The home comes complete with 4 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms and there is plenty of space for you and your overnight guests! With it's spacious layout, the home features multiple dining spaces including indoor and casual dining set for 4, a formal dining set for 6, 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter and an outdoor dining set on the screened and covered lanai that seats 6 and an additional outdoor table and chairs with an umbrella that seat 4. Additional living spaces include the entertainment room, the living room, the kitchen and the outdoor spaces. The pool area includes a free form heated pool and spa with a propane gas grill for your use. There is lots of tropical and lush landscaping and hedging throughout to create tons of privacy. The main bedroom has a King bed, a flat screen TV and a large and sprawling attached main bathroom suite. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a flat screen TV and an attached full bathroom with a shower and tub combo. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 Twin beds. Additionally there is also and attached 2 car garage and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
