Located in Cape May Point, this lovely cottage for $483 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. 3 day min available for Spring and Fall bookings (April, May, September, and October). 7 day Saturday-Saturday during Summer months (June-August) "Cambridge Cottage" is the perfect location for your Cape May Point get away. A quick walk to beautiful beaches, it has quaint, cottage style with all the modern amenities to make your stay comfortable and relaxing- central A/C, ceiling fans, fully heated for colder days, high speed internet, brand new 40" smart tv with cable channels, open kitchen/dining room with newer appliances, new sectional and sofa, there is 1 walk in indoor shower and a second large outdoor shower with attached changing area (hot and cold water), BBQ and outdoor table are right outside the kitchen which makes outdoor meals convenient. You have your own private house and backyard that is all yours and not shared with another unit. It is light and airy and provides everything for a comfortable, enjoyable vacation. The cottage has a driveway that provides off street parking for 3 cars and there is additional street parking, if needed. A master with queen bed, a second bedroom with a full and a third bedroom with a bunk bed. There is a large bathroom with a double sink, shower and toilet. The second bathroom has a toilet, sink and washer and dryer. Board games and cards for indoor fun. Beach umbrella, chairs and beach tags are provided. Great, central location- a few blocks walk in either direction brings you to beautiful beaches and sunsets, village green/park area, bird sanctuary, lighthouse and Lake Lilly. Cape May Point is known for it's spectacular sunsets, spacious beaches and excellent viewing of birds and monarch butterflies. It is truly a nature lover's paradise.

Cambridge Cottage is located in the heart of Cape May Point, easy walking distance to the beach, the lighthouse, and Lilly Lake. The property itself is very nicely designed for relaxation and conversation with a spacious living room, welcoming dining room, and upgraded kitchen. The owners were courteous, responsive, and even allowed my wife and I to stay extra time while I waited for a jump for my car battery. If you want a peaceful beach stay at Cape May, it would be hard to find a better spot.

Has everything we needed for one week stay. Great location, lovely quiet neighborhood, walk to the beach, walk around the lake, and a walk to the lighthouse. Would visit again!

We needed a break and decided to get-away in the peaceful community of Cape May Point. The rental house is as it is described and pictured. Very pleasant and location is perfect. The owners are assessable and responsive to any questions or needs you may have.

We love the cottage; it is spacious and comfortable. In the morning, the sun streams into the living room creating a golden glow that provides a sense of peace and serenity. In the evening, the same room is bathed in the rosy sheen of a leisurely sunset exactly right for the enjoyment of a glass of wine or cocktail . The sizeable kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner or a midnight snack. The laundry room slash bathroom is conveniently located right off of the kitchen; it boasts a top of the line all in one washer dryer. The dining room comfortably seats six, the master bedroom is charming and cozy as is the second bedroom, and the third bedroom has bunkbeds that can accommodate small children and teens alike. The spacious yard has a large grill and picnic table exactly right for a pleasant evening cookout with friends and family. We love luxurious bathhouses like outdoor shower! We hope to make this our last hurrah of summer for years to come.

Overall, the property worked nicely for my family of 4 (including 2 adult children). However, the outdoor space was not very usable and, if we had more people, the one indoor shower would have been a problem. The Cape May Point beach was lovely!

The host was very responsive and answered all our questions.
The cottage was clean as a whistle. The kitchen had new and working appliances.
The location is great - near Lilly Lake, the beach and in a quiet neighborhood.
Our only quibble is with the advertisement of bedrooms - i.e. that it sleeps 6. The master bedroom with a Queen is fine for two people. The second bedroom is very small, with sloping roof which you have to watch out for, and a double bed, which is really difficult for two adults to sleep in. The bunk bed room is extremally small. So if you're coming with a number of people be forewarned.

Sarah is a great host! Cambridge Cottage and surrounding yard were perfect for our stay in May. We found everything to be so comfortable, it began to feel like our second home! The cottage is light and airy, well-equipped, and in a wonderful location. We walked throughout the neighborhood to the lighthouse, Lily Lake, the beaches, and Cape May Bird Observatory. Cape May Point is also near Higbee Wildlife Management Area (including many nature trails), the Cape May-Lewes ferry, many fresh seafood options, and so much more. We are planning to return in the fall!

My husband and I loved our four-day stay at Cambridge Cottage. It was perfect for the two of us. Great location close to the beach and lighthouse - we rode our bikes everywhere. Including downtown Cape May for breakfast and shopping. Would definitely recommend and we would go back! Sarah was super.

Cambridge Cottage at Cape May Point was perfect for me and my best friend! The cottage is very sweet with everything that one needs for everyday living. The description of the amenities was excellent and matched what we experienced. We enjoyed breakfast in the backyard at the table complete with umbrella. The location is fabulous, very close to beaches and beautiful sunsets. Sara was a joy to work with, very kind and accessible. We would definitely recommend Cambridge Cottage! This was a perfect Cottage for a great Cape May Point vacation! House was well equipped and very comfortable for kids and adults. A short walk to the beach and the lake. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood that allowed our little guys to ride their bikes on the street and enjoy walking to the beach. A great getaway! We will be back.

This was the perfect home base for all our adventures in and around Cape May. The house was lovely with a great layout downstairs for gathering in the mornings and evenings for meals and game time, and the bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. The outdoor shower was the perfect place to end our beach days, which never really ended since we were located a short two-three block walk back to the sand to enjoy sunsets over the bay. The kitchen was well equipped and met our every need. Very clean and well maintained property.

Small but cute
Great location. Cute tiny house and I like that it came with beach badges and chairs. The owner is quick to reply to any questions and made the rental process easy. The bunk bedroom is extremely small and only suitable for young children, and the indoor stall shower is also very small so you can't help a young child that needs help bathing, so you have to use the outdoor shower. The price is comparatively high but we were looking for somewhere less than a month before our trip so we were really happy that there was a way for us to stay in our favorite vacation town.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cambridge Cottage but noted several things that we hadn’t expected.
In the kitchen and dining room at times, lights flickered and went off then on, coffee maker and stove clocks reset to zero. These followed the startup of the air conditioning system.
Barbecue grill was too dirty to use. Lawn chairs were mildewed and rusty. There are no tables in the living room to set cups, glasses and plates on. Lighting in living room was very poor for reading. Lawn was way overgrown and weedy until it was mowed the day before we left.
With these issues it we feel that the price of rental was not a good value. We like Cape May and your neighborhood but we will not come back to Cambridge Cottage.
