would rate the property very highly, full of Victorian character with modern facilities. Lovely big kitchen with everything you would need. Great location and only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Keswick with all its pubs, restaurants, shops and market. Street parking only available so sometimes have to hunt for a place.

Fantastic property, excellent location.
Fantastic property, excellent location. The lounge was spacious and comfortable and was great for entertaining over the Christmas period. The kitchen is one of the best equipped that we've had in any of the rentals although extractor fan was not working (please fix). Only issue was parking , can be challenging at times to find a space. Definitely on our favourites list for coming back to.

Excellent flat for tired walkers.
Excellent flat for tired walkers.
Plenty of space for six people and a dog, a nice bath room and a separate shower room.
Lots of stairs up to the top floor but what a view.
We'll be back.

Well-equipped, warm comfortable house 2 minutes walk from Keswick centre.
Well-equipped, warm comfortable house 2 minutes walk from Keswick centre. However carpets and furnishings starting to show wear and tear, and the pre-arrival clean was less than thorough. Dirty mugs at the back of cupboards, large rug in sitting room very grubby and covered in small stains, dog hairs gathered against skirting boards in various places and everywhere generally dusty.

We had a great stay at Bianca Rose. It was perfect for 6 adults and in a great location. Comfortable, well equipped, nicely decorated and convenient for everything. Parking in the street was not a problem in October.

Flawless organisation, amazingly well equipped cottage, never had better.
Flawless organisation, amazingly well equipped cottage, never had better. Kitchen and bathrooms spotless, gave 9 as previous visitors clearly hadn’t kept to the “no pets upstairs“ request. Quite a few dog hairs in the carpets, but it didn’t detract from our fantastic visit to Keswick.

Excellent large home in very good condition for guests.
Excellent large home in very good condition for guests. Generally well supplied for initial arrival other than almost empty soap containers, no paper towels or spare toilet paper. However this may be nit-picking as items easy to acquire in nearby shops. Only the Brits or those travelling by car will be able take the surplus items away when they leave. Just a mild irritation for non-European guests.
Living room well stocked with area guides, maps and other reading material. We did not need to use the T.V., DVDs, games etc. As there was not a drop of rain for our whole week! Beds were comfortable and warm, kitchen well stocked with equipment and supplies. Attic toilet room was rather hazardous for head health! The stairs might be described as “whatever doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. In fairness the stairs are not too narrow except when you are lugging your cases up or down.
The location is so convenient for all that Keswick has to offer, and even the parking was feasible close to the property.
In summary we would be willing to return to such an abode in a heartbeat, and it can be highly recommended to all of those in reasonable physical condition.
