Great location, clean and comfortable

Right near the old part of Georgetown, but not noisy at all. The parking building is right behind the hotel and blocks any road noise. Comfortable, clean room.

No options for drinks when the restaurant was closed, which was for most of the day.

comfortable hotel near centre of town

A very comfortable place to stay in a great location. so many attractions near by. Everything in the room was well planned. Good lighting options. Shower was easy to use and had plenty of hot water. Hotel was flexible with late check out for about US$7 per extra hour. hotel is near the ferry terminal. A great way to get from railway station - we came up on train - very comfortable.

Great location - uncomfortable pillows!

Location is excellent for walking around Georgetown. The check in was quick and efficient.

Pillows were rather hard. The bed was not comfy and the restaurant across the road has a musician in their courtyard until late at night. It was loud when trying to sleep

The room was really spacious, clean, modern and had comfy beds. The hotel was in a great location right in the centre of Georgetown and the breakfast was brilliant.

The wifi connection is so bad, I even ask staff about it but he can't do anything. Can you imagine stay there almost 3 days with bad connection.

Nice place overall in a good location

the internet system was quite stupid, with having only 24 hours at a time and then needing to re-enter a code. Many of the codes they gave you didn't work

Had a wonderful stay..kids were enjoying Hotel front desk very kind and friendly.. Superb clean and very comfortable... My room has a balcony view... In front of the hotel is a coffee cafe.. Strategic environment and easy to move around ..all in walking distance Will recommend to others

Visitors to Penang deserve better hospitality. Please improve!

Everything was average which is not a problem UNTIL there was no housekeeping on second day despite door label request was put in place. When I highlighted to the front desk, the lady did not apologise at all; in fact, highlighted their challenges with manpower. Customer service is 1 out of 5.

1) customer service - more EQ please. customers are no there to solve your administrative problem 2) breakfast - it was bad (thank god for a good cafe opposite the hotel!) 3) car park - no dedicated parking for customers.

Always a satisfying stay

This is my 2nd time booking and staying here. The last time was with my friend, and this time was with my family. Everyone loves this hotel. Cleanliness of the room, very comfortable bed and pillow, easy to park as it has its own parking facility. I definitely will choose this hotel again on our next visit to Penang.

The Deluxe King Room is more compact (smaller) compared to the Deluxe Super Twin room.
