these are very MINOR details). We didn't get a chance to use the bikes but would have loved to. Nice bike/walking path half a block away. Location is great - very quiet yet easy to find, close to restaurants, downtown Manzanita and, can't overstate how easy it was to walk to the beach - so cool! Would recommend staying here. Great house at a great rate. Thank your VRBO!

About half were in states that were unusable, but we were able to find some that worked for our group.
