This fabulous Gulf Front property on the 21st floor has bright open spaces to take in gorgeous views from east to west. Everything is upgraded! This unit boasts custom granite counters throughout, a tile bar backsplash in the kitchen, tile throughout, and much more! Our spacious kitchen/living/dining combo is designed for larger groups to relax and enjoy each other's company. The living room features a 60-inch Smart TV with an attached Blu-ray player for your entertainment. The dining area, with 6 chairs and bar seating, ensures everyone has a place. Each of the 3 bedrooms is equipped with a 42-inch Smart TV for personal comfort. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and a luxurious primary bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and separate commode closet. The second guest bedroom features another king bed, an adjacent bathroom, and a tub/shower condominium. The third guest bedroom offers two queen beds, with a private bath including a tub/shower surround. A bonus full bath in the hallway, with a walk-in shower, adds to your convenience. A full-size dining table with 6 chairs on the balcony is perfect for sunrise or sunset gatherings. We are confident that 2110 will become your family's vacation destination year after year! ****The Association handles the parking passes, and as of June 01, 2024, parking passes will be purchased prior to arrival through https://oasisoba.square.site . The cost will be $60.00 per vehicle, and only two passes are allowed for all units. Monthly reservations will be charged $45 per month. The HOA controls parking prices and are subject to change without notice. ****All reservations made prior to June 01, 2024 have the $45.00 per parking pass fee will honored. ****Monthly winter rentals are available from December to March. Please call for pricing and availability. *** Minimum age requirement is 25 to reserve, and must be present the entire stay. *** No Pets. *** This is a non-smoking property * No smoking in the property, on the balconies or on-premises.

Clean rooms and great place to stay

We had a short Fall Break vacation here and had the best time! The condo was very clean upon arrival. It looked just like what was pictured. The washer/ dryers are a bit older and took a long time to cycle.
This was our first visit to Phoenix West II, though had many stays at Phoenix West. I will say I was a bit disappointed by the lazy river area. There were never any floats available, many popped or deflated laying around, and tons of kids taking them on the water slide where they aren't meant to go. I say this to know to bring your own if you go.
The weather this time of year is wonderful and what keeps bringing us back! We rented chairs at the beach and it was perfect.

We loved everything about this property. It was clean, stocked, and the beach location was amazing! We went during the off season and the elevators still took some time to get on and off. Seems like for that large of a complex, there would be more elevator locations because it gets very backed up. The VRBO itself was amazing and we would book again!

The kids and I gave my husband tickets to Kenny Chesney for his birthday. Our family and 2 others traveled here to see the concert. We forgot how crowded it is on a holiday weekend. We bought two parking passes and could not find a parking place after the concert Saturday night. We stopped and ask at the desk on level two and the guys said yes sometimes we have to many cars. We ask do you not compare parking spots to the number of passes sold? The response was this is just how it is, after we had paid $90 for two parking spots. Also the elevator situation was very frustrating as we waited 45 minutes Friday for one . Then about 40 the next day. Since we were on the 21st floor we could not move our stuff up by stairs. The condo had 1 skillet and 1 can opener that did not work. This condo would be good if you do not wish to cook, because the kitchen is sparsely stocked. Also very few towels for 6 people.

Garage construction was an inconvenience. Needed to park in higher levels as several floors were blocked off. White dust all over vehicles and lots of airborne dust in garage. Workers were wearing filtered breathing apparatuses but guests exposed to while walking in garage.

It was amazing! The condo was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. It was huge and had plenty of space for a large family. We have no complaints! We will definitely book again.

The only reason the cleanliness was not 5 stars was there were a few things that were not cleaned by the cleaning crew. Management was contacted and it was cleaned immediately.

No small egg frying pan or 8x8 pan to cook brownies. Bought an egg pan and left it for you. Lots of room, nice furniture inside and out.

The unit we stayed in was clean, comfortable and the property manager was responsive to an issue with one of the toilets. We highly recommend this property especially if you have younger children.

