About this house rental
Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this lovely house for $807 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Home has been fully renovated and you are sure to fall in love as soon as you arrive..... You will breathe in the salt air and feel yourself begin to relax as soon as you make it to the front porch rockers. Ocean is clearly visible from front of home and front porch. Home has top of the line Kitchen, dining, great room/Family room with Open concept design. Dining table seats 10 comfortably and 6 can eat at large kitchen island. Front porch has wonderful views of ocean and enough room and seating for whole family to sit out and enjoy!! Beach access is diagonal & directly across the street from property for easy beach days spent enjoying the waves and salty air!! A private pool has been added as well. There is also a gas grill in the outdoor area by the pool for your cookout/grilling enjoyment!! Just a little info on our Renovation.... All renovations and the pool were completed in June of 2018. Take a look at the top notch updates made and see all the high end finishes through out. We also added two bunk rooms, both with one Queen size with Full over top!! Each bunk has an LED reading light over bed!! Two front master suites have King size beds and Private bathrooms. The two rear bedrooms have Queen size bed in one and full in the other connected to Jack and Jill bathrooms. Total of 6 bedrooms in all. All 4 bathrooms have fully tiled showers or tub combo. Under the home is a nice outdoor shower and also a seating area to relax out of the sun or in the evening hours and feel the ocean breeze. Great place to spend your beach escape, the property is very well maintained and is equiped with all the things you may need from the kitchen to the beach accsesories.

The house is identical to the description; clean, nicely furnished and well equipped kitchen. Communication was easy with Rhonda. Great location with pool for easy entertaining of the children while dinner is being prepared. Very pleased with the everything.

This property was perfect for our family. The house location was great, only a short walk to the beach entrance. There was plenty of space on the beach and the water was great for all ages. Many amenities were provided and available for our use. Having a pool was a wonderful addition compared to our prior rentals. Our younger adults enjoyed Corn Hole competitions and using the available bikes. Both inside and outside the house were so many places to sit and relax. Thank you, Rhonda, for being responsive to our needs and we’ll see your rental again in 2024.

The house is set up so everybody can enjoy meals, games, TV, and conversation together but also have privacy just a few steps away. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a lot of seating for family meals. The house is also tastefully decorated with colors and items that give it a beachy feel. This is an A+ property.

We had a group of 10. The house was large enough for us & very comfy. Our favorite memories will be thec cose proximity to the beach, the convenience of the pool & being able to sit on the front porch.

House was perfect. Kids and adults loved the pool and downstairs area. Access to the beach was a very short walk. Appliances were all updated and kitchen stocked with all things needed to cook. Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and spacious. It was the perfect house for a large group. Thank you for everything! We will stay here again!

We were celebrating our 55th Wedding Anniversary with our children, grandchildren and future granddaughter in law. Rhonda was extremely easy and quick to communicate with. The home exceed the pictures and the location was fabulous.

This was a spontaneous high school spring break getaway for 7; three generations. The kitchen is large enough there can be several cooks simultaneously. The six bedrooms provided privacy, beach access could not have been more perfect, the garage contained bikes, ping-pong, beach chairs and toys, sand buckets, and a wagon. The small pool will be a great summer cool off but provided only a few dares for us. The bikes gave our 3 teens the opportunity to get away to the ice cream shops. The inviting front porch rockers and driveway level seating area provided quiet space. We enjoy cooking together so for us the only thing lacking was a large skillet.

Property was warm, welcoming, and comfortable. Our daughter was married on the beach with 80 friends and family in attendance. Some of our closest family and friends stayed with us. Others dropped by for coffee or a drink sometime during the celebration weekend. The property accommodated all of us with ease and certainly helped make the celebration a joyous one.

We really enjoyed our family trip to Ocean Isle. The house was wonderful and you can't beat the location. The house was clean, comfy and came with everything you'd ever need to enjoy the beach. The communication from our hosts were great and they went out of their way to make sure everything was on working condition after the storm. Highly recommend it and hoping to come back again soon!

We are a family of 15 -18 (depending on who can make the trip) ranging from ages 11 to 82. We have been enjoying an annual family Labor Day weekend for 17 years now (thanks to our wonderful parents). I would have to say this is one of our favorite houses. The house is beautiful, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, lots of seating for dinner and game playing, nice size pool, close public beach access and love the sitting area downstairs. It was DEFINITELY a plus for the homeowner to provide bicycles, ping pong, corn hole and other games for all to enjoy. We hope to return again next year!

This beautifully maintained home perfectly fit all our needs. The beach access - two doors down - is handicapped accessible so our two toddler grandsons could ride all the way to the beach in the wagon. I think that was their favorite part. We also made great use of the hot/cold outdoor shower, the lovely pool, and the large covered outside spaces. Next year’s visit is already in the works!

The home was perfect for our family. The dining and living areas were large enough for all of us to congregate and dine together at one table. The outdoor space is covered which allowed us to enjoy our vacation even in the rain. The host was wonderful.

Great Times
Beautiful beach house that offered plenty of room for our group of 15. Easy access to the beach, and a private pool that allowed for sun, shade, and areas to just relax. The large table in Great Room made the perfect place for meals and playing games. Would definitely go back to this well appointed home. Ocean Isle is the perfect destination for family vacations!!

Once again, perfect!!
This was our second summer here and again, it was fantastic. House was immaculate when we checked in and it is the best-stocked kitchen of any house we have rented. What more can you ask for but to be on the beach all day and then come back and relax by the pool. Rhonda is incredibly responsive and makes you feel you can reach out about anything. Looking forward to next year.

Family reunion
Great house for adults & kids. Since beach access was ADA we could load wagon with kids things and easily access beach no stairs. House is beautiful and fully stocked. Beds comfortable. The pool was the cherry on top!! Wonderful. Ping pong table was also a big hit for both kids & adults. Bikes and other amenities made our stay perfect. Thr owner was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this property but don’t want too many to go and fill up availability calendar 😱 cause we want to go back. The only recommendation is maybe a new set of pots & pans in kitchen. Current ones well used & coating wearing off. This was only thing I could recommend. This house definitely a 5!!!!! Highly recommend.

Very Homey
Owners did a great job renovating this property and stuck with quality appointments. Easy walk to the beach, hours of fun with the corn hole, and of course the pool. 16 of us enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Week with Family!
We loved staying at this house so much that we booked it for next year before we left! We had 3 children ages 5 to 18 months and it was perfect for them - especially having everyone on the same level. Loved having such a nice area under the house that they could ride their scooters or draw with chalk in the evenings. The pool is also wonderful with the stairs and two swim up/seating areas in it. Loved that there were bikes, corn hole, ping pong table, beach chairs, boogie boards - whatever you needed! Didn’t realize until we were packing that we had to either bring linens and bath towels, but was able to rent them. Didn’t love the sheets that we rented because they were really thin and stiff - worse than hospital linens! Also, hated that we didn’t know until we were leaving that you could donate your left over groceries rather than just throwing them away. Will do that next year for sure! We had a great week and will be back next year to create more memories!!

The kitchen is VERY well stocked with all of the dishes/utensils/pots/pans you may need. The pool is lovely and gets great afternoon sun, so it’s perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. You can go from the porch to sitting on the beach in less than a three minute walk. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back!

The house is newly renovated and has an open floor plan which makes it easy for everyone to spend time together. They had all the items needed for us in the kitchen which made it easy to cook in all week.
This house is across the street from one of the trails to the beach which made it easy for us to come back and forth to the house as needed.
Lastly, the property manager was super responsive and we did not have any issues during our stay with the quality of the home.
I highly recommend this house for a family vacation, girls trip or couples trip.
