It was nice to be so close to the beach. Nice little place with good hosts. Especially liked the rooftop area and also the shower outside for little ones after the beach. Just a heads up to bring oven mittens for using the oven and blankets for your stay if you get cold and want more than a sheet.

Really nice home if you plan on spending most of your time at the beach. Once the sun is setting, it was nice to relax on the roof. Would definitely stay again!

Visited the area to see our sons first home soccer match playing with Atlantic City FC. The location was only 10 minutes away from him at the Tropicana and it was a nice retreat away from the hustle and crowdedness of the casinos. Enjoyed walking the beach at sunset which was only 2 blocks away. Loved the small town beach community feel.

This is a nice place to rent for the shore. Especially ideal for 2 or 3 persons, it was small enough for me to manage alone, yet more than roomy enough for my friend who visited and stayed a single night after the golf round. Place was clean and the beds comfortable. My rating was 4 stars out of five, but it deserves a 4.5 due to its attractive inside decor and very economical layout. Throw in an outside (but sheltered) shower to de-sand after the beach, as well as a nice roof deck to sun and dry. Recommend to other renters, and owner was very accessible via texting. A great value in Brigantine !

Nice kitchen. Roku cable bites when you can’t go to beach. Rear door didn’t lock which happened to be in the bedroom.

This is a fantastic rental. The proximity to the beach was great for us with a toddler. The roof deck was a nice feature for us to enjoy during nap time and in the evening. The property was spotless when we arrived, and it had everything we needed for our few nights at the beach!

We had a great short week-end get away at this beach house. It served our purposes very well. It was clean and very nice. The living room space and the bed sizes were small, but they were not why we were there. We loved the upper deck area.

The property is very clean and well maintained. It is a short walk to the lovely Brigantine beach. The owner is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We had a little issue with noisy neighbors but that resolved before midnight and the owner indicated his availability to followup if it persisted.

The owners were friendly, solicitous and accommodating in every respect. They'd obviously had worked a good deal on the property to upscale it. Lots of dishes/utensils, etc., and everything was neat and clean. The beds were very comfortable. They even had a roof deck with a couple of chairs up there that we hadn't known about, for star-gazing at night. We had a great time!

Brigantine beach is lovely. Great bicycle riding. The property was minutes from a perfectly lovely beach. The property was well equipped and nicely decorated and very clean. We had a wonderful vacation.

Matt's place is just steps away from the beach. There is a street to cross but since the house is located at the end of the island, it is really not busy at all. Once you cross it, you're on the beach! Matt was a great host with good communication and a clean place. The bigger bedroom is very big and could fit at least a queen size bed but it is only a Full size so if you're used to sleeping in a large bed with someone, it is definitely tight. Also, there are blinds on the windows but no curtains so the sunlight is bright in the morning, just prepare for that! Other than that the place is great and just what we needed and are definitely hoping to come back to Matt's place again.

Small (and the beds are small--be warned, large people) and pretty basic but so close to such a beautiful beach. Just a half a block and you're on the sand very close to a designated swimming area. A nice little apartment for a beach weekend.

We have stayed here two years in a row. It is very clean and perfect size for two couples or a small family. It is less than a block from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops. The owner Matt is extremely responsive and helpful. I highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back again! Thanks for another great vacation!!

This property is so comfortable, clean, and convenient. Like the front of the house unit which we rented last year, amenities and rooms look fresh and new. Good AC units, nice TV. Nice appliances. Matt is quickly responsive to any issues. Nice getaway.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time. We loved the privacy of the property and the location- close to the beach and the sea wall. The home was very clean and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. Matt was very helpful. We will definitely return to Brigantine. It is our new favorite place!!
