Most world airlines offer service to Cancun which is only a short distance from Isla Mujeres via a high speed luxury catamaran which has scheduled service every half hour. This luxury condo is on the Northwest tip of the island which makes for unforgettable sunsets while dining at the onsite 'Sunset Grill'. It is such a romantic setting that couples come from all over the globe to have their wedding vows celebrated here. And while the azure blue ocean beckons for snorkeling or casual swimming, the Nautibeach pool with swim up bar is the choice for many. Our guests might be seeking a 'muy tranquilo' vacation for romantic couples. Or a safe family friendly environment. Or they enjoy shopping in quaint mexican markets. Or simply mindlessly wandering thru the cheerfully multicolored town in their flipflops. For all of these, Isla mujeres is where your vacation dreams come true. The condo with its 'Mexican Beach Decor' interior has two bedrooms. One with two single beds and with the other having a king sized bed adjacent the patio via sliding glass doors The town of Isla Mujeres is a short two minute walk down a sand street. Strolling through an unforgettable contrast in architecture and the use of color, you will find over twenty cafe style restaurants of every culinary persuasion. There are several local grocery stores another few steps down the street for those who wish to cook for themselves. As well as golf cart rentals, moped rentals, bicycle rentals, surfboard rentals and much much more. You can get your scuba diving certification while you are here or take the bus to the mayan ruins in the interior of the Yucatan. Or just simply relax on the patio of your condo enoying the remarkable stroke of luck that brought you to this wonderful place. The 'Nautibeach Penthouse' is individually owned and operated. Good location on North Beach. The back alley leading to the Nautibeach complex is sketchy, but once on property, everything is fine. The condo is nice with a great porch. The beach and pool area is great as well. Staff/service at Nautibeach is just ok. Check in was fine, but when asking to get the porch cleaned up and looking for shampoo, they were not very helpful. One thing to note is that there are three flights of stairs to reach the condo. This wasn't a problem for us, but if you are not great with climbing, it may be an issue. All in all, we were happy with the condo for the price.

This property is in the perfect location on a beautiful beach. We were a family of 4 and there was more than enough space for us all. Beautiful outdoor space and views. Can’t say enough good things about this place! We hope to be able to stay here again!

Perfect location, active during the day and very quiet at night. In the heart of North Beach. Literally 100 plus shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and food carts within walking distance. Condo is a penthouse- so there are stairs!! The kitchenette is fine for breakfast, light snacks and making drinks. The property was extremely clean and seemed new- We would come back here in a heartbeat and probably will.... One of the most laidback trips and the most beautiful pristine beaches- white sand and light blue water,,,,,,

The property was very nice, and the pool and beach were also wonderful. We had one of the penthouses. The master bedroom and bathroom were very hot compared to the rest of the place. The master bath really needs a fan or a dehumidifier to circulate all the wet air. It is in need of an update. The ocean view was very limited. We had to call the owner for more towels. The maids never checked on us without a call to the owner.

IT WAS LIKE ONCE THEY GOT YOUR MONEY THEY DIDNT WANT TO ASSIST YOU. IT WAS A LADY WHO OWNED A TRAVEL CENTER, CART RENTAL. COULDNT GET ANY KIND OF RAPID SERVICE. ASKED ABOUT BOTTLED WATER FOR 2 DAYS BEFORE GETTING IT. FREEZER WORKED GOOD REFIGRATOR NOT NSO MUCH. SPLIT UNIT AIR IN MASTER BEDROOM WAS ALMOST NON EXISINTANCE. LOOKS LIKE ON THE DAY WE WERE LEAVING PEOPLE ON THE ROOF LOOKING AT THE UNIT.. WILL NEVER TRY ISLA AGAIN.

Property was as listed and very nice. Location was good and had private parking for carts. Security was good. Had to deal with frequent power losses all weekend with almost and entire night with out power (out for around 12 hours and came back on at 4 in the morning). Not necessarily the property manager issue but did take away from the convenience expected. Biggest issue with our stay was the check in. I had the property reservation number and property ID for check in on my phone. I had to go to 3 different locations (at direction of the office personnel) toting luggage only to be told to go back to first office. The name on the reservation was incorrect but that should not have been an issue with me having the reservation number and property. Any of that info should have been sufficient. Kept asking me for info I didnt have like Room # which there was no way for me to have until I checked in. If I would have filled this out the day of arrival I would have given a 1 star. Also had pre reservations for Golf cart through same property manager that was rented out due to not being checked in on time (which was what I was told the reason but we were there for check in by 3 even after the journey). We were given whatever was left over (not in good shape) and told to come back the next day to get the one we originally reserved. Access to pool and beach was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Now that I know where I am going and how it works I would go again.

