About this house rental
2 Quail is a beautifully remodeled home that has room for everyone in the family, with the added convenience of a location close to all of Sunriver's activities. The home is located just steps from SHARC and a short walk to the Sunriver Village. Unlimited-Use SHARC passes for 12 guests are included with the rental of our home. This 5 bedroom, 4 bath home has all of the makings of a perfect family vacation home. The home is a reverse living 2-story home with the kitchen, dining areas, living room, a king master suite, a queen bedroom and a full hall bath, all located upstairs. Downstairs there are 3 more bedrooms (3rd Bedroom: King Master Suite. 4th Bedroom: Queen Bedroom with direct access to the full hall bathroom. 5th bedroom: 2 sets of twin bunks - 4 twins total). There are beautiful covered and uncovered decks and balconies facing to both the north and south. They are ideal for enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine while enjoying the sights and sounds of Sunriver. The hot tub is located on a private deck with a relaxing view. The home has a fully stocked kitchen with granite counters and gorgeous wood floors that extend to the other living areas. The living room has comfortable seating, gas fireplace, and HDTV. There is an attached double garage for comfortable parking and unloading in the winter or summer. The garage is filled with 6 adult single speed cruiser style bikes, and a 2-child Burley bike trailer and a ping pong table. A portable crib (no sheets) and portable high chair are in the home to simplify packing for families with small children. This home has A/C! Please Note: this home has parking restrictions, and only allows for 4 cars max. Sleeps 12 UPSTAIRS: - Kitchen/Dining/Living/Laundry - Bedroom 1 -King Master/bath - Bedroom 2 -Queen Bedroom - Shared hall bath DOWNSTAIRS: - Bedroom 3 -King Master/bath - Bedroom 4 -Queen Bedroom (direct access to hall bathroom) - Bedroom 5 -Bunk Room (2 sets of twin bunks - 4 twins total) Please note, if you choose to book with this home, you will be receiving a separate rental agreement that will need to be electronically signed before your stay.

Wonderful home with excellent bed and bath options. Kids got bunk beds and all of the adults slept in their own rooms. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, coffee grinder, drip coffee maker, and excellent baking pans. Only item we needed to bring was a large griddle to make pancakes and bacon with. Would stay again.

The property was perfect for our 2 families! Very spacious and a great lay out. The pocket door in the Master Bath upstairs door does not have a hinge to grab on to - so you cannot shut the bathroom door. I would suggest a little deeper dusting/ vaccumming ( not a big deal) but there were balls of dust rolling around on the floor! But overall we loved the place!! OH also need new ping pong balls. 4 were dented before we started!! :)

The house was just great. Had room for all of us, very nice accommodations. My only comment would be to add elongated toilets. The toilets in the house, except for the upstairs main bathroom, are old style circular toilets that we had in the 70s and they're like sitting on a coffee can. Your typical client is a full size adult and a comfortable seat would be appreciated.

It was perfect for us and our family. The kitchen and upstairs area very nice. The only thing we could suggest is grab bars in bathrooms as all the toilets are like chid size and difficult to use.
Many supplies were left in kitchen which was a wonderful help.
Thanks for allowing us to stay there. The proximity to the pool and shopping areas were an added bonus!!

We were two families of 4 staying at the house - it was perfect for our needs! Plenty of room, easy access to the Village and SHARC, hot tub, and ping pong in the garage. Everything was clean and easy. Would definitely stay again!

A group of four neighborhood families rented this house - there were six adults and six kids.
It was just as good as it looked in the pictures and the location can’t be beat About a four minute walk to the sharc and 10 minutes to the village. Even quicker if you use the bikes they provided.
Great open floor plan for everyone to hang out. I would stay here again!

Layout of house was good for our family. Perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space for family meals. We had 11 people and we ran out of hot water when everyone tried to take showers after a day of outdoor activities.

We had plenty of room for 3 young kids, a teen, and 5 adults. It was about a 10 minute walk to the SHARC, which was a plus. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again!

The home was perfect for our gang! Loved that everyone had their own room and bath! (Especially when we were all getting ready for a family photo shoot!) It is just a short walk to the Shark...an even shorter bike ride! Between swimming, biking, hiking, card games on the family-size table, hot tubbing, and ping pong playing there was never a dull moment! Oh, and did I mention the ever so comfortable king size bed for grandma and grandpa! Awwww so nice. Loved our stay...only problem was it went by way too fast!!!

