This beautifully decorated condo is perfect for a romantic beach getaway , or that family vacation easily accommodating a group of four. *Full Laundry Room *WIFI *The Bedroom boasts a super comfy king size bed and a 55" high definition TV for your enjoyment. *In the living room there is a queen size pullout sofa bed, a very comfy swivel chair, and a 55" high definition TV. *Full Kitchen equipped with everything you would need to cook for your family or special someone. We have it all, from cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, crock pot, skillet, bottle openers and even a lime press! *You can enjoy your meals with seating for four at the bar, dining room table, or on the balcony watching the sunrise or set on the ocean. Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort is the largest master planned resort in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) It offers an abundance of activities for everyone including Golf at the Links, SPA complete with skin treatments and massages, a series of Pools, Hot Tubs and Lazy Rivers w/Rafts, El Citron Fine Cusine Restaurant and NEW Las Maria Premium Hamburgers in Phase I, The Coffee Shop were they serve specialty coffees plus drinks and soft drinks also ice cream and pastries , Bars, Swim-Up-Bars, Lounge Chairs with optional face shields and Palapas on the Beach. Also available is an fully equipped Exercise Room in Phase I and BBQ's throughout. This unit is in rental pool. Only guests with wristbands will have all Resort amenities. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Reservation Policy: - Reservation holder must be over 25 to stay at the resort. - All changes will have a $25.00 fee. - No changes allowed within 10 days of arrival date. - Changes of Holiday reservation will have a penalty of $150.00. - Visa and Mastercard excepted. Cancellation Policy - Cancellation more than 11 days prior to scheduled arrival date full amount minus $150 Cancellation Fee. - Cancellation within 10 days of arrival NO Refund. - No Refunds for no shows or early departures. - No refunds in case of eviction ZERO tolerance policy. - No refund for holidays. - All cancellations or changes must be made via e-mail. Other: - Check-In: 4.00pm. - Check-Out: 11.00am. - Late Check-Out will be at Noon only with prior authorization. Security Deposit: -Upon check in at the Resort, please be advised that you will be required to leave a security deposit of $150.00 USD payable in CASH or CREDIT CARD ONLY (NO DEBIT) for any damages or losses occurring to the condominium during your stay. This deposit will be refunded upon your check out if no damages or losses occur.

This condo was perfect for my family! The property is right on the beach and had everything we needed. The owner was absolutely phenomenal. He checked on us throughout the stay and made sure we were doing great. The only reason I gave a lower rating is due to lack of communication from the resort itself. They turned off the water from 11pm to 8am and left us in a predicament one night. Also, the elevator was on the fritz so we were never sure if we would be able to use it or how long the ride would be when we were on. Again, this has nothing to do with the owner!! He was absolutely amazing!! We will definitely be booking again with him!

It was perfect, except for the check out process. I was told 11 am so we went and came back at 1040am, but the elevator was full as people are coming and only1 elevator was working d/t maintenance issues, so it took us time going up , we ended up walking from 1st to 6th floor using the stairs and arrived at the condo at 1045, but we cannot get in, it was locked, so I went downstairs and Iwas told I should leave the condo by 1045am and I only have 3 minutes left It was an awful experience checking out, we have to be in a hurry we ran put of time. I was dizzy from walking up the stairs because we didn't have enough time to take out baggage out. I hope was told to get out at 1045am than 11 am and be in a rush. Otherwise everything was ok.

We checked out early due to the weather but that had nothing to do with the property. Unit was clean and well stocked. Location is good close to elevator. Thanks for the lovely stay! *Not sure if a prior guest has already reported as well but there is some damage to the ceiling above the shower you should probably have checked out.

Very clean, amazing staff. Very practical condo, all the equipment is really well thought out. We highly recommend. For 4 people however the sofa bed is less comfortable. For children it's ok, but not so much for adults.

We went here to celebrate my birthday, and it was everything we wanted! Relaxation, beach time, pool bars, sunsets, and wonderful service— it did not disappoint. It was really nice to have a kitchen right in the room to make some of our own meals (pans, utensils, spices, etc included), plus having access to the gym made us feel right at home. Everyone at the resort was so kind and helpful. Check in/check out was hassle free. Parking was abundant and secure. Thank you!

First and foremost we’re very happy with the property and the unit we stayed in, very clean and well maintained. We did have a couple of things that we were confused about? We saw numerous people at the pool deck with coolers, we were under the impression that owners were the only people that were allowed to bring their own coolers to the pool deck, but that was clearly not the case. We saw several groups of people with guest wristbands on with their own coolers. We asked about this with one of the staff members and didn’t get a straight answer. We even saw one guy with a guest wrist dancing on the pool deck with big bottles of Tequila in each hand. One of the staff members came over to him and asked him if he needed any ice. Then at then end of the stay, I checked out before 11am and the front desk cut my wristband off and it wasn’t even 5min before I was getting hassled for not having a wristband on. I understand that they’re trying to keep non guest out but that seems a little ridiculous! I mean I was literally walking back to my vehicle that was parked in the garage.

We stayed in phase 1 The lazy river was under construction the whole weekend we were there. Also we were woken every morning with the sounds of tile saws going off. Plus we had to walk to phase 2 to enjoy the lazy river. Very disappointed we were not informed of this construction If we knew in advance we would of booked in phase 2.
