Bottom half of hill top residence, provides breathtaking views of surrounding hills, golf courses, lakes and, of course, the deep blue ocean. Private and gated property. Free parking. Beautiful balcony with patio furniture. Large bedrooms with wall to wall mirrored-door closets. WIFI available, 2 cable TV's, Inside laundry, A/C throughout the apartment and 1 KING size bed 2 The beach is between 15 to 20 minutes walking down the hill Access to Pool, Beach, and Tennis Courts. Conveniently located to most attractions if you have a rental car. Safe location with security gate. Great view. Go to “Simple Food” for breakfast. Amor Harina is a good bakery.

The house looks like in the picture she should have added a picture of the very steep hill where the house is located at. Also the picture of where you have to take the garbage no side walk and far. Also to the beds in the little room are very uncomfortable probably they are comfortable enough for teenagers but no for us the pool it’s mentioned in the ad we did not see it since it was far. The House was clean but not enough we didn’t use much of the things that there we bought disposable plates and utensils
I called the owner I was to stay 10 days I stayed 3 she reimbursed the rest of the days

Very nice property love that it was gated it made me and my partner feel very safe. There are no curtains in the living room which i would have loved if it had curtains because the sun gets very in the space at like 12-1pm other than that really great location and the host is super attentive and nice

Alvy is simply warm welcoming, knowledgeable, and so sweet. She checked on us and communicated effectively. Sh made sure we knew where everything was. The home as lovely, clean and have everything we needed from beach towels to mangoes on the tree! Perfect location and awesome view! Thank you for making our stay memorable! God bless!

I stayed at this property for 5 days. I really enjoy the view of looking at the water and mountains. Everything was in close proximity and easy to get to. Alvy was very helpful when I asked for anything and very easy to reach

The overall property is amazing. It’s very beautiful. I will say that if you don’t have a car, you will have to Uber everywhere and sometimes it can be hard. However, it’s very nice and quiet. It’s not far done Luquillo Beach which is incredible. Overall, it’s amazing.

Great place!
We as a family had the best stay at Alvy's apartment. Nicely furnished and very confortable. Great location with view to the ocean (5 min away from Las Picuas Beach & right in front of Wyndham Beach Resort Hotel/Margariteville Vacation Club)and surrounding nature. Free mangoes ( from tree in property) every day for your delight was a plus. Alvy and Richie are excellent host and were available for us at all times when needed.
We felt right at home and plan to come back again soon!

Wonderful stay
We had a great time here in Rio Grande/Luquillo. We like staying away from the big name hotels yet close enough to the action so this was just right with a perfect location to Luquillo Balneario, El Yunque, Hacienca Caravali, and Farjado. We ate at the local restaurants and bakeries and got coconuts for breakfast at a stand down the street every morning. The condo was spacious and clean and everything was provided for us, a beautiful view from the patio and rooms, comfy beds, and at an excellent price. A quick word of caution for anyone who has a pet or young children that the other house up the hill has a Rottweiler that walks around off leash sometimes. I don’t want to sway anyone from coming here because of this and we’re told he’s social but I wish I had known in advance. because my first encounter while having my little dog with me and this dog ran up to “play” and also pounce on me a bit was worrisome at first since I didn’t know anything about his personality so I just mention so others have a heads up. We will definitely come back again sometime to this great condo. Thanks for the tips Alvy!

Great place to stay
The property was as described, except the pool was closed due to Covid. This is an apartment on the bottom floor of a 3 story house. It has very beautiful views of the ocean. It is a 5 minute drive from Luquillo beach. The host was great. She was very attentive and quickly addressed any problems we had. I would highly recommend any families with young children to stay here. My kids enjoyed the sand toys that were provided as well as the board games in the home. It was nice to have outdoor chairs and umbrellas provided to us so we could sit on the beach. It was also convenient to have a washer and dryer on hand. Thank you so much Alvy! We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Stay
The view from the Balcony was breath taking. The location is near the El Yunque Tropical Forest with beautiful countryside views, but at the same time it is closed to the sunny and crystal water gorgeous beaches. At the same time you have a Casino a walking distance as well as very good restaurants. During the night is so peaceful and you can hear the sounds of the small frog called "Coquis" combined with the local crickets in perfect harmony.

The location is in a nice place and are. Alva is aseo me and always communicate. I would suggest a map so that people can find it. It’s a bit “hidden” we arrived at 3:00 am due to plane delays so the taxi driver was lost as were we since we had no map and had never been to Puerto Rico. We recognized the place by the picture of the outside on Expedia. We did not find a trash can in the kitchen so collecting trash was difficult. I suggest a kitchen trash can. Be ready to sweat because there are only air conditioning units in the bedrooms but the rest of the house only has fans. We were cooking but in not gonna lie, it was a nice home. It’s close to El Yunque, Havienda Carabali and Luquillo beach. all in all it wa a great experience. We left water bottles and beer for the next ppl because there was not one water bottle in the house and as mentioned b4 we arrived at 3:00 am. Everything closes at 10:00 pm so we did not eat or drink anything. Another suggestion would be have a few water bottles that way at least you can survive the night. Also make sure to rent a car. Beautiful place, great host and fun times were had

Roomy, Convenient, with everything we needed
The owner was terrific to work with throughout our stay. Ocean view sunsets from a hill top location were beautiful. Easy access to a major highway to both ends of the island and attractions.

The location was near everything I needed for the event I was attending. The owner was very nice, when I did not know how to get the water hot, her husband personally came over to show me. Very comfortable apartment, clean and no insects, mosquitoes etc. I would recommend as well as stay here again.
