About this house rental
Spacious 3 level townhome on Hunter Mountain- Simply steps away from skiing. This is the largest unit in trailside boasting over 2100 sq. ft. The interior is fully renovated with a brand new full kitchen, washer, dryer, new appliances, oak hardwood floors, and all brand new furniture and matresses. Two bedrooms on the second floor- Very spacious and the master suite upstairs with a loft right next to it. Easily can accommodate many more guests, but I set it at 10 max. Recently purchased and just listed. Super clean with all new mattresses, sheets, and towels. Be the first to use everything. Many things to do in the area….But best of all is ski on Hunter Mountain.

We booked a last minute ski trip and Fabian was an unbelievably responsive and accommodating host. Check-in was smooth and the condo is beautiful and fresh. We were a large group and the room layouts worked perfectly so everyone had their own space. The family room in the loft was a great bonus and the ski in/out location was fantastic!
We would definitely stay here again.

Great place
We were a group of 7 (4 children, 3 adults). There was plenty of space to gather and also separate. Being so close to the mountain made the ski day very easy on our families. And last but not least, the host, Fabian, was super responsive with my small questions. We would book again.

Property was immaculate and Fabian the owner was amazing. He was available and extremely accommodating. Can easily walk to ski slopes. Place was fully stocked with anything you could need. Highly, highly recommend. Steve F.

Short walk to the slopes (skipped all the lines!), wonderful host, clean & quiet house, etc. All made for a great weekend!

We stayed at Fabian’s place for the July 4th long weekend. We had such a good time at this place. The whole property and clean , bedrooms had several beds to accommodate our large group.
We had gorgeous views of the mountain.
Fabian was very prompt in his response and answered all our questions patiently.
Overall this was an excellent vacation and would definitely stay again here if we came to back to Hunter.

Everything was exactly as listed here. You cant beat the location for ski-in, ski-out. Very comfortable condo. Fabian was a great host with excellent communication.

Rooms are clean, easy access. Fabian responds questions very quick, even at night. I will recommend this place for sure.

Spacious and clean
Very spacious property and had plenty of room for my family. This is one of the cleanest properties I have ever rented from VRBO. Fabian was a gracious host and I would definitely rent this property again.

Better than advertised
Giving a five star review was the easiest thing I've done in a while.
This was the most family friendly rental house we had in Hunter! The pictures of the house don't do justice, in real life it's much nicer, and the stunning view is an extra bonus.
The frindly Owner is the cherry on the top, He was prompt in responding to me at anytime. He called to check on us while we were at the home.

Right at the base of the mountain, with amazing views. Wonderful, spacious townhouse with everything you need. A great 3 day getaway, very relaxing. Definitely will be coming back!!

Peace and quiet
It was wonderful to be up on the mountain! Gorgeous views on all 3 porches! Very quiet peaceful street! 3 minutes away walking from swimming hole in creek and lake. Beautifully decorated and comfortable condo. Fabian was helpful accommodating and very reachable!

Fabian was very nice to work with. He was extremely accommodating to my famiily's needs.
Beautiful condo. Very spacious bedrooms with plenty of beds. Loft is much bigger than pictures show. Makes for a great space for kids to play or additional TV/sitting area. Slopes are a minute walk or quick drive to drop off.

Big condo, great location next to Hunter Mountain
Condo was very spacious with lots of options for sleeping. Easy, 3 minute drive from Hunter Mountain. Could also walk/ski right onto the slopes. Everything was fairly new and well kept. Easy check-in and out. Would stay again!

Great house and really pretty view of Hunter Mountain. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped . Would definitely stay here again next time we ski hunter.
