Nice resort and great location to parks and Sunset Walk with restaurants and entertainment. Cottage was nice but limited common area for the family. Great maintenance response as we had a few minor issues.

Family weekend trip and paid for private pool for family. Saturday workers arrive at 10:00 to extend pook deck. Obviously, we could not use the pool as there were 5 guys on the pool deck most of the day. Spoke to front desk who said they were going to refund me 1 night. I still have not received a refund. Cottage was great but workers ruined our family weekend.

We have rented cottages many times and have always been very happy, until now. We had a 4 bedroom. It was very small. MUCH smaller than the 3 bedroom ones we usually get. We were disappointed.

My family of 9 stayed here for the first time and it won't be the last time. We had 4 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms, and it was PERFECT size for us! Our private pool was a plus. We did have a few issues though, but the staff was immediately willing to help. Overall, pretty pleased.

The place was clean (except the home private pool) it had really nice view on the third level and the rooms looked great. Also there seemed to be something wrong with the deadbolt, when I called up to the front seat they told me that the had disassembled all the deadbolts for child safety concerns. However, it felt a little weird staying in the house without being able to protect my privacy.

Check in was easy and beautiful. We live a hour away and wanted to have a "feel away vaca" without going far and from the time we pulled up we felt like we flew somewhere fair away. The house was super clean like brand new, had everything we needed and was big!!!!!! We will be back to this same unit.

Would definitely go again! Place was definitely nice! Just was unhappy with the transportation to Disney. One day we waited 2 hours for the bus! Needed toilet paper & had to buy ourselves. That was a little strange!

Upon arrival, we were notified that we were relocated to another the property. The property was significantly further away from the resort and the other family we were traveling with. This was extremely inconvenient for all of us, including one member of our party who is handicapped.
We were offered a reduced rate, but quite frankly it fell short of expectations. The relocation with zero notice was unacceptable and ultimately made the trip disappointing.