Our family decided on a beach vacation this year and this listing did not disappoint. We had no problems with the condo or check process upon arrival. Place was well stocked and decorated. The wife mentioned she would love to live here and not return home lol. The children immensely enjoyed the indoor pool and lazy river with a slide. The hot tubs only had 1 working with jets but water was great in them all. The beach was really nice and family pictures turned out fabulous. We would consider staying at this condo and building again in the future.

The cleanliness was not up to par and the left sink in the master was stopped up. Your cleaning crew should have realized this if they cleaned the sink. Overall we enjoyed.

Amazing Views, Awesome Beach, Respect Elevator Time
The views were as advertised and the kids loved the splash pad, water slide, lazy river, and pools (adults too!). There was an issue with the fridge; but great news the unit now has a new fridge for everyone else to enjoy. The response during booking and while there was prompt and helpful. It was more sparsely stocked in the kitchen and things like board games that other units typically have. The space was perfect and allowed it to never feel crowded when everyone was in the room. The master bath is awesome and more closet space than anyone could possible use up. Overall it was one of the best units we've stayed in. It never hurts to bring your own pillows and the beds were mix of soft and firm so everyone should find one they like.
Beware using elevators around check in time, during dinner time or if everyone has to go inside due to weather. If you are 1 or 2 riders the wait is never long.
The beach was full, if you like to reserve beach chairs call ahead!

A great overall experience
The condo is very nice . Very clean. A perfect place for families. Do not let the first day overwhelm you with the parking deck and elevators. Once the check in process is over, you will have a wonderful vacation. Lazy river, splash pads, grills, beautiful beach. It is everything a vacation should be.

We checked in at exactly 4pm, but you can get to the location as early as you want to use the pool and facilities. It was a great location as we were only 2-3 miles from everything we wanted to do. The only bad thing we encountered, which had nothing to do with the condo, was the elevators. Several times we had to take the stairs from the 21st floor to the 1st floor which took a bit of time with 4 children. We caught on by day 3 that you don't use the elevator from 330-430. Our family loved the trip though. We will be back

Postives were plenty of room to spread out, loved all the amenities provided, plenty of covered parking, plenty of rolling luggage racks and buggies to unload your stuff, very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. We have stayed at one of the Phoenix West for the past 5 yrs and loved it. Elevators are always a problem for wait times but it doesn’t keep us from booking again year after year.

Almost perfect, but we'd stay again for sure.
Check-in = 10, check-out = 10, cleanliness = 10, views = 11, beach = 11, furniture comfort = 6, bed comfort = 6, kitchen = 10, bathrooms = 10. We had a wonderful time, we were only surprised by the comfort of the furniture, not too comfy, and the beds were less than expected. I suggest bringing your own pillows, blankets, and plan for the beds to be noisy and not very comfy. Other than that, LOVED the place.

Orange Beach 2021
Property did not live up to absolutely gorgeous marketing. Living area furniture dirty, worn. Floors dirty! Kitchen minimally equipped. Main bedroom bed rattled every time you turned over! Will not choose this property again.

Great View and Convenient to Everyting
My family came out to Orange Beach to celebrate our birthdays. This place was perfect for us. Clean and it has everything that we needed. My only recommendation is that it might be time to check the dryer machine. It was making a loud noise every time we tried to dry our clothes. It took us longer to dry our clothes because we had to stop the dryer every time it made the loud noise. Other than that, we had a great time and we will definitely come back.

World Series baseball memories
The property was superb for adult and children activities. It gave our boys a way of releasing their stress of the games which in turn made it stressful for us adults.
The only thing, and I’m sure you have heard this, was the slow elevators. I am handicap and needed to maneuver with my scooter and was delayed several times.

No Tupperware containers and lids fit each other. Dirty oven mitts. refrigerator didn’t keep food cold for a whole day, had to throw things away and Google how to reset it. Maid was ringing the doorbell several times and knocking on door at 9:15 am when check out was at 10. My young daughter was up all night and finally asleep and was hoping to put her asleep in the car, but was woken up by the doorbell noises.
