The two separate backyard balconies plus a sun porch overlook the spectacular main body of Loch Lomond and provide relaxing vantage points to relax and unwind from the stresses of daily life. Julia’s Lake House is a 4,600 sq ft home with five bedrooms that sleep up to 12. It is located in Bella Vista, Arkansas, just twenty minutes from Northwest Arkansas Regional (XNA) airport. There is 154ft of direct lake front access, with a 50ft dock that can accommodate up to two 24 ft boats. The gentle backyard slope to the lake is only 100ft from the back door. There are 3 spacious living areas with spectacular views of Loch Lomond, 2 pellet fireplaces, 2 kitchens, and the house is located on a cul-de-sac in a private community. Pontoon boat rentals and fuel are available on the lake at The Marina at LakePoint, March through October. Two kayaks & two paddle boards included. This is an All Season Vacation Home with great things to do Year Round. Nearby are well known attractions like the world famous; Crystal Bridges Art Museum; The Walton Museum; Amazeum; Mildred B Cooper Memorial Chapel; Silver Dollar City; Branson Sight & Sound Theater; Table Rock and Beaver Lakes; Pea Ridge Civil War battlefield. The University of Arkansas (UofA) is 50 minutes South in Fayetteville. The perfect home-away-from-home! Everything you need is in this beautiful house, and even all you want to enjoy the lake. Something for every age. Julia is pleasant and communicates to make sure guests are happy. And best of all, her checkout requests are minimal

Took my family on a vacation, something we haven’t done as a family in 20 plus years. Wh had six adults, a two year old and 9 month old twins. The house was a perfect size for all of us in that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The best part was the roominess and not having to climb all over everyone or being crowded. There were plenty of pots and pansy dishes, and flatware as we cooked all our meals there. My daughter in law even made a Strawberry birthday cake for my son. The accommodations were way better than imagined. There were games available if we wanted to play. Even though we didn’t play in the water, Kayak’s and Paddle Boards were available. We sat on the porch and had our morning coffee and watched the Sun come up or sat and had a soft drink and watched the boaters out on the lake. Julia’s lake house was the perfect place for our family get together. My oldest son who doesn’t impress easily told me “ You did a good job getting this place Dad. We used our activity cards and played golf one day at the Highlands Course and hit the Driving Randy a couple more days. We wanted to play one more day but something came up and had to change our plans. Would I come here again? Absolutely I would do it again.
Julia was available and answered all my questions and if We needed anything she was there to answer question or help in any way. She was an absolute Jewel and so easy to get along with. My only regret was not being able to meet her in person.

We had a fabulous time at Julia’s Lake House
We had the whole family with us to mark our 50th wedding anniversary. The house is lovely, very clean and perfect for a large group.
Julia has thought of everything a family would need to enjoy a week on the lake
Our grandkids loved the lily pad, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing gear and big raft.
Julia was so easy to communicate with and very accommodating.
The house has a beautiful view of the lake.
We highly recommend this great place and hope to return in the future.

Julia's house is extraordinary!!! We wondered if she had "this" or "that"...but found all and more in the cabinets. The kitchen was especially well equipped which was helpful because we made most of our meals. The large open spaces that faced the lake were wonderful. Everyone had their own bed (11 people) and everyone had an excellent time with: fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, playing card & board games, playing pool (1st time for many) and watching old family movies on the downstairs large TV. Julia was so responsive to our questions: where is a good local restaurant for a nice family dinner (the restaurant at the marina), where can we rent a pontoon boat (one option was for multiple days and 1 was for single days at the marina). The dock and lake were excellent and the storage closet at Julia's had every imaginable piece of water equipment imaginable (life vests, floaties, donuts for pulling behind a boat, etc.) and also fishing poles and yard games. First impressions will convince you that this was a good choice, but when you open the front door and immediately see the large living area and huge windows overlooking the lake you know that this will be a great setting for what ever gathering you plan.

Our family of 8 gathered from the St. Louis and Dallas areas for a 5-night stay. Amazzzzing experience!! First, the location—one of THE best on the lake! We lived on the dock every day, all day—floating in the water, kayaking, paddle boarding, lounging. The dock is expansive, the chairs comfy, the water toys plentiful. And the beach towels—so many!
The flat yard (a “must have” for our family) was perfect for corn hole in the evenings and the fire pit brought us together before saying “good night”.
The kitchen was perfect for multiple hands to help prepare meals—very well equipped!
The entire house was extremely clean and well maintained. The floor plan is perfect for multiple families, with space to spread out.
Julia supplied an abundance of household items, paper products, linens, etc.
We rested, played, and laughed a lot! We‘re planning another gathering at Julia’s Lake House in the future!

The property is absolutely gorgeous and Julia was an outstanding host. She goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is exceptional. We spent most of our time during the day on the dock, floating in the lake and kayaking and paddle boarding and our evenings playing games and enjoying the pool table. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The house was spotless and the kitchen was fully stocked. She even had extra water shoes in case anyone forgot theirs (which we did)!! We did rent a boat one day and the kids enjoyed tubing and checking out the whole lake. It is very quiet and peaceful without a whole lot of boat traffic. I would highly recommend the property and we look forward to visiting again.