This condo is excellent. The bedrooms are large with dressers and closet space available. Both bathrooms were well appointed, and the master bath has windows out to the water. The kitchen and living area had everything we needed. The outdoor patio is spacious with multiple options for seating. The beach view is only partial, but sitting out there was very relaxing.
Nautibeach is a great complex in an excellent location. The pool and bar sit right on the beach, there is 24-hour security, it's a quick golf cart drive or walk to all the food and shopping in the area.
The owner was easy to work with when we needed changes to our reservation. I would highly recommend renting from Keith Turner.

The location was great - right off Playa de Norte. The unit is not beachfront - there is a building in front of it- but there is a water view to the left. It is a 3rd floor walk-up. The unit is smaller than it looked in pictures and everything is a bit tired looking. Water pressure was not great. Wi-Fi was good. Hall bathroom is weird with glass sliding door and shower curtain. Ceiling fans are noisy. A/C is fine but it was not super hot when we were there. Overall, it was ok.

The condo and property were great and as listed. The penthouse had a beautiful view. The pool, restaurant, and beach were all so close and staff was great. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops.

The rental process was very easy and straightforward. Communication was great. We had no issues for our stay. Location is GREAT, all the amenities a person needs in this unit and a great outdoor space. Highly recommend.

View was good. Step are pretty rough at times but worth it. Been to Nautibeach many times. Thank you for the stocked kitchen. Just a suggestion have a small cooler for people to bring down to the beach.

Nice place and friendly people. Check-in after a long day of travel was something of a disaster. Also, when I turned in my golf cart, I ordered a taxi for the next day. It did not show up.
That said, the staff at Nauti Beach were very helpful. I might be inclined to rent next time through Nauti Beach versus this owner.

Can't say enough great things about this condo...the view and location were both incredible. We had plenty of room and everything we could possibly need to feel like we were home away from home. I would definitely recommend the penthouse and would even look forward to trying out a ground floor condo next to the pool. Huge thanks to the owners for sharing your wonderful space!

Really enjoyed the property for our week long stay. 3 adults, 2 young kids. Plenty of space in the unit as well as the large wrap around patio. Security was top notch and felt safe the entire time. Great location to get to the beach, pool, and Centro. Parking for golf carts was also a big plus. Would definitely rent again and rent more units from Keith.

Penthouse is beautiful. The wrap-around deck was our favorite. We started every morning outside enjoying the breeze and the view with coffee and ended each night the same. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We will recommend Keith Turner and Nautibeach as the place to stay for Isla.

Other than 48 stairs up, it was a wonderful stay and we greatly enjoyed the accommodations. Javiar the guard keeps an eye out for customers. The pool is close and the restaurant produces delicious food and drinks served a few steps from the beach.

Beautiful property at perfect location
Beautiful property! The view from the penthouse is stunning. We spent lots of time relaxing there. The pool and the beach were perfect. We also loved having the Mayan Beach club on site. They provided drinks and light music- not blaring like some of the other clubs. We used Keith’s referral for snorkeling and golf cart rental. This location allowed us to snorkel from the beach, walk to a coffee shop or to Hidalgo street for dinner, drinks or shopping. Our only complaint had nothing to do with this unit. It was the blaring music from another Beach club across the street until midnight every night. Cleaning service every other day was an unexpected surprise!

Nice location
Stayed with my husband and toddler daughter. Great location with nice views of the ocean. Spacious and clean condo. One thing to consider if you have small children, the deck railings are short. We only hung out there when my young daughter was napping or in bed.

We loved this unit. Steps from Playa Norte and the Nautibeach staff was great. Took good care of us. Would and will stay again. Keith replied quickly to any questions we had. No issues at all.

Paradise
The property was amazing. We stayed in the penthouse which provided all kinds of room to spread out. The view from our rooftop was wonderful to wake up to every morning and enjoy a cup of coffee while listening to the ocean and birds. Would definitely recommend this property as it was close to everything and the amenities were beyond compare. The property manager and all employees were extremely gracious and helpful.

We stayed at Nautibeach 32 with our 4 kids. It was the kids first trip to Mexico. The condo is a great location. There’s lots going on all the time, so don’t expect quiet. The pool was perfect and the staff at Mayan Beach club were great. Our issues were trying to get towels and swimsuits to dry in the high humidity. The washing machine does not work in this unit and there is no clothes dryer or clothes line. So bring way more swimsuits than you think you’ll need, unless you don’t mind putting on a damp one.
