This very nice, 2 level condo features two tiled decks overlooking the water; complete with a gas grill, a very equipped full kitchen, wood burning fireplace, and a 10x30 boat slip. The complex features 2 pools, playgrounds, a boat launch, and a pavilion with public grill.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful time at the Lazy Days condo in July. The property and ammenities including 2 pools, playground, dock for our boat and ease of check-in and out were all as described and perfect for our large family. I would definitely recommend this property! Two levels, 5 large bedrooms, close proximity to the dock for boating and floating were perfect. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and answered all inquiries in a timely fashion. We will definitely return!

My family all used to grow up at lazy days condos in the summers and this year was a big year for our birthdays, 30/40/60 and my grandmother was able to join us even after not being back for 10 years!! She raised us at lazy days so this brought back so many memories even down to the layout and the beautiful smells of the condo! There was nothing we couldn’t find or needed and it was the most at ease and relaxing vacation and I can’t think the hostesses enough. We will be back again!

Wonderful condo filled with everything that we needed. We had our family and a couple guests and it was plenty spacious for all of us. We had a wonderful time! Couldn't have asked for more!

We are so happy with our stay at the W1 unit at Lazy Days Condos! The condo was in fabulous condition. We had plenty of room and did not feel cramped at all. Being near the pool was important and the kids used it every day, multiple times a day. The location was easy and convenient for exploring the lake, Ha Ha Tonka State Park, and the nearby attractions like Miner Mike's and the movie theater. We brought all of our own food and appreciated the extra fridge on the lower level. There was plenty of seating on the main floor for our large group of 10 with additional seating below. We were thankful for the double sets of dishes & utensils, numerous pots/pans, and storage containers. This was more furnished than any other place we've stayed down to the can coozies and aluminum foil. While we didn't have a boat to dock, the dock was next to the unit. It is a quiet cove right off the main channel. We rented a boat and were able to maneuver easily. Parking was not an issue. We had two cars for our party and were able to park right out front. There were only minor challenges that don't count as issues. 1. There's no evident recycling that we could find. This was disappointing. 2. There's only on mini broom for sweeping up all the hard flooring. The vacuum is too bulky to pull out for daily cleaning. A larger broom or stick vac would be perfect. 3. We did not have enough sheets for the extra twin mattresses we used. We easily picked up a set at Target.

This property was amazing and perfect for my family of 11. We had enough space for everyone. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed (trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, bath towels, extra blankets, etc.) We had a toddler in our group and the condo had a booster seat and a baby gate for the stairs. The kids made the downstairs area their play place. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Parking spots in front of the condo were always available and we had 3 vehicles. This unit is located close to the ice machines, both pools, the playgrounds, and the dumpster, which was very convenient. The swimming pools were nice and stayed open until 11 pm every night. We really enjoyed our time spent on the screened in deck and the private boat slip was awesome. If I could, I would give this property 6 stars! It was Great!!!!

Condo is very clean, spacious, and adequate stocked for all your cooking needs. This was our second year there and we love the area. The pool is just right across the road from the condo as well as a playground for the kids. This resort is very maintained and clean. Hope to do it again!

The condo was perfect and spacious for 8 adults and 8 grandchildren. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. A very nice quiet cove as well as the area. We really enjoyed the new pool with the addition of a baby pool area for the smaller children or just for sunning adults. I recommend for anyone needing 5 bedrooms. Thanks for renting us your home, we'll be back!

The condo is great and the location in the complex even better. The grandkids fished off the dock and everyone caught fish. The owner was very helpful in addressing any matters we woud bring to her attention.
