Located in South Yarmouth, this lovely house for $423 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Our spacious Cape Cod Beach home offers a relaxing retreat for families & friends and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Enjoy the 15-20 Minute Walk to the Nantucket Sound beaches or Rt. 28 for Restaurants and some Mini Golf! or just relax and disconnect in the gorgeous backyard! Beautiful GREAT location 3-bedroom Apartment in Yarmouth / Bass River. Enjoy Cape Cod living with pure convenience! Close to everything!!! With many of Nantucket Sound beaches less than a mile away as well as Main St./Rt. 28. Great for families of all with lots of shopping, go carts, mini golf, batting cages, arcade, ice cream and NEW inflatable water park!!!!! Great location only 15 minutes to Cape Cod Hospital for medical professionals on rotations! The home accommodates 8 people comfortably. The Beach House amenities include: 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen for those of you who are aspiring chefs with plenty of space to socialize, separate dining area, 2 living room areas with an open feel, 2 bathrooms, washer & dryer, large backyard and gas grill, parking lot for 2 cars with off street parking for many more. Each bedroom has a spacious closet and windows for direct sunlight or fresh air. Linens will also be provided along with towels and basic toiletry. Bedroom 1: 1 King Size Bed, Lots of closets and storage. Bedroom 2: 2 Twin Beds, TV with Amazon fire stick, Closet. Bedroom 3: Bunk Bed (1 Full Size, 1 Twin Size) Living Area 1: Large Sectional Couch, tile floors, wicker glass table and 4 chairs, 2 extra wicker chairs and 40-Inch LCD TV, Extra Laundry room with washer & dryer and vacuum. Living Area 2: Leather couch, tile floors, glass sliding doors to large backyard, bookcase with games and other Cape Cod fun! Kitchen: Electric stove/oven, full size refrigerator with automatic ice cube maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, pots and pans. Dining Area: Dining table with chairs The space will also include Cape Cod guide books, board games, and some accessories for your convenience. we enjoy the cape every sept. just the women, leave their husbands' homes.
the house was clean and comfortable, although dated and in need of many small repairs.
the air conditioning in the room with twin bed is noisy and makes for difficult sleep. Overall we were very happy there.

It was a great experience and location on the cape for our vacation. The beach was only a mile away if that and nice areas to walk. The three bedrooms were perfect for the folks we had there.

Prompt communication and friendly owner. Detailed check in and a great itinerary of local attractions is provided. The condition of the house, however, is less to be desired. One bathtub has the finish peeling off the tub, obvious water damage in rooms, broken floor tiles, broken screen door, broken countertops, poor lighting, broken fencing, mold on shower curtains and gross. I expected more than motel quality for the price paid. Be sure to take pictures of absolutely EVERYTHING as I was charged for items that were already broken and in poor condition upon our arrival (based on the cleaning crew's reporting). Was even accused of not picking up after my dog when we certainly did. We will certainly not stay here again.

Excellent house for our family of 8 plus a dog. Spacious and had everything you needed from linens to cutlery beach chairs and coolers. And we loved how close it was to Smugglers Beach ( 20 min walk). Charlie was a great host - he even greeted us and made sure we were all settled in nicely.

Vacay
We had an amazing week at Charlie’s house. It was exactly how it was listed. The beds were comfy and it was so nice to have air conditioning. The dogs absolutely loved the freedom of the fenced in backyard. The location of the house is great because it is very close to the down town area but still within a bike ride to the beach. Thank you for sharing your home.

Perfect vacation
We have always vacationed down the Cape for years when the kids were little and after a 20 year hiatus, returned with our grown children and granddaughter. We chose Charlie's place because of the familiarity of S.Yarmouth. We were pleasantly surprised since the on-line photos didn't do his place justice! Perfect neighborhood, close to all the places we love, and the accommodations were great! Clean, plenty of space, great fenced in backyard overlooking green space habitat with beautiful birds and natures sounds. We will definitely be asking to return again next summer. Great central location to explore all of Cape cod
The property had everything we needed. The backyard was fully fenced in, so my dogs could run freely. The only issue was the mattresses, if anyone has a bad back, I would ask the owner if he got better mattresses, they are ok if you're young.

