하노의 중심에서 최고의 선택

최고의 위치 직원의 친절하고 따뜻한 환대 (Cara, Zoey, thanks a lot!) 아늑한 분위기 시원한 발코니 모두 좋습니다. 다시 하노이에 오게 된다면 이것에서 그때에도 이곳에 머물 것 같습니다.

조금 낡은 부분이 있지만 오래된 지역에 있는 호텔임을 감안하면 크게 문제되지는 않습니다.

A sweet, small hotel with excellent personal care and located perfectly in Hanoi

Exceptional service. It really is a boutique hotel - small, sweet and personalised. Brilliant location and very good value. Cara had a bright, happy persona and provided excellent customer service. Jerry at the front desk was also fantastic.

Excellent! So happy we chose this place!

Perfect location right in Old Quarter. Lots of food choices. Walkable to lots of things. Staff very friendly and helpful. Zoey was super helpful in helping us choose island in Ha Long Bay to see and even helped us with anticipating weather for best viewing. Gina was so kind helping us with leaving luggage for storage. It was raining and when we returned she turned on heater in lobby to warm us up. Kevin and Kent who were doormen were very attentive in helping us with luggage and doors everyone we walked through the door. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and inviting. Highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast staff very kind and lots of food choices.

Tuyệt vời!!!

Lần đầu tiên trải nghiệm ở khách sạn gđ mình cảm thấy rất hài lòng. Khách sạn sạch sẽ, tiện nghi, gần hồ hoàn kiếm, khu ăn uống xung quanh cái gì cũng có. Điều làm gđ mình hài lòng nhất là thái độ phục vụ của các anh chị nhân viên ở đây. Mọi người ai cũng vui vẻ, lịch sự, hỗ trợ giúp đỡ gđ mình nhiều. Lúc check out m còn được các chị nhân viên bế bê giúp. Thật sự cám ơn mọi người rất nhiều. Nếu dịp sau đến hà nội gđ m sẽ chọn khách sạn để lưu trú tiếp ạ.

A great place to stay in Hanoi.

The property is well located near the lake. It’s on a side street, so a bit calmer than if it were on a larger street. We had an interior room and it was so quiet! The staff was very nice and catered to our every need. The breakfast was great.

Lovely staff, a comfortable room. We enjoyed our breakfasts.

Breakfast was great. There were choices of fruit, cereal, western items and also tasty Vietnamese food. I recommend their pho.

Our room was a little noisy on occasion but it wasn't a major problem for us.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful location, excellent staff.

Wonderful location close to many sites. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with many choices and pho and egg options each day. All the staff were very helpful and very pleasant.

The breakfast was on the ninth floor with a nice veranda. The elevator only goes to 7 th floor which was a small difficulty for my husband, with mobility problems.

Really central location in the old quarter and easy to walk to all key locations/sites.

All the staff were amazing! In particular Zoe, Cara and the concierge (I forget his name!) were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Zoe organised our night away on a cruise in Bai Tu Long which was incredible and much less crowded than Ha Long Bay. Great team, fantastic hotel, good food and central location. Perfect!

The property is in a central location close to everything yet it is on a relatively quite street. We could not have been happier with the location of this property. The hotel is very clean and very comfortable. The people who work here are what make this property special. Thank you Tom, Dan, Levi, Zoey, Anna and “see you later alligator” Kara.

Pleasant enough stay for a stopover

it was only a stop over but enjoyed the lake / market streets whilst there.

Would've been nicer to stay somewhere a bit more in open space, it was crammed in a small street.

Peaceful quality room in busy Old Quarter

Fairly quiet street with some amazing trees in Hanoi's buzzing Old Quarter. We liked that we could still enjoy a good night sleep here in this very busy area. Try the best room on 8th floor with the balcony on the street side, lovely room! Also the young team is very caring. Recommended

Tolle Lage mit netten Mitarbeiter

Super Lage, sauber, mit Balkon und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Vorallem am wunderbaren Frühstücksbuffet wurden wir von Cara und ihrer Kollegin hervorragend betreut.

Mobiliar im Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, Bett eher unbequem.

I did like everything

The staff was very nice especially Cara and Kevin, Zoey. Honestly they were the best. The location very close to the lake and the old quarter is just a few minutes walk. The room was nice and clean and ghe breakfast was also very good. Next time we will stay with them again .

Giá 1 đêm khá cao nhưng không quá hài lòng

ks San Boutique ở vị trí khá trung tâm nên tiện cho việc di chuyển và gần với những nơi để mua sắm và ăn uống. Không gian đẹp như trên hình quảng cáo

Với chi phí 1 đêm gấp 3 lần chỗ khác với thời gian cận nhau, tôi không ưng lắm dịch vụ tại khách sạn và cả những tiện ích nơi đây. Cách đó nửa tháng tôi có dịp lưu trú tại Hà Nội nên chi phí ở thời gian này tôi tương đối hiểu dc chút ít. Đợt 2 lưu trú tôi chỉ ở 1 đêm nên nghĩ đắt 1 chút cho thoải mái vì sẽ phải di chuyển nhiều tôi mong mình có đc nơi ở ngon nghẻ hơn nên đã chọn ks San Boutique vì ở vị trí tốt hơn ks trước đó để tiện di chuyển dù chi phí gấp 3 lần chỗ cũ. Giá 1 đêm khá cao mà những thứ thiết yếu như khăn tắm thì lại là những cái khăn cũ, mỏng và đen đen kiểu cũ kỹ thế nào ấy. Vì ở 1 đêm thôi nên không có thêm comment gì ngoài tiện ích thiết yếu như vậy

Good standard hotel in the Old Quarter, but the staff make it a top address!