We stayed at this home for a mini-extended family get away and it fit our needs very well. There was space for everyone to gather, and kitchen that had what we needed to cook, and good sound control between the bedrooms, so people who stayed up late didn't keep everyone else up. However, the house does need some repairs. The upper rack of the dishwasher was damaged, and one couch had a split cushion leaking stuffing. Of more concern is that I texted the number provided, and never received a response of any sort, which makes me concerned about how responsive they would be to a real emergency.

This house was absolutely perfect for 8 guys. I sometimes get concerned in some of the listings that they're getting creative with camera angles to make things look more spacious than they really are. I was concerned that would be the case in this house, but I think it was actually the opposite. The living room felt very roomy while everyone was in there. Having enough beds for everyone was huge. I can speak for the upstairs master bed in particular- that bed was the best night's sleep I've had in a while. It was incredibly comfortable. I honestly didn't have anything I could really criticize this house on. For example, most places with ping pong tables have the cheapest worn out paddles imaginable. This place had decent enough paddles that we could play a real game. That's not a huge deal by itself, but it's indicative of a place that's not skimping on random details. The check-in process was probably the easiest of any I can remember in a rental house. The proximity to the village made food very easy. I'm legitimately very happy that we made the choice we did for this trip.

Great house with so much to do- the bikes, ping pong, games, trails. Unfortunately, the SHARC water park was closed for the week so we did not get to do that but we made the best of it.

The location of this house was awesome because it was close to Sharc which made it easy to take the kids. It also came with 12 passes. The only drawback is the house is a little dated BUT it was clean. Check in and out process was easy. We all had a great time!

The house was clean, in a great location and provided plenty of amenities. A few issues that were immediately addressed by the property manager. We would definitely stay here again. Great way to spend Mother’s Day weekend.

We enjoyed an early Christmas with Our family. We enjoyed the snow and even got to watch The Beavers play their bowl game. Though we did miss the down stairs bathroom everything else was great.

I liked the configuration with three rooms having their own bathrooms. Unfortunately, one was under construction while we re there but the configuration is great.

This house was in a great location but unfortunatley it was just not worth staying at again. A day before checking in we found out one of the bathrooms was completely gutted leaving a family without a bathroom. Upon arrival we found that the coffee maker had mold all in it so we had to go out and buy a new one. The oven is ancient. As are the screen doors which kept coming off their slider. The rugs and carpets are really stained and under the couches was a ton of dirt and dust. The property managment was great when dealing with all these mishaps but we would not stay here again.

We were very disappointed in this rental. The location was good, but the shape of the furnishings & the lack of cleanliness was not what I expect for this much money! There was mold growing in several of the showers, the carpet was very stained and worn, floors were dirty and debris under every chair and sofa, etc. We also ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. I would not recommend this rental property unless great strides are taken to improve the home!

Beautiful home! Worked out wonderful for our family group of 10. The location is great too, close to the village, and very short walk to Sharc. The house was very clean and had everything you need. This is our 4th time staying in this house.

My group of friends was in Sunriver for a wedding, and our 2 Quail stay could not have been more perfect. The house is not only clean and well equipped, but has amenities that make it above and beyond— like the comfortable sheets, private hot tub, 5 bikes, ping pong table and outdoor seating. Great spot in Sunriver!
We were able to use the SHARC passes and the hot tub! The rooms were great and the kids loved the double bunk beds. We were in close proximity to Bend and all sorts of cool spots to hike and explore!

Clean but the carpets are stained and on the older side. Worked out for the amount of people we had. Best part is how close of a walk to the village it is.

This was a great place to stay for our long weekend get away and it was the perfect size for our large family group. I appreciated that it was located within easy driving distance of so many things we had on our agenda. And, I appreciated that there was a lot to do during our down time at the house. (ping pong, hot tub, snow sleds, etc)

Living room TV and DVD players had obnoxious sound while trying to watch a movie which volume faded in out. Garbage disposal had to be plugged in to function. Pool table was warped so hard to play on. Fireplace fan was seizing up w/ horrible noise. Stains on all carpets and area rug. The internet ad on the home and the statement amenities were misleading. We won't be back to this home.