Another Awesome Vacation at Julia's Lake House
Ten of us (grandparents, kids, grandkids) just spent five wonderful days at Julia's Lake House in Bella Vista, AR--and wish it could've been longer! The house and property were beautiful, the lake was ideal for both children and adults, and Julia took care of every detail. We also took advantage of two terrific museums in nearby Bentonville. This was our second stay at Julia's. Highly recommend.

Fabulous property and host
Exceptionally clean and well equipped. All appliances were working. Wonderful dock and beautiful grounds. Directly on the lake. Entire family had a fabulous time; ages 6 years to 94 years old. Lake was stocked and we caught enough fish for a great homemade dinner. THE place to make memories.

We found Julia’s Lake House to be everything that was advertised. Lots of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped, as we cooked in all weekend. Great view over the lake. If fitted our needs perfectly. Would highly recommend it.

Incredibly beautiful!
Julia’s place is absolutely incredible! The view and location to everything is perfect. She has thought of everything. All the little touches to the home to make your stay feel like home was incredible. We golfed, mountain bikes, hiked, floated, read books on the dock overlooking the lake. The water was spring fed refreshing and the people were welcoming. Highly recommend her place! Thanks again Julia!

This property is amazing! We met up with some friends and had an amazing week. Julia has everything you could want in the house and also is super responsive when you have any questions at all. loved the lake life
Julias lake house was an excellent extended Labor Day weekend getaway for an extended family of 9 total people. Its a beautiful relaxing property with plenty of space. Her American flair decor was perfect for the holiday. The shade cover on the dock made relaxing by the lake perfect. Between kayaks and stand up paddle boards, fishing, fire pit for smores, pool, and plenty of nooks for handing out and reading Julia's was an A+ for us!

We stayed for a week with a couple families, younger kids, and had a great time. Toys for all the littles. Lake toys (kayaks, paddleboards, tubes) for the bigs. And plenty of space for all of us. Plus Julia is the best.

Almost perfect trip
My family and my brother’s family had the pleasure of staying at Julia’s Lake House for 5 days this August.
Julia’s Lake House is one of the nicest, most well equipped homes that we’ve ever stayed in. She has thought of everything you might need, and it’s all there plus more. As others have said, all you need to bring is your food. The home is large, beautiful and immaculate. The position on the lake is perfect and there are amazing views from all of the living areas.
Julia was very communicative prior to our trip and made sure our POA passes were ready to go upon arrival. We were extremely fortunate and grateful that we were able to check in early and get our vacation started. We quickly set up on the swim deck and were greeted by Julia and her husband as they drove by in their boat. They also live on the lake, so they are quick to respond if needed. On our second morning, we had a brief power outage which triggered the alarm. I called, and they were over to get it turned off within a matter of minutes.
Our only hiccup during our stay, and the reason for a 4 star instead of 5 star rating, involved one of the patio umbrellas. Up until that point we had such a fabulous time that I’ve struggled with mentioning this issue, but I feel that it’s relevant and honest.
Due to cloudy weather, we didn’t get the patio umbrellas out until the afternoon of the third day. After putting one up, we immediately noticed that there was a slight bend to one of the spines. I took a photo so that I could let Julia know about it at check out, and we went ahead and continued to use the umbrella as it was functional and neither of us felt that it was something that needed to be immediately addressed. A few hours later, Julia texted me photos of the umbrella (and us lounging on the swim deck) that she had taken from their boat after they noticed the bent spine. I immediately replied that I had noted the damage and sent her the photo that I took earlier. The next morning she texted again and asked if she could file an insurance damage claim. I was honestly shocked that she felt the need to disturb our vacation twice over such a small matter. It felt as though we were being watched and the tone of our vacation shifted from relaxing luxury to stress and worry. The idea that they were taking photos of us without our knowledge was concerning. The whole situation was unfortunate, and it definitely put a damper on our (expensive!) trip.

Excellent Family Vacation
There was 11 of us from 3 states, ranging from ages 5-45. The home was so clean and stocked with everything you would need from water shoes and fishing poles to sweet & low for your iced tea and poker chips and cards for game night! We thoroughly enjoyed the property and the hospitality Julia offers. The mattress I slept on was so comfortable I had to inquire about where I can purchase one for my home. We spent our days swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, hiking, and golfing and our evenings were spent with home cooked meals made in the well stocked kitchen and Texas Hold ‘em, Billiards, and Corn Hole tournaments. Thanks for providing a space for our families to come together and make memories Julia!

Perfect lake house vacation
Nine of us (five adults & 4 children) spent a week in July at this spectacular property. The house is large, immaculate, well-furnished and stocked--and situated perfectly for relaxing days and evenings on the lovely lake. Host Julia is professional, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommend.
