Our ocean inspired, sun-bleached scheme with natural accents pay homage to the coastal scene from this Gulf Front view unit. Shades of blue connect with the vast view of the sea and sky. The vibrant and electric mix of colors lend a cheerful and casual tone to your stay at our newly remodeled Maravilla unit! It is a great place for families to use alone or share with friends. It offers a vacation with all the comforts and amenities of home! It is only a short distance from Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, the water park, restaurants and walking distance from Pompano Joe's & Kenny D's! Maravilla is located on the 'beach road' which allows you to enjoy the beautiful ocean while you walk your pet or ride your bike. Maravilla 2206 is a non-smoking, pet friendly unit that has been completely remodeled and offers the highest quality of amenities. You will find all the extras that you would not normally find in a rental unit! The kitchen is equipped with beautiful granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. High definition LCD TV's occupy the living room and both bedrooms. There are Ipod docks located throughout the unit along with DVD players. The balcony is a great place to start the morning out! There is nothing more relaxing than enjoying the ocean view while you drink your morning coffee! Sleeping arrangements: (sleeps 6) The king master bedroom has a wall mounted, flat screen TV, and an attached private bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed with a wall mounted, flat screen TV. The 2nd bathroom is in the hallway featuring a walk in tiled shower. There is an additional queen sofa sleeper in the living room! Both bedrooms have nice, pillow top mattresses. During prime season (March-October), 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella are set up for you at the beach daily! Please remember to tip the attendant for their great service!

Condo at Maravilla was wonderful. We took our dog and there were dogs everywhere. The condo was very clean, and no dog smell. Excellent location across from beach with a great view. Lots of great walking tracks and close to malls and great restaurants too.

This is a lovely condo, just as pictured. Front door light was out and one slat in the blinds. No big deal for us. The view is amazing. We especially enjoyed the sunsets at night. We are so appreciative of a nice condo that allows pets.

My husband and I stayed a week at this wonderful condo. Our 2 small dogs came. Located steps from beach with beautiful views of nightly sunset and sunrise. Everything was great. Of course tiny little things came with the place, but they were workable and didn’t impede our trip at all. My husbands only complaint was that the dumpsters were on the other side of the complex. My only complaint was there is a dip in the middle of the bed. This could be fixed with a flip or a turn around of said mattress. We didn’t realize there was a time change as we came from swfl. We arrived early and the owner gave us all the info and we got in 45 minutes early which was awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect! The unit was very nicely updated and decorated! Very clean and had everything we needed! We also loved that the whole property is so pet friendly. The owner is easy to contact and super helpful! We will definitely be back!

The beds were too soft for us (back ache each morning) and the k-cup water reservoir leaked. May want to update mattresses and coffee maker.
Very convenient and pleasant stay. Absolutely wonderful for our pooch, too!

Very clean, comfy and up-dated! (Newly renovated). Kitchen furnished well. 2nd bedroom VERY small! Better for children rather than adults.
Ideal location! Short walk across the street to the beach. 2 umbrellas/4 chairs come with unit. What a plus!

We loved our stay & hated to leave. Brooke was great to communicate with. The condo was perfect. It had the most comfy bed I’ve ever slept in & was equipped with everything we needed. We were ocean front & had a peaceful view of the ocean & was so grateful Hurricane Idalia steered clear. If we weren’t in the ocean, we were enjoying the pool, or deck. There are some great shops & restaurants nearby. Plus, they welcomed our fur babies! I highly recommend Maravilla & will be coming back soon.

The only problem with our stay was that the balcony doors would not open from the living room due to a broken latch. You had to access it from the bedroom so the kids had to come through our room to sit on the balcony which wasn’t very convenient.

I’ve been going to Destin/Miramar area yearly for a few years now. My first impression when booking this condo is that I had some slight difficulty with communication with the Condo’s owner - I did always receive a reply but I usually needed to send a follow up message which isn’t usually something I run into when booking condo’s in the past. My second impression was when we arrived the condo was very clean, the location was perfect (with an amazing view from the balcony), and it was the perfect size for a couple or maybe two couples. Very cozy! Maravilla definitely appears like it’s an older condominium so you can see that in this condo despite it being remodeled - the ceilings, trim, and wall’s definitely show the buildings age but the remodeled kitchen and bathroom look great. The dishwasher doesn’t dry the dishes and could probably use maintenance or just replaced and the fridge had to be turned to the coolest setting in order to be cooled to a regular fridge cooling temp. The on-site manager Jenny is who handled the fridge situation for us and she was GREAT - super responsive and willing to do whatever we needed to make sure our food didn’t spoil, she even brought us over three huge bags of ice. the dumpsters are all the way across the lot and there’s no info in regards to that or who to call in regards to beach chairs. Really could use more info when booking or checking in. The master bed also needs replaced! Overall not too bad but not the best! 3.5 STARS

Furniture has been updated and was even nicer than the pictures. The place was basically well kept. The cleaning crew needs to pay a little more attention to detail. There was hair and a stray sock under the master bed and hair in the tub/shower in the master bath. Everything else was spotless. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

The king size mattress needs to be replaced. There's actually a dip in it. There's a few other miscellaneous items which were worn and/or broken which needed to be replaced. But overall a very nice place to stay at.

Perfect space for our family of four and two fur babies. We have been staying at Maravilla the past three years and this ocean view condo did not disappoint. The updated bathrooms and kitchen were a huge plus and the short walk to the beach and heated pool was fantastic!

Stayed mid-December for rest & relaxation. Being the off-season, the property and area was quiet and not busy at all. Perfect for a peaceful get-away. The unit was nice and clean; only thing I would recommend is changing/cleaning the bed skirt and painting some baseboard spots. Will stay again.

We loved our time. The property was beautiful and in a prime location overlooking the gulf. We contemplated a 1st level option but decided to go with the second floor to make sure we had a decent view. We were so glad that we make that decision. Gorgeous sunrise and sunsets.

Excellent views! The location is near restaurants and shopping. Although there were a few things that were damaged before our arrival or that needed to be repaired they did not interfere with our stay and she promised to repair and ready for the next rental. Overall, good communication with owner and defiantly enjoyed our stay!

It stated in the listing the property had been recently updated. Well, the photos don't match the actual property. Not the end of the world but.... The dishwasher doesn't clean properly. Also, provide more than 2 rolls of TP and trash bags. We ran out mid week and ended up buying our own TP and bags as it was taking too long to get from the property manager. Surprisingly the day we checked out the TP and bags showed up. The mattress and pillows need replacement - they are terrible. In spite of these negative comments we did enjoy our stay. The unit is overall very good and we would stay here again. View is excellent and it is a breeze to walk across the street to the beach. Very nice to have beach chairs provided. Thank you. And of course it is great we could have our dog with us. Most of the guests have their dogs with them.

Overall, we loved staying at this property. It was super clean when we arrived, had a great view of the ocean, beds were comfortable, etc. communication with the owner wasn’t great but okay. I messaged her a couple times asking about the check-in process and she never responded. I ended up calling her and she answered all my questions that way. Overall, we would stay at this condo again! It was beautiful and looked just like the pictures.

We loved Maravilla 2206. It was updated and has a great view overlooking the water. The furniture both indoors and outdoors was really nice. Brooke is a wonderful property manager. We have rented many units from her and she has always been wonderful to deal with. We started off renting at Maravilla several years ago because it is one of the few pet friendly complexes but even though we no longer have a dog we will continue to rent here. We cant say enough about it! It also has a wonderful walkjng path with a view of the water and walking distance of several great restaurants.
