Nestled in Lake Pend Oreille, this lovely house for $780 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. JULY 4TH 2024 Week OPEN!! Newly UPDATED INSIDE, NEW DECK WITH JACUZZI, WATER TOYS, VIEWS NEW DOCK summer 2020. There is also a NEW BATHROOM en suite to the Primary Bedroom upstairs 2023. The photos do not yet show it, but it is bigger and better. The lakeside gazebo remains the same. Large kitchen, 3 upgraded bathrooms, mudroom, new deck BEAUTIFUL The entire house is oriented toward the amazing lake views. It feels as if you are floating above the lake! The kitchen, dining and living area are a wonderful and comfortable area to enjoy the view and relax on comfortable newer furnishings. There is a window AC unit for this living space. Adjacent is an additional family room (game room) with t.v., dvd, air hockey and game table. From this room you can access the backyard where there is a new wrap around deck nestled in the beautiful tree's with a view of the lake. Enjoy a bbq here and a great rest in the shade on the hammock. 4-person jacuzzi nestled behind house in the trees. The second story accommodates all the bedrooms. The primary bedroom runs the width of the house with a french doors out onto a private deck with lake and mountain views. 2023 new bathroom and walk-in closet added, upgraded lighting and ceiling fan.The additional lake view room has a comfortable full size bed and large closet. The kids bunk-room has 2 sets of XL twin bunkbeds for all the kids or comfortable for adults too! The fourth bedroom is surrounded by the views of the beautiful back forest that you can view from the comfortable queen bed. Every bedroom has a CEILING FAN. The Lakeside Gazebo is where you will spend most of your time. With a built-in fireplace and comfortable seating this will become your favorite spot. The dock can park 1 boats and there is plenty of space for fishing, swimming and lounging. The house has two 2-person kayaks and a Stand Up Paddleboard with life vests for your use. The Lake House is directly across from the Bottle Bay Marina for gas, boat rentals, restaurant, bar, outdoor eating area, and jet ski rentals. fabulous dock!!! Lots of lake toys!!! Property manager awesome and on top of things! Lack of AC is a problem and the hot tub was not filled...

We couldn't have been happier with the house and the location on Bottle Bay! The communication before and during the trip was excellent, and the house was immaculate and well-stocked. Don't let the road between the house and the lake scare you...you can't see it when you're in the house and since it's a dead end road, there is very little traffic and the speedbumps insure that cars travel very slowly. Martina was very helpful when we had questions about the house and also when we rented a boat at the Bottle Bay Marina, which is right across from the house (delicious meals and huckleberry margaritas at the marina restaurant!). The nights were cool and we closed up the house in the afternoon so we didn't need any air-conditioning - ceiling fans were enough. The highlight of the trip was the July 4 fireworks display on Bottle Bay...it went on for almost two hours! This was our first trip to Idaho but we're already talking about our return to this house.

Overall we had an amazing week at the lake. Check in was easy, the house was ready upon our arrival, except there was some hiccups with getting wifi to start (the one provided on a sticky note didn't work but the one on the router did). There were tons of water toys for all of us to use (along with coordinating life jackets for any size person to use). The dock was in great shape and there were plenty of chairs for everyone to enjoy as well as an amazing hammack. The property listed a hot tub which the property did have (however it did not indicate occupants were required to fill it at the beginning of their stay and empty it at the end). Part of the fun with the hot tub is just jumping into it to relax. We opted to never mess with it. Parking was sufficient. The grill was top notch as well (plumbed to the home's gas line so never a worry we would run out). The beds were comfortable (aside from the pull out couch in the game room which had a thin mattress-ok for kids but adults may not find comfortable). There were fans in all rooms of the house which was much appreciated when the temperatures were 90 plus degrees most days.

We have rented several homes over the years and the attention to detail in this home is superb..from the kitchen to the game room to the beach towels and water toys!!! The lack of AC was not an issue for us as we just opened the house at night and used ceiling fans! Closing blinds in afternoon was key. It was perfect for our family reunion of grandparents and 2 families (kids 8-20 years old)!! The highlight was the 8 y.o. catching a 17lb pike off the dock! We would definitely rent again!!!

location was about 25 minutes drive from sandpoint. House was spacious and comfortable for 2 families. Kids ranging in ages 9-14 all were kept busy with the available kayaks and paddle boards. Was excellent to have parking for our boat rental in front of the house. Having access to the lake was perfect and was great to use the outdoor fireplace and dock. Great hikes very close in proximity to the house as well. Garage was large enough to fit our own SUPS and a few bikes.