The hotel is very centrally located in the Old Quarter and has a great starting point - shopping facilities, restaurants, massage salons (I recommend Suzie's Spa opposite) and sights right on the doorstep. Depending on the category booked, the rooms are pleasantly large, comfortable and clean. Good value for money. But what makes this hotel special are the staff, who are not only friendly, but simply kind-hearted and supportive. Whether at breakfast or at reception. Special thanks go to Lin, Cara and Jerry. You make the guests feel at home and that makes all the difference. I would also like to mention Zoey as a great customer manager, who not only provided us with help and advice, but also booked us bus and train tickets to Sapa, a Halong cruise and excursions to Ninh Binh - and was always there for us. That was more than just a job! Thank you very much for everything that made our trip to Vietnam so special. Even if there are perhaps better and nicer hotels in Hanoi, we would come here again next time. ===== Das Hotel liegt zentral im Old Quarter - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Massagesalongs (Ich empfehle Suzie's Spa gegenüber) und Sehenswürdigkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Die Zimmer sind je nach gebuchter Kategorie angenehm groß, komfortabel und sauber. Was dieses Hotel aber besonders macht sind die Angestellten, die nicht nur freundlich, sondern einfach herzensgut sind. Egal, ob beim Frühstück oder an der Rezeption. Besonderen Dank geht an Lin, Cara und Jerry Ihr lasst die Gäste sich zu Hause fühlen und das macht den Unterschied. Unbedingt erwähnen möchte ich Zoey als großartige Customer Managerin, die uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand und uns ganz unkompliziert Bus- und Zugtickets nach Sapa, eine Halong Cruise sowie Ausflüge nach Ninh Binh buchte. Das war mehr als ein Job! Herzlichen Dank für alles, was unsere Reise nach Vietnam so besonders gemacht hat.

Unfortunately, my trip to Hanoi ended with accident and a broken ankle. But: The hotel staff took great care of me, drove me to the hospital (thanks, Jerry!!!) and also helped us with the organizational things. Even after we checked out of the hotel and in this situation, Zoey took loving care of us and accompanied us to the hospital. When vacation acquaintances become friends.... <3 ===== Meine Reise endete leider mit einem kleinen Unfall und einem gebrochenen Sprunggelenk. Aber: Das Hotelpersonal hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert, mich zum Krankenhaus gefahren (Danke, Jerry!!!) und half uns auch bei den organisatorischen Sachen. Auch nach unserem Auschecken aus dem Hotel kümmerte sich Joey liebevoll um uns und begleitete uns auch ins Krankenhaus. Wenn auch Urlaubsbekanntschaften Freunde werden.... <3

Mình ở phòng 801, phòng rộng, sạch sẽ, có ban công. Các bạn nhân viên ở đây rất nhiệt tình, đặc biệt bạn bell boy ca tối mình k biết tên, rất cảm ơn bạn nhiệt tình giúp đỡ và hướng dẫn. Kỳ nghĩ của mình và cô tại đây rất vui vẻ thoải mái.

Zentrale Unterkunft mit besonders netten, hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern

Bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt hatten wir ein Zimmer-upgrade. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kundenorientiert. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist perfekt.

Das Hotel ist seit der Pandemie erst sechs Monate in Betrieb. Man merkt natürlich, dass es noch weitere Anstrengungen im Unterhalt der Zimmer braucht. Aber die Mitarbeiter tun ihr Möglichstes.

Cozy boutique hotel with lovely staff

Great customer service. They asked if I needed anything or how I was everyday that made me feel cared. Thanks to Zoey, Lin, Jerry, Levi, Long, Kevin and Cara at breakfast.

The room has window but that looks out into stairwells but that’s fine for us. We selected it and very enjoyed our stay.

Die Sauberkeit in unserem ersten Badezimmer. Wir konnten allerdings in der zweiten Nacht ein anderes Zimmer haben.

Ein idealer Startpunkt in den Tag und für die Erkundung Hanois.

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit, das üppige, variationsreiche Frühstück im 9. Stock ein herrlicher Start in den Tag. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon im 8. Stock, herrlich!

Had a good time in San boutique

The staffs were really good, especially Lin and Cara, and the location of the property is also good. We stayed there for a day and Had a good time. The property is little bit older, pretty nearer to the lake temple and shopping streets. Breakfast was good.

The room was little smaller than expected but think most of the properties are all small in this part of the town.

Good choice when visiting Hanoi

Location was top - in the middle of the old quarter but on a not so busy street compared to some others so it was quiet during the night. , The whole staff was beyond friendly and caring and always checking in on us via WhatsApp. Our room was very nice and clean, breakfast had all that's needed for a good start in the day (buffet and in addition to that eggs etc on request). We can definetly recommend staying here, even though it's a little more pricey than some other places

Just some small details (e.g. shower sometimes leaking some water) but that didn't bother our overall awesome experience and the staff is extremely open to help when you have any problems :)
