Just a short walk to the Salisbury center, The Blue Ocean Music Hall and the Sea Glass Restaurant. Enjoy free concerts every Saturday along with fireworks from your fenced yard every Saturday night, from the end of June to Labor Day. This property is ideal for family vacationers who love the beach and a kid-friendly environment. Nearby you will also find Seabrook, Hampton and Rye Beaches, as well as historic Newburyport and Plum Island for shopping, dining and whale watching. It is approximately 30 minutes from Water country, Outlet Shopping in Kittery, Maine and about 1 hour from Boston. This unit is equipped with hardwood floors, new furniture, appliances and beds, cable, Wi-Fi, and flat screen televisions. Additionally, it has an ample shared yard with picnic tables, gas grill, seating, outdoor hot and cold shower, private porch with water for sand removal, and parking. The four bedroom unit is the perfect place to spend your vacation. Located directly on the sand, with spectacular ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and two of the second floor bedrooms. It has a private porch, full stainless steel kitchen, with central air conditioning to make things especially comfortable. Four bedrooms are located upstairs; two with queen beds, skylights and ocean views… you can watch the sun rise (not to mention the moon!) from the comfort of your bed. The other two bedrooms have Twin-over-full size bunk beds, and the whole house sleeps up to 10 people. This unit comes with two designated parking spaces. There is a second amazing adjacent rental unit available for larger family gatherings or vacationing with friends. It is also newly renovated, with a spacious and fully equipped eat-in kitchen, large living room and bathroom downstairs, and three bedrooms upstairs. The upper floor consists of the following: 3 bedrooms, a queen bed and a cot in one bedroom, with two twin-over-full size bunk beds in each of the other two bedrooms, sleeping nine people. It also comes with its own private porch and designated parking for two cars.

I loved everything about it except the one bathroom downstairs.Also I think folks coming to stay should know as we were from Florida and California that you do not supply any toilet paper etc.or bath towels. Luckily I had family in the area to borrow from. I would love to rent it again next December same frame time and price ,being on the beach was wonderful. PC

Coming here is like coming home for us. We feel so comfortable here, there’s plenty of space for us and our 4 children. The house is always immaculate when we arrive, which sets the tone for the whole week. Communication is great, we only needed to bring food and towels..everything else is provided! And we absolutely love the view! Beach access with 4 young children couldn’t be easier, & the window seat in the kitchen is our favorite feature of the house. We have zero complaints, we only wish we could visit more often! Thank you Grey Sands, we are so grateful to have the privilege of relaxing here!

The most important "defect" is that the dishwasher leaked so we couldn't use it. We never found the remotes for one bedroom but didn't care. Also we couldn't find out how to turn the light on in the bedroom, only the fan worked. There was a small light on the nightstand so it was fine. Enjoyed our stay!!

Beautiful place. Perfect location. Could use some minor repairs and possibly some additional pre-visit/arrival communication. All in all, VERY nice.

Only complaint was there was no communication regardless of quite a few attempts to receive access code at check-in time. There was a two-hour delay after check-in time before receiving code. Communication was fine after initial delay. Another surprise was no washer and dryer in the rental, which was an oversight on my part but also made a week long stay at the beach and laundry complicated.

We absolutely love the home. The layout very comfortable for my family. Love the ocean air, picturesque view and the home town feeling. Neighbors were nice and helpful. Directed us towards property right from the beginning. Restaurants and grocery shopping centers all close by. Absolutely no complaints at all. I can imagine Summer🏖 time in this home it's a dream come true😇👍👍

This property was absolutely amazing in every way. The fully stocked kitchen made cooking for the children a breeze. Cleanliness was 5/5. The home is very comfortable and spacious. The owner is a stand out. Great communication & willingness to accommodate us.

Our group spanned from 80-2 we had a blast at the beach riding waves, going to the center for pizza and ice cream and eating on the picnic tables outside. Hope to return next summer! Johnathan was wonderful to communicate with.

This beach house was the perfect size for my family. Having 5 bedrooms gave everyone the space needed. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The location could not have been better. Right on the sand. With 2 assigned parking spots that was easy and convenient. This is definately a house we would come back to.

We love vacationing on the beach and Jonathan beach house did not disappoint. From the well stocked kitchen to the spacious living room everything thing was more than expected. Being right on the beach made vacationing with young kids so easy. Having 5 bed rooms gave us ample space for my family and friends. Jonathan was very responsive throughout the week responding quickly. A very nice vacation experience we will definitely be back

Our stay was excellent and the property manager was very responsive. The house was a perfect location! Only one negative would have preferred If there were 2 bathrooms in a house that large.

All in all it was great. The listing says the only thing not provided was beach towels. There were no bath towels. I had to go buy some. I wish they had extra blankets in the closet for those chilly nights. It is a place I feel privileged to stay in.

Property was incredible. Waking up and watching the sunrise from the porch was awesome. It was hard to find a place onthe beach that could handle a family with 4 adult children but this property was fantastic.

Closer to the beach than you realize! My granddaughters absolutely loved the yard and the beach! Neighbors were also very nice! Air conditioning was wonderful and all the hot water we needed! We had a great time!