What a great place to escape to. Charlie was the consummate host he hit all the high notes restaurant recommendations day trip recommendations and a very homey place away from real life for a week! Our whole family Dog included enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was perfect for walks in the morning and even the rainy days were relaxing. If you rent this home it won’t disappoint. The house was nice, big and comfortable. It was only 20 min walk from the beach. It had a fenced yard where our god loved to play! The kitchen had everything we needed. We also liked to grill outside. We really enjoyed our stay!

The house has a wild area near back yard welcoming animals. Therefore, we woke up to trash, not ours the previous renters, all over the back yard due to proper trash cans not being installed. We had to pick up all the trash ourselves that wasn't ours.
The grill in the picture is not what you get. Both grills are rusted and we were not able to cook on them. We were looking forward to smores and outdoor cooking. Didn't happen.
The outdoor door doesn't close all the way. If you have a dog make sure you keep inside door closed at all times. Also. the sewage smell was overpowering and it was only April.
Charlie is a nice guy, but he did not reimburse us for our troubles even a little. Not worth it!

Centrally located and spacious
Our 4th time at this property and embrace as our home away from home. It is spacious, easily accessible to all locations, and a great private backyard. Just a short walk to the beach, and the winter sunsets are incredible. The homeowner is attentive and quick to respond to any situations that may occur. We are looking forward to our "spring" vacation in 2019. Thank you Charlie for your great home.

Nice spacious house with private backyard and close to the beach.
We enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The living/ dinette area is cozy and we loved hanging in there. Bedrooms are big with plenty of closet space, each room had an a/c and stucked with extra pillows and blankets. We really enjoyed the backyard, it’s very big and private. We didn’t have to worry about our children while they were playing there. I know the owner was warning about mosquitos and bugs and recommending a bug repellent but we didn’t experience any of that. Kids spent plenty of time there and didn’t have a single bite. The 2 full bathrooms was a big plus for our family and we really liked that. Overall the house is clean and very comfortable, definitely close to the restraurants and beach. Not sure if really a waking distance, but definitely doable by bycicle. It took 3-5 min by car to get to the closest beach. By the way it’s $20/day in and out. We were lucky to find parking on a side street for FREE. I would recommend the owner to update a few little accessories as some of the items look old and used (toaster, bath mats). Otherwise, everything was great.

Convenient location, quiet neighborhood, great view
Charlie is a wonderful host. House is spacious, private and a serene location. Easy access to attractions and rte28, 6A and 6. A short walk to the beach, and perfect for off season. Favorite local restaurants were open and serving for the start of season. Kevin's steamers and fried while belly clams are the BEST! Already booked for a week later in the year.

Nice house for a quick getaway. Great owners very responsive.
My family really enjoyed the stay. It was cut short by inclimate weather so our two night stay turned to one night, but the refunding of that one night was an easy process and the owner Charlie was always quick to respond to any requests and questions. Would definitely rent again in the future.

Spacious, clean and walking distance to beaches
Enjoyed our stay. Large home with plenty of space. Great fenced backyard. A short walk to the beaches. Close to all amenities, yet secluded and quiet street. Will want to stay here again, especially in the spring. Thank you for your enjoyable home.

Beautiful house
We stayed at this house for almost 2 weeks in last summer. I forgot to write a review till I log back to this website to look for another house at a different State for my next trip :-)
This house is very nice. It is located in a very good location, near grocery stores, restaurants & beaches. The neighbors are quiet but friendly. The house is fully equipped. Charlie & Jennifer were very helpful. They responded to my text within couple minutes.

Everything you want!
This place really has it all. The home is equipped with all of the necessities. The proximity to beaches was a huge bonus but we found ourselves spending most of our time in the spacious back yard. We had a few questions for the owner and his response was immediate. Would definitely visit again!
