Superb

The environment is very quiet, very suitable for ME-Time. I like their old-style house design & surrounding, alike my hometown where located also at hillside.

Able to reach guesthouse by bus but it is more convenience if you drive.

Nice accommodation, but can’t recommend if you don’t have your own car/scooter.

Nicely decorated accommodation with only 5 small rooms, a shared kitchen and living area and a pretty nice patio.

There’s only one company arranging tours, transfers or providing rental scooter near the accommodation. For everything else beside an organized tour, you need to have either a car or try to find a taxi. For us the location itself was nice, but we can’t recommend it, as the effort to organize everything is too high. We would recommend to find something in Tanah Rata or Brinchang, as it makes it way more easier and is more comfortable. Last but not least the amount of restaurants in the village with a certain kind of “standard” is very limited.

I would recommend this place for couples who want to get away from the city and tourist spots.

The cleanliness of the place is exceptional. The host that welcomed us during check-in was super helpful. All the food that were recommended in their guide was amazing as well.

really nice host but the rooms were too noisy and small for us

the owner was really kind, welcoming and did everything to help us. we even got an upgrade to the room, the shower was really cool and the patio gives a good view.

it was extremely noisy near the river so hard to sleep at night, it’s far from every main attraction (30mn/1h) and located in front of a very busy road, when arriving there was a strong smell of chicken house (I don’t know where it came from)

Peaceful, Beautiful and definitely value for money

Very peaceful place to stay at Cameron Highlands with very beautiful riverside patio.

Dennis was a very friendly and helpful owner. All the informations provided, place to eat, place to go.

I enjoy it

It's a really cool place to stay with friends in the tranquil village. It is very clean and comfy with all facilities provided. You can also make friends with travelers from other places!

Even tho it's located not far from the main road, it's in Kampung Kuala Terla very far to other "mainstream" attraction in cameron highlands.

It's noisy because of the dog barking while we were sleeping and they did some of renovation in the morning after. We did not sleep well

Cute, cosy and comfortable. Felt like a Cameron Highlands local.

Wonderful place to stay. The private Queen bed shed (named Nicky Minaj) was super cute, cosy and comfortable. Loved falling asleep next to the river. Great area, very non-touristy so you really get the 'locals' experience. Great communication with the owners, so incredibly friendly and hospitable, had lots of advice on where to go and what to eat. I had a hire car and had no troubles using one of the Heahtitude parks, and there was plenty of street parking also.

Parking difficulty, homestay located along main road of which narrow, dusty, busy traffic. One cannot walk leisurely around the area.

Nice kampung farm stay

The typical kampung style with all day snacks available. Nice backyard area facing river and farm... Owner did provide lots of recommendations in booklets but too bad rainy days... can't do most of the outdoor trails around the vicinity. Lots of antiques from 60s, 70s, 80s.. childhood memories

The bed mattress is a bit soft.. might not be our liking type. Spouse prefer attached bathroom instead of common one that need to walk out and share with other tenants. Kuala Terla is a bit out from Brinchang... near to Tringkap

Great vacation home!

Great place, it feels like home. We also like the sound of the stream at the back of the house. It was a very relax and great experience. Will definitely visit again.

We went with a 7-seater. It is difficult to park at the provided parking.

A very chill place

The host was very patience while explaining everything to us even though we asked or requested something from him. If you are seeking for a place to chill out, this is a very highly recommended place to stay....superb view from the back.

There is a distance from the private parking, we need to cross over a road to reach the homestay. This is very inconvenient when heavy raining occurs.

Amazing and highly recommend

The business owners did unique design and brought the visitor a peaceful journey, Deep cultural decoration, combined with natural style backyard, suitable for relaxing slow holiday life

There is no particularly bad, if I have to be picky guy, the old building sound insulation is not as good as modern place, sharing the bathroom is not convenient, parking space is insufficient.

Suggest to build the sound proof wall between all the rooms to improve the guests staying experience

Located at Kuala Terla where around 30 minutes from Brinchang, Cameron Highland town. This homestay is a very classic Chinese old traditional style with lately new refurbished. There are very new and cozy feeling at all. Especially the backyard of the house is facing in front of the river, this is the excellent views during the morning period to enjoy the Lord mighty creatures. Furthermore, nearby got mini mart and a few local restaurants to satisfy our stomach. Overall experience is fantastic, Keep it on!

The sound proof between rooms is still need to improve a lot
