This is a great condo for families with all the amenities you need. Owner and property manager very responsive to any issues that arose during our stay. It is as advertised, very close to beaches and excellent restaurants. Host provided very helpful recommendations for food stores, restaurants and beaches. We will stay there again.

Great condo. First floor, parking right outside door. Pool also steps away. Fully air-conditioned and very comfortable for our family of 5. Excellent for my wife who is handicapped.
Wonderful views by day and a clear view of satalite overhead at night.
Enjoyed some of the local eateries. Missed delivery though.
Definitely go to Louies and Nachos, Six Nine restaurant for happy hour oysters, Buccaners Golf and Country Club. Exceptional meals and service and Pollys or Toast for incredibly delicious breakfast.
Took day trips to Rhythms at Rainbow Beach and Dorsh Beach Sandcastles Resort. All close enough to spend mornings and nights by the gorgeous pool and afternoons at the beach.
All the people we met were friendly and helpful. Would go back in a heartbeat.
Definitely recommend and Stephanie is a great property manager. ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND RESPONSIVE TO ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND NEEDS.
Good luck driving on the left hand side of the road. Probably the only challenging part of our vacation.

The Ocean views from Living, Dining and Balcony were excellent. The space is perfectly laid out and ample in size, from sleeping, eating, and relaxing. You enter at the same level as parking, and the entire unit is on one level, so it is all very convenient. All the amenities we needed were available, and nice touches like beach chairs and a cooler made our beach trips enjoyable. The pool was easy to find chairs to read/sunbathe, and never crowded during our visit to swim. The owners communications before the trip were timely, and aided a few specific questions we had - which prepared us for our visit. No issues during our stay or for the accommodations - and the checkin/checkout was a breeze.
We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. The view was absolutely stunning! Stephanie was very responsive and extremely nice as well! I wish the condo complex collected recycling but they don't. Hated throwing away so much trash. Really appreciated that the owners have beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels there to use as many of the beaches charge for those things! We had a wonderful trip and would absolutely stay there again!

Everything was lovely except the property was just not clean. Communication with owner was great, prompt responses. When we arrived we took our shoes off by the door, our feet were black after walking around the condo. I did take pictures in case they are needed. I don’t like to complain-I hate reading reviews with complaints because we were in paradise so it doesn’t really matter. I didn’t let the owner know when we were there. We were there to sleep and then explore the beautiful island. I wouldn’t pick this particular condo again but the views are hard to beat.

We’ve stayed in many VRBO properties on St. Croix and other places in the US but have never experienced a problem with cleanliness. We first noticed a terrible grit on all of the inside floors and kitchen surfaces when we arrived. I contacted the property owner and was told it was due to Sahara dust which we are familiar with but have never seen floors this dirty. I was told the floors were steamed cleaned 2 days before our arrival so I’m curious to know why the floors and kitchen surfaces were still so gritty. After sweeping, not only was a lot of grit removed but a large amount of black hair and fuzz was swept up (and that was without sweeping under any furniture). We also noticed that there was a lot of hair and fuzz and some bandaid wrappers behind the furniture in the second bedroom so it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The walls in the kitchen were filthy, especially by the dishwasher where you could see all kinds of spots and stains on that wall. Then there were the little things, which all add up. The kitchen sponge was falling apart and should have been thrown out long before. There were no bathroom cleaning supplies and the other cleaning supplies were almost empty (VRBO requires these things). There was hair in the microwave and refrigerator. The kitchen utensils were in bad shape. The only spatula was broken. There were no barbecue utensils. There was no flashlight for the many power outages St. Croix has. There were no pens, pads or any of the little thoughtful things an owner would leave for a guest. After our 3 week stay, I came to the conclusion that no extra thought or care was given to provide the paying guest with the kind of vacation experience that they deserved. The excuses I was given were not sufficient and too much trust was given to the property managers who I feel are not doing their job. It’s a shame because the property has so much to offer. It’s just not being managed as it should be and the owners are not listening to their guests comments. We will never stay there again.

We loved our time at Turquoise Waters! We stayed 4/9 to 4/16. The view was priceless! When we were at the condo, we spent the time on the balcony. The location was perfect. We were able to explore the whole island easily. The condo had everything we needed for a great stay. The beds were super comfortable. We can’t wait to return!

The property was better than advertised. View is incredible and porch is great for relaxing, entertaining and meals. The whole complex is well maintained with a large beautiful pool. Condo is very spacious and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay in the Turquoise Waters condo in Coakley Bay. The condo is very nice and comfortable. The view from the long deck is amazing! Best I've ever had on any vacation. On the morning we were checking out we even saw a double rainbow! The condo is the most convenient in the complex to the lovely pool and the excellent Goat Soup & Whiskey restaurant. We received outstanding support and communications from the owner. The condo is kept in top condition. We highly recommend the Turquoise Waters condo for a vacation in St. Croix.

