We have an annual gathering in Seattle of family and friends from across the country. This was our first time in the Green Lake area. The hosts were super accommodating for a couple of requests and we can't thank them enough. The neighborhgood is quiet and extremely accessible to the Green Lake walking trail. It's so tranquil. The house had a nice layout with the various suites and was perfect for the group. We loved the rooftop deck. The driveway parking worked perfect for the one car we had. The only downside was that the house has bit of of wear and tear, but overall I would absolutely book this again and it's top of our list for next year's gathering.

Overall the listing matched what we saw. Beds were comfy and there was ample space for our family. Green Lake is a gem. It was nice to go to the roof in the morning for coffee and breakfast and near sundown as well. Although the top level can be hot at night in the summer, we frequently visit Seattle in the summer and know that AC is not common at all homes. The wall AC units provided along with opening up windows at night helped regulate the temperatures. If you’re a light sleeper, I can understand the bus stop outside the home distrusting your sleep, but the close bus stop is also a perk of the location of the home.

Our family (3 different groups) utilized all 6 bedrooms and the privacy was greatly appreciated. Great location, super comfy beds and pillows were a plus. There is a/c but some rooms have better access than others. The rooftop was great but could use updating and more furniture. Very nice owners. Highly recommend

This was a great property for a couple moms and a lot of their kids. Multiple rooms with comfortable beds and great location for a walking to Coffee and Restaurants. Also great communication with host.

All good, except the top two floors were an oven. The little room air conditioners did little to cool the big house. The bedrooms upstairs (except the master) were horribly hot. Impossible to get a good night's sleep. I would recommend that the top two units in the house not be rented during the summertime, only the bottom floor unit was comfortable in the afternoon or overnight.

We booked this house for our family with a wide range of ages. Due to the number of levels, it allowed the kids to have privacy from the adults and vice versa. The location gave us easy access to Green Lake, grocery shopping and restaurants.

A few more forks and spoons needed. Could use a few more chairs for gathering in lower kitchen. Loved the location next to Green Lake and many bedrooms! Host was quick to respond.

This house is in a great location just a block from Green Lake. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Communication with our host, Rob, was easy and he was super helpful and responsive. The house itself was great with lots of room for our extended family and the bedrooms are situated in such a way that it was easy for everyone to get their privacy. Kitchens were well stocked. Everything was very clean. I think this home is even better in person than it shows in the listing.

Great for a large group
My extended family (10 adults, + a toddler and infant) rented the whole house to be close to my daughter's Green Lake wedding. It was a great place for our group to retreat to, and everyone felt they had plenty of room and privacy. Although the common indoor spaces weren't large, we enjoyed gathering in the evenings on the deck for socializing and watching the sun go down. The only complaints were that there was traffic on Woodlawn (some cruisers and also city buses) that woke some of us during the night. Still, I highly recommend it. Thank you, Rob!

Good rental for large group though gathering area is not large and if group wants to cook, pans and other equipment are lacking. Good, seems safe location. House clean and bedrooms well-appointed and up-to-date. Adequate communication with owner.

Rob's house was exactly what my group was looking for. Plenty of space for us, great location, and super neat and clean. Rob was also very communicative and available. I would encourage anyone large group looking for a conveniently located, large space in Seattle to check this out!

Great house for extended family
The house is fantastic and individual suites can be rented. But it also is good for a large family stay. Great location a block from Green Lake and 5 minutes to the zoo. Wonderful roof top with a great view and a table and chairs. Each suite has its own coffee and dishes.
I highly recommend it

Fabulous Stay!
This home had everything our 3 families needed! It was beautiful and very clean. Several of us are runners and we loved that Green Lake park was only a block away where we could go on our morning runs. The house has open spaces to gather as a family and four separate mini-suites to get away for a break and privacy. It even has a little playroom stocked with books and toys for the kids. Every area was well thought out and above our expectations. Hosts were quick to respond and very helpful. We highly recommend!!

Great location. Great place!
I stayed at Rob's place with 11 friends. It was perfect - plenty of space, separate spaces for sleeping and spending time together, plenty of bathrooms and a fantastic rooftop deck with great views of the lake and the Olympic Mountains. Everything else was ready and waiting for us upon our arrival! The only thing that we had to worry about was our meals and drinks (coffee, tea and filtered water were provided). Rob was quick to respond to all of our questions, and had some great neighborhood recommendations. We'll book again!

Amazing Location and Great Size!
Rob's place was fantastic! It was clean, spacious, and easy to navigate in terms of checking in and out. We had three generations with several adults and children when we rented the entire house for family Holiday get-together. The guest house was the perfect size and layout so each group had privacy and resources over three floors. Its location was walkable to many restaurants, parks and an outstanding zoo, and a short drive or bus ride to downtown. Rob was promptly responsive to all our questions and requests including providing a pack ‘n play for our son.
