Condo was located in nice quiet area, very clean & owners were great about all the details on the condo. The only issue was the noise from people upstairs which is certainly not the owners fault & the no washer & dryer which we knew about ahead of time but kind of inconvenient when your at the beach, otherwise very good experience.

We were only here for a short stay to perform in a Cheer competition. We loved the condo. Perfect location close to pool and beach, clean, near restaurants, and just the right size.

My husband and I had a family wedding in Mobile and took the following week to relax and enjoy the beautiful Pensacola beach. This is our second stay at the Keen condo. The location to the beach and other activities is perfect! The condo is homey and the beds are very comfortable ~ we highly recommend!

The property was super clean and the owners made check in very easy!! Had plenty of space for my family of 6... Was a great location too as we didnt have to drive too a beach and was very nice it came with chairs toys an umbrealla and boogie boards for playing. We brought several things but would not have needed to if I had paid attention to the description 🤣. Pool was nice. Parking in the space was snug. Other than that this place was exactly what we were looking for. Highlyrecommend this condo

The condo was perfect for our needs. Very clean, nice place to stay, great location, and easy walk to the ocean. Enjoyed using the beach chairs, umbrella and toys that were provided. Also appreciated the games that were available. We loved the pool being right outside our balcony, we could watch our teenage girls from inside the condo. Great owners. Will definitely stay there again!

Great rental. They had everything we needed for our stay and then some. Lots of room, super close to the beach ( like a 2 minute walk) and a short drive to restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

Condo was as described. Clean, comfortable and updated. Easy access to the beach, overlooking the pool and garden area. The beds were very comfortable. No washer and dryer but laundry area on site. Everything else that you need is provided including beach chairs and towels. The owners were available and very good to work with. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo.

This is our second time staying at the property. The first time we had an ocean view which is always wonderful but we opted for closer to the pool with two little ones. The price is a little cheaper without the ocean view which is nice also. The walk to the beach closer to the pool was still also very easy to do even with a 3 and 5 year old. Everything is clean, nice, pretty, and homey. My daughter and I traveled by ourselves with my grandchildren and we felt very safe there. We went right after school started back up and it was nice and quiet just like we like it. The weather was beautiful and the water was more beautiful than we had ever seen it. The pool is fairly small but since it wasn't the busy season, we mostly had it to ourselves. It is clean and has a bathroom next to it which is wonderful. We were a little disappointed we didn't have a washer and dryer in our room like last time but the on site washer and dryer wasn't bad to walk to. It was 3.50 to wash and dry but not bad in my opinion. We definitely plan on staying here again. It is so nice to stay in a place with a kitchen for a week vs hotel life especially with little ones. It is nice to go out and eat some but not for every meal. I would definitely recommend this place. We love the colorful buildings and beautiful landscaping in the middle. The kids enjoyed watching the ducks, turtles, and frogs around the little pond as well.

Everything was great. Make sure you read description as I missed the part where there was no washer and dryer In the condo. They have a huge assortment of games and books. Everything you would need for the beach. It does get hot on the balcony in the afternoon so the pull down shade helps a lot.

Property itself was ok. The parking lot was flooded and we had to walk through water up to our knees to get to the condo. They were supposed to pump water out but didn't. Made it difficult to go out and do anything because you had to walk through the water. We didn't have any clean towels because we had to use them to wipe up water on the floor that we tracked in. We weren't allowed access to washer/dryer. They gave us code to towel closet but it didn't work.

A perfect distance from the public beaches and the busy area but easy to get to. We would love to book this rental again and highly recommend it!

Our only regret is that we were not able to spend more time on the premises. We were visiting our Son for Easter and spend most of our time at his house. The unit was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. We made the Potato Salad and Deviled Eggs for Easter. It was nice to find everything we needed as far as kitchen wares. Walking along the beach was amazing.

Very nice, loved the location. Hopefully be back very soon.
