Villa Ladera Villa Ladera is perfectly located in the Heart of Huskisson. In a Complex of 22 Units which backs onto Currambene Creek complete with shared complex picnic area on foreshore + Jetty. Jetty does not allow any moorings. Great for launching a kayak, canoe or stand up paddle board. The space Downstairs consists of lounge room, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine plus dining room with seating for 8 + air conditioning. Step out to fully enclosed courtyard with outdoor setting and BBQ. Laundry with washing machine and dryer + 3rd toilet. Upstairs has second living area with air conditioning. Step out to the deck with great views across Jervis Bay to Point Perpendicular. 3 bedrooms main with ensuite + main bathroom. The location Villa Ladera is 600 metres from the Hub of Huskisson Owen Street with an array of cafe's, restaurants, Cinema, Clubs, Pub and specialty shops. 200 metres away is The Lady Denman Museum and Mangrove Boardwalk great exploring and local history for the kids. The beaches A 15 minute stroll to White Sands Park, foreshore cycleway/walkway and the white sands of Jervis Bay where you will find Sharknet Beach which is ideal for swimming, snorkelling, stand up paddling, kayaking or simply relaxing. There are many beaches and coves to explore during your stay. The parking Single lock up garage for small car only. Parking at front of garage and front of unit for 2 cars Pets Pets are strictly not allowed - please contact us for a list of pet friendly options. Linen Linen is supplied with beds made for arrival. My family and I stayed at this lovely house for 5 days. Location is great with a short stroll to town. We had issues with the shower which was swiftly fixed by the agency. The view from the balcony is the best part! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice and not too pricey place to stay.

Thank you for a great stay with our 5 and 11 yr olds, homely yet safe features and a great view of the bay. So close to the main street to walk or drive, and we were lucky to see the Saturday markets on at the top of our street during our stay.

Smooth process, property exceeded our expectations. Under the impression that the picnic area on foreshore and the Jetty were private. Next time I’ll ask how to gain access. Would be lovely to bring bikes and kayaks.

We had A lovely stay at unit 6/15 Wood crescent,
the town house was very nice and very comfortable, everything we needed was there and everything was clean and tidy. Location was excellent, would certainly go back again and certainly recommend it family and friends.

Perfect location. A walk to Husky Main Street & the fair! Just a wonderful spot by the water & watching the sunrise & sunset was just incredible! Fantastic place with an incredible layout for adults & kids to have their own space 😆 Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this property, it was really close to the Main Street of Huskisson, the maritime museum, Jervis Bay brewery… I could go on! It had everything we needed, would definitely stay again.

The kitchen was generously equipped with everything you needed and we were provided with generous quantities of washing liquid, dishwasher tables, clothes washing powder etc. A couple of items would have been nice to have, such as hair drier and bins in bathrooms. I found it very inconvenient having to bring my own linen and towels (for 5 people) to the holiday which would probably influence my decision whether to stay at the property again.

Wonderful home in a beautiful location. We used the place as a base for a fishing trip, but after staying, I will also return with my family during the summer.

Quiet and comfortable, it would have been better with wifi but we were happy with the stay. It was close to the township but far enough away for a quiet stay.

Was very hot and humid whilst we were there
Would have loved air con ( there were floor fans but they were quite noisy)
Our phone worked for calls and messages but to try and google anything needed to go outside as really slow ( eg trying to order takeaway or kayaks)

Perfect location, an easy walk to town with easy access to the beautiful inlet which was perfect for paddle boards. Views from balcony are amazing and we miss it! Kitchen is very well equipped. Only recommendation I would make is for ceiling fans or air-conditioning. Overall loved our stay and the wine and chocolates on arrival were a lovely touch.

Villa Ladera is a comfortable neat and tidy townhouse on the river and close to town. We definitely appreciated the convenience of walking in for a coffee, meal or to browse the shops. Plus we were able to leave our kayaks down at the water’s edge for the duration of our stay. Definitely recommended.

We had a fantastic holiday. Easy walk to town. Villa had everything you would need. Internet in Huskisson is a general issue which we weren’t aware of but wasn’t an issue for us. The Villa could do with a Spring Clean which would then make it 5 star accommodation. Looking to return later this year.

Overall the property was very good- a larger hot water system would have been great as there were four adults needing showers at a similar time.The double bunk bed was uncomfortable and would have been better as a double bed in the spare bedroom.The Internet access in the area at the time was terrible .The location was great as was the view.Thanks to the owner for the welcome gifts of wine and Chocs.- a nice touch

The property was very inviting. The upstairs room had a great feel about it and the balcony was a great place to enjoy breakfast overlooking the water. It was walking distance into the town which was convenient. The unit was well equipped with all you need for a stay.
