The view , well nothing could beat being right on the boardwalk. The ameneties were great for our family. It was clean and fresh when we walked in. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay here. It is located right on the beach with the only separation being the walking and biking path. We had a constant view of the ocean and the activity on the path which was fun and entertaining. Our group included some with limited mobility so the easy access to the beach was helpful. We also could have utilized the elevator, but it wasn’t necessary. There is one previous review about safety issues which made us a bit skeptical about this place, but we discovered that it was a non-issue for us. We kept things locked up and secure and had no issues. There are MANY beach houses on the path so we felt safe and not a target. I would have given a 5/5 for cleanliness but the floors needed a really good mopping. The bottoms of our feet were black after walking around barefoot the first morning. I reported this to the property mgmt and I bet they will address this simple fix. There are many restauarants and shops that are just a few minutes walking distance. We enjoyed that, too. Communication with Blue Water was excellent before and during our trip. We would stay here again!

Sand in beds, floors turned our feet black, felt like walking outside. Host asked what they can do - maybe clean in the 6 hour checkout window? We saw the maid at 3:30PM and she said we should turn around and leave because the place is a mess

Perfect set up for our family of 5 (me, husband, 2 young kids & our au Pair) and my parents. My parents loved having the downstairs master with no stairs and the upstairs set up was perfect for us. The kids loved playing in the courtyard between the two condos while we had drinks and watched the sun set by the fire. Easy walk to food, drinks, coffee, rental shops. Cynthia was super responsive over text and sent someone right away when we couldn't find the can opener and had a question about the oven. Was super impressed with the rapid responses and customer service! Will come back again!

Great location; on the strand and right across from the beach Enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate 3 families with each having their own bedroom and bath Garage is large enough to hold two vehicles, including a 9 passenger SUV Multiple patios, a BBQ and a family sized fire pit The combination of large kitchen, dining area and family room encouraged spending time together We look forward to booking this property again

It was fun to be right in the action of all that goes with the crazy boardwalk. Unfortunately, our first night there, we had someone breakin around 2:30 in the morning. I thought I heard a mouse or something in our room. Turns out when the "mouse" was very noisy by my husbands side of the bed, I looked over and saw a figure going through his stuff. I woke my husband to tell him someone was in our room. We both tried to chase the person, but couldn't find them. My husband ran upstairs to check on all our kids. When we came back downstairs we heard something in the front room. We went to investigate and realized someone was going out through the window. On their way out they dropped my husbands wallet. They then proceeded to come back a little while later to put the window screen back in place.(very weird) They got out of there with some cash, and nobody got hurt. We called the rental agency the next day and they didn't seem to alarmed. They did come and put a lock on the upstairs door with an elevator on the other side. We still have no idea how the person got in, but we were very shaken up about things the rest of our stay. So, make sure you check all the doors and windows every night you are there. We really liked the home. FYI....The bunkbeds are not good for adults. They do have beach chairs and an umbrella in the garage. Despite what happened, we would stay there again. It was a clean home.
