We have a dock, a buoy for you to tie your boat on, sandy bottom end of the lake, a boat ride to Fishtown or to The Narrows! Fantastic sunsets! Evenings around the firepit! Grill meals on the gas grill on our spacious deck! Games on the lawn and delightful evenings on the dock watching the stars! This is an opportunity to sink into the gifts of nature! Have a dog? Let us know the breed and we can send you a doggie contract to enjoy your vacation with your four-legged friend! The owners recently renovated this darling cottage: new flooring, new kitchen cabinets, new appliances, new granite counter tops, new paint, new flatscreen TV and new beds and furniture. There is a ga grill, outdoor furniture, a dock and a fire pit for your enjoyment and use. Cable TV and internet are also available! Wall air-conditioner on floor with bedrooms! This is the perfect and a very affordable location for a get-away for a small family or 2 or 3 couples!!

Beautiful lakeside location with ample outdoor areas and lots of seating and counter space inside. Excellent value for the price and overall experience. Kitchen supplies like pots pans etc are limited and on the basic side, so plan accordingly.

The cottage was just as described. It was perfect for 5 adults and a 2.5 year old. Very clean with nice furniture and amenities. Had a brand new large screen TV delivered while we were there and an issue with the holding tank was taken care of promptly. Appreciated the AC in the bedroom area. Conveniently located to everything you’d want to do. Would have loved a beach area for our grand daughter but she went down the ladder, in the water and got to the sandy area with assistance and didn’t seem to mind. Nice fire pit area and very quiet and secluded on the lake side. Mary Lou was very nice to deal with.

My wife, daughter and I spent an enjoyable week at Little Bridge. Both Mary Lou and Sarah were very helpful, accessible and perfect hosts. The home is exactly as advertised. We found it clean and everything was functional. We loved the peaceful setting, Bounded by woods on both sides, we appreciated the sense of privacy the location afforded us. Highly recommend.

We had a very relaxing time. We didn't have any issues with the property and everything was as described. The location is perfect and we had a lot of great weather that we eagerly enjoyed from the dock! I'd recommend a few new sharp knives and some pencils/paper. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay in this cottage. Being right on the lake was fantastic. We greatly enjoyed sitting on the dock, watching sunsets and having breakfast on the deck in the morning! The location was perfect for enjoying all that this area has to offer, which is quite a bit! Communication with the host was very good. Everything went very smoothly. The cottage was very clean and has a great layout. Great place!

Loved the house we had a great vacation. House had everything we needed. Central location to Northport, sleeping bear dunes, and Traverse City. Was excited to use the dock and lake activities but it was not there as seen in photos. Also had no good view of lake as 3 big metal boat structures were in the way. Check out was slightly uncomfortable as we felt rushed by the cleaning person for 40 min before check out. Overall still would recommend but confirm the dock is set up if you plan to enjoy the lake.

Very clean and Covid conscious. Great location, very nice accommodations and well stocked kitchen including spices... not the norm from our experiences. Mary Lou is an excellent host and readily available if problems occur. Definitely recommend this property.

Our stay was just fine! Could’ve used some kitchen cloths and towels and a full coffee maker .. a keurig wasn’t quite enough for our big coffee drinking fam. Not a problem though, just things I would bring next time! The lake was gorgeous, the dock and view were amazing. Such a wonderful place to swim. Overall a fine place to stay.

This is our second time back and we had a great time. We love being on the lake and have a great view of sunsets. We love this part of the lake and it’s nice to be so close to town. The kids love playing in the spacious yard. It’s a slice of summer heaven!

The four of us stayed the weekend and had a wonderful time all around. If you are like us and you prefer to stay in a more rural, quiet area then this is for you. The house is well cared for and on beautiful property. Plenty of space for us with gorgeous views out the windows. The kitchen was nice to cook in if you choose. I'd confidently recommend this place to anyone.

Cozy, nicely updated home on a beautiful lake. Comfortable for two couples, easily. Kitchen could be slightly better equipped but plenty for breakfasts and grilling. House stays cool, lots of wood for fires at night, big lawn and private dock was heavenly. Owner/agent are attentive and respond quickly to any needs. Strong internet, big TV w/ satellite/cable for when you've had enough sun. Great spot!

This house worked out perfect for us. In total, we had 6 adults stay here for 3 nights and there was plenty of room. Very rustic but very recently updated house. Super fast wifi with very comfortable mattresses and pullout couch. Would highly recommend! 8 min from downtown Leland and 13 minutest from Northport.

We enjoyed this cottage very much. It has a very functional layout and is well appointed with everything necessary for a succesful stay on the lake. We appreciated how clean it is, and all the white bedding and towels. The decor is simple and tasteful and there is not one "funky" element to this cottage which is an extremely rare find on lake leelenau. Thank you and nice work!

We had an amazing time at this Leland cottage. While it's not huge, it is perfectly suited for a family of 4 or 5. The kids loved the easy access to the lake and spent hours swimming off the dock. The house was very clean and well appointed - a very comfortable place for a relaxing family trip. We spent every night out by the fire pit and there was plenty of firewood available for our stay. The sunsets over the lake are gorgeous, as well. I'd highly recommend this spot.

My wife, two boys and I spent a week at "The Bridge" July 2016 and found it most welcoming. Mary Lou has thought of most everything, from wood for the fire pit to roasting sticks should you decide to roast hot dogs! A peaceful setting with easy lake access and plenty of privacy. Great for a few days, or even a week, and it's close to Leland.