Property is exactly as described, location is fantastic. No stairs and very quiet condo complex. Beds were very comfortable, A/C worked great when needed. View of Buck Island is amazing, saw rainbows every morning from the balcony. Highly recommend the snorkeling tour with Big Beard Adventures. Our favorite beaches were Buccaneer and Rainbow Beach.

Beautiful view to wake up to each morning. Place was exactly as described. Plenty of room for the 3 of us friends. Pool was nice and met tons of super friendly people. Our location was right by the pool. Tons of parking. Directions to the place were great. East side of the island is drier and warmer this time of year. Would definitely stay here again.

I just loved your condo. The location was great. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was great. The restaurant opened while we were there. We made reservations for Friday night. The food was awesome!

Condo was very well stocked with the basics such as toilet tissue, dishwashing liquid, paper towels etc. Lots of beach towels provided and beach chairs also. Location is in quiet Coakley Bay Area but a short drive to downtown Christiansted. The on-site restaurant wasn’t open but there was a restaurant, convenience store and gas station just half a mile away. Condo itself had great views of Buck Island and the Caribbean. Only drawback was the road traffic in front of the condo complex could get a bit noisy at times.

We could not have been more pleased with Estate Coakley Bay. Amazing views from the large patio of Buck Island. Location of condo next to the pool. Condo had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great Wi-Fi. Location is on a quiet part of the island which we loved, but still close to everything.
We definitely plan on staying here again in the future!

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property or working with this owner. I could go on and on about the problems that occurred but in a nutshell I would say that she is not trustworthy.. The rental was filthy, we did not have enough towels. The pool key did not work, we had to wait for a cleaning lady to arrive, the curtains fell down in the middle of us having dinner and the owner tried to blame us, and many more problems. I took pictures because I feared that she would turn on us which in the end she did. I would save yourself the trouble and find a different place to stay.

We loved the view and large balcony, it was absolutely breathtaking! But the floors were, I hate to say this, but they were truly filthy. So I found a vacuum and tried to vacuum them, and a horrible burning odor permeated the apartment so I quickly turned the vacuum off. The broom was not great, but fortunately there was a mop and bucket so my husband mopped and that made things better.
There was no top sheet on the king size bed, and we didn't realize we needed to supply our own bar soap, and extra toilet paper. The kitchen was stocked nicely and we enjoyed the furnishings and having our own washer dryer.
We were bummed that the restaurant was not open till winter time. Again, we enjoyed the view and balcony so much!

As soon as we pulled up to the Estate, I knew that I made the right decision; the overall property is maintained very well. When we entered the condo, the environment solidified my initial feelings. There were 4 of us, everyone had their own comfortable space, we never felt like we were overcrowded. The place was clean and ready for guest. The only minor comment I have is that the master bed was missing the top flat sheet, but other than that all beds were very comfortable.
The kitchen was clean, ready for guests, fully stocked with all utensils and cookware. Although, there is a coffee pot there, it would have been nice to have a kettle available for tea drinkers. The most cherished moments at this location is having breakfast on the balcony looking at Buck Island, being taken aback by the blue seas, and being in awe by all the sailboats. The sunsets were just as breathtaking. This place did not disappoint on any level at all, when we return to the island this WILL be the first place I look up for another reservation.

The listing was perfect for me and two friends. Simple check in process, clean condo, and an easy location. You get great beaches, good food spots, and you’re right next to the pool if you want a fresh water dip. I have stayed twice in the Coakley Bay area and it’s perfect for being close enough to Christiansted and far enough to relax on the East End.

We loved staying in Turquoise Waters. It had everything we needed. Stephanie was super helpful. Her normal cleaning person was sick and she had someone else clean it. Unfortunately, they forgot to restock some items and get a load out of the dyer. She had someone imediatley run over with all we needed. She's awesome! This unit has a beautiful view from a very large lanai (gallery). We loved sitting out there in the mornings and evenings when were weren't out on adventures. One night a sailboat all lit up was anchored in the bay. It was a dreamy to look at. The beds are really comfortable. Air conditioning units were great. Everything you need to do laundry including a drying rack if you don't want to use a dryer on some clothes. Six beach chairs, 2 noodles, boogie board, umbrella, beach toys for kids, large day of the dead floatable, 1 small hard cooler, 1 small soft sided cooler, and a normal size Styrofoam cooler. There are no steps to this condo. You're very close to the pool. Which is lovely pool. This condo is very spacious. We highly recommend eating at The Goat Soup and Whiskey that's above the pool. Food is great, beautiful atmosphere and the view breathtaking. Also, Duggans Reef was delish! Don't miss going to Buck Island. Sandy Point NWR beach was gorgeous. It's only open on the weekend. Sunrise at Point Udall was beautiful. Sunset in Fredricksted on Rainbow Beach was superb! Fredricksted beach was great for sea glass. Cane Bay Beach was also really nice for snorkeling. It's a bit of a swim but worth it. Scuba diving was fantastic. We saw lots of fish, turtles and quite a few black tip reef sharks. Parasailing over crystal blue waters and seeing lots of turtles swimming was sooo cool. So many things to do on this island and we absolutely loved our stay at Turquoise Waters.
